I was recommended by my cousin for the instructor Martha. She was very nice and sometimes strict, but essentially for my own good. She helped me a lot as it took me 5 attempts to finally pass the drive test. For me, it was a pretty good experience, as I directly reached out to her and she was extremely helpful to cater to my schedules and work around that as well. I'd definitely recommend her. read more

Despite the shocking amount of negative reviews I'm finding on this app, this driving school is absolutely spectacular! I had failed my driving test after going with a different driving school last year, and initially I was a bit hesitant to do lessons here. But nonetheless, I enrolled in lessons, and I had Jessica, who was the absolutely the best and sweetest instructor I had ever had. Just a couple of days ago, thanks to her guidance, I passed my driver's test! I rarely ever write Yelp reviews but I'm still so happy and I know this is absolutely worth the time. I called back to have to speak to someone else 'cause it's very important to me to get my son in the program. AAF on the road student driving was a good experience. They were able to get us scheduled faster than any other place and Jessica was great with my son. Overall the experience was 50/50. The online portion wasn't the best, but the on the road helped make up for it. read more

I wish I could leave a good review. The driving instructors that my son had were both nice. Unfortunately the woman in the front office was regularly rude the couple times we spoke (which I can excuse), she made an error in scheduling the driving date (which got taken care of after having to interact with the not nice office woman so ok), AND one of the driving instructors made a big error on my son's permit. We were told that my son could test behind the wheel 6mos after that first driving session (which may be true) and that the permit would NOT expire 12/2022 like it said on the permit but would actually expire 6/2023. She crossed out the expiration date on the permit itself and wrote in a new expiration date. Fast forward to today, six months from that first session, we get to the DMV for his behind the wheel test and are told my son cannot test because the permit is expired! This means my son not only has been driving illegally on an expired permit the last two months (thank God he did not get in an accident), but we also now have to redo the entire permit process by having him take the test again. It's also possible that he will have to wait two months after getting his permit to take the test (since 2 of the 6 months he's been waiting to test, his permit was actually expired). Such a headache. I would just recommend you look elsewhere read more

Never even had the chance to book an appt. The lady over the phone was extremely rude. She quoted me 2 different prices for the program and then hung up on me when I tried to ask her why the second time I called back it was more expensive. By the way my second call was within 15 minutes of the first one after confirming that the date was ok with my son. I would never recommend this business to anyone. We chose this location because of Dora. Very nice and honest lady. We asked for a female driving instructor for our daughter and Dora delivered. The instructor (Jessica) was awesome. She showed up each day on time, greeted my wife and I with a friendly smile and made our daughter feel comfortable while teaching her how to drive. Place is located where Pizza loca is located. Reviews are very misleading. 5 stars on google and 2 star review on yelp! BEWARE!!!! Poor poor service. I brought my son hear with Dora which is the person that took my information and is the owner of the business. My son walks in just like every other teenager that goes to this driving school, he see's a friend from school not only does she snap at my son insults him calls him the devil calls me and insults me aswell and tells me to come to the office because she will refund my money back. Well i was very upset and i was asking what did my son do to you to have gotten you so upset, she called me the devil and hung up on me. She cannot really speak english so i told her speak to me in spanish, i understand , that offended her more, I was appalled by her proffesionalism. I called her back she pick up the phone and she kept insulting me.I kept telling her can you please give me an opportunity to speak. I told Dora, i want to know what my son did to you that cause you to be this upset. I think this place will be SOO much better with Dora GONE! She is so rude for no good reason with such poor customer service skills. I called one week and asked for prices for about 12 hrs of driving she gave a "discount" 350 for 12 hr of driving. I told her that was fine I will pay next week. I called the following week to complete the order and she gave me a hard time and a different price and when I told her she gave me a different price she says "Our prices go up depending on the amount of money need to make rent this month" and then she hung up on me. The woman who runs this place is absolutely rude and unprofessional, she likes to respond to negative reviews with condescending comments , my last driving lesson they refused to pick me up from my home like previous lessons saying gas was to expensive, on day of lesson I had to take Uber to their office for my lesson, after waiting for the instructor I get a phone call from home saying the driver instructor was at my front door for the lesson, when I called the office the owner who answered the phone started yelling at me that they were doing me a favor by picking me up and had called me and txt me and my mom ( they were txting the wrong number, my mom was texted once saying instructor was at my door, my mother lives over and hour way from me and was at work) woman on phone continues to yell and belittle me saying I need to grow up and be responsible for my own appointments and stop relying on my mom, she continued to yell saying they would not make up the 30 mins lost waiting in the instructor, one of the previous instructors who was a male did not give me a proper lesson he spent the entire time watching a soccer game on his phone instead of helping me with my lesson, when the instructor finally picked me up at their office I told her what happened and she said the owner does that often, yelling at staff and customers, owner called me back an hour later asking if I wanted a free lesson , at no point did she say why she was offering a free lesson or apologize for the way she was yelling at me, I would never recommend this place to anyone based on the owners behavior and staff who think it's ok watch tv while instructing me on my driving,told the owner I would not be retuning to their school so more lessons would not be needed read more

Called and was given a different price than my husband was given 2 days prior. When trying to explain myself, I switched from English to Spanish because I felt the lady wasn't understanding me. The lady told me that special was for last week and I explained Saturday is still part of "last week" and the new week begins Sunday/Monday. She got annoyed and hung up on me. Pretty sad when even my teenage daughter recognized that was very poor customer service I had just been provided. I guess I'll call Mas Driving in Rialto....they charge the same amount and hopefully provide better customer service. The first 3 sessions were great, the instructor did a very good job of explaining the rules of the road. The day of my test which was today, the instructor was suppose to pick me up an hour early and take me around the area to practice, I called and explained that my appointment was today and no one had picked me up yet! It was 40 minutes before my test, the lady then tells me if I had paid yet but i said no because I was given instructions to pay the instructor in cash the day of the test, she then hung up on me. After this I had no idea how I was going to take my test, luckily I found somebody willing to take me just in time, I ended up passing and saved 110$ I would've had to give to the instructor. My daughter went here for driving school and claimed that their ways of teaching were very efficient, she passed her permit test the first time she took it, the workers are very straightforward though they are only there to help you succeed.
