Used several times in the past, not so great this time. Got charged $4.76/ mile. No AC in van on trip in, 85 degrees outside, van felt like 100. Owner said "taxis are getting $120 from airport", so I guess it's all about what they can charge and not what's fair and just these days. Nickey runs a great service. Fast with responses to setting up reservations via email & texting. The communication was great soon as we landed . Shuttle van was waiting for us immediately outside. Our driver ...Simon was great and very informative in providing ski tips to eating and drinking tips. Fares were the best i could find. High recommended if flying into Hailey and need transportation to and from Sun Valley / Ketchum areas. read more

Ridiculous phone call and very unprofessional. I called to request an airport shuttle to Ketchum and I asked what the rate would be if I paid in cash, as the website clearly states "Cash deals will "ALWAYS" be considered!", highlighted in red. He went on to tell me that his website is out of date and that no longer stands. He then gave me a quote for $120+ (15 min drive) with the logic of 2 people for $50, plus the additional passengers, despite it clearly stating 2 people for $40 then $10 for additional people. First of all, the customer is always right and he should probably update his website. Secondly, why would I ever give my business to someone who is rude? I'd rather pay $200 for a 15 min drive for the person to simply be nice. read more

Nickey was super-kind! My daughter was sick and I was 9 hours away from her, so he went to the local store, picked up what she needed and delivered it right to her.
