When we stopped by to drop off the keys, the guy we've been talking to wasn't there. We called him and he told us to drop the keys in the key slot on the garage door. We thought it was odd and suspicious, but didn't think much of it. He called us 2-3 weeks after we dropped off the keys and told us he will now start working on our car. again, we didn't think much of it because we figured he was probably backed up. Another 2-3 weeks go by and we haven't heard from him. My boyfriend would call the number he gave us and it would go straight to voicemail. We decided to go to the shop and talk to him personally. We find out he's been missing for 2-3 weeks from another mechanic who owns the garage and rents out part of the garage to the guy we gave our car to. On top of that, OUR CAR WAS MISSING. it wasn't in the shop, in the parking lot, or in the surrounding area. We decided to talk to the police and see if we can report it stolen but because we had initially gave him permission to service the car, we had to write him an official registered letter rescinding our permission. On top of that, he had 30 days to comply and that's when we can report it stolen. About 20 days waiting for a response, the guy calls us and says that he doesn't know what's wrong with our car so he dropped it off at another transmission shop. We told him the situation and he kept spinning lies to us that he's talked to our insurance company, no one has reached out to him although the police gave us his home address to send the letter to. After speaking to the police, it turns out this guy was in jail the past month and prior to that, he was using our car to drive around and got cited for a disturbance in granite falls... his shop was in bothell. When we retrieved our car from the other shop, the gas was basically on fumes, the interior of the car smelled like a smoker, and he stole a few things like an aux chord and my boyfriends $200 ray bans. He has made no effort or contacted us about our things or called to apologize. So I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE.

I normally only take my Ram to the dealership, but they made me comfortable leaving my truck with with them. They diagnosed and fixed the problem and it cost me exactly what I expected to pay. Jorge can fix anything! A level of real world expertise you don't see very often anymore. 10/10 Would recommend to anyone with any make or model.

It is more like we spent time on it now you owed us money. No sense of customer service for not delivering on the service. They could of roll the diagnosis fee into at least a service. Furthermore, they wanted to diagnose the issue and give them recommendations on next steps with no guarantees on results. The whole reason to bring your car to a mechanic shop is to get their expert opinions. InsteadI felt as though I was supposed to provide customer service and give them sort of expert guidance. I wanted to give local shops a chance but your experience often falls short. Small shop with little foreign car knowledge contrary to the name of the business. I am sure they are honest but not competent. You need only to bring straight forward issue that not complex with them and be ready to provide buyer service.

Best of all, he comes to your house and works on your car in the driveway or whatever free space that you have! My workhorse car aka a 1998 Infiniti I30 was in need of a new starter. I wasnt ready to give up my "baby" over a starter issue, so I was lucky to have found Moj. He was extremely punctual, took pride in his work and worked quickly. I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. I asked him if there was anything else that he thought needed to be repaired, and he recommend that I change my spark plugs and drive belts. Knowing that I had not changed those in years, I arranged for him to come back the following week to get those done as well. As for prices, Moj is EXTREMELY reasonable and fair. His prices cannot be beat by any other mechanic/garages in town. If you have an older car that just needs repairs, Moj is the guy! TIP: Moj does not supply the parts, so all you have to do is go to your favorite auto parts store or dealer and buy the parts that you need. He will do the rest! It's old car though so not much power in acceleration anymore but it works. He didn't replace the whole transmission just cleaned out and repaired transmission that takes skill. Thank you! Don't go to Village Transmission they couldn't even fix my transmission they just repaired my radiator thinking that, that's all it was.

Got a complete transmission rebuild with a 1-year warranty. It took a little over 4 weeks to get the truck back. On the test drive with manager Christian, the truck slammed into gear while shifting. He called it a "Bump Shift" and I disagreed with him. He said it was the shift kit he put in it, and he would take it out and put in the factory version. I never asked for a shift kit, so I don't know why they even put one in it. I also had leaking filter, reverse gear slippage and missing Bell Housing dust cover plate. After 3 additional attempts to get it right, my truck is still messed up. Even with a warranty they told me to take it somewhere else, and they would pay for it! What kind of business does that? Terrible attitudes, terrible customer service and a complete lack of respect for their customers. They are more than happy to take your money, but you better watch out if you have a problem. They are also not BBB accredited if that's important to you. I've found 3 other people that have had problems here. How this place has a 4.7 star rating cannot be possible. I did notice a review from a year ago that stated: "It's my dad's shop, he works so hard even on the weekends, he day and night" I guess you can make up your own mind if you think all the reviews are legit. The Manager Christian and Owner Emil should be ashamed of themselves and their complete failure to fix my truck. I feel sorry for anyone that dares to take their vehicle to them. I do want to thank Jamie at the front desk though. She was always nice to me and tried her best to help me. Thanks Jamie, good luck! They did give me 10% back for my troubles BTW, but that's not anywhere near good enough to resolve this.
