Eddie and Trevor are the reason I'll keep coming back to Aaron Ford! I can't say enough good things about the experience I had in the service department. From the moment I dropped my vehicle off, they were professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel like I was being pressured into unnecessary work. It's obvious they actually care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Huge thanks to Eddie and Trevor for making what could have been a stressful service visit an easy and genuinely great experience. Aaron Ford is lucky to have these two on the team. I'll definitely be asking for them next time! read more

I received another recall notice for my 2025 Ford Ranger so I called Aaron Ford Service in Poway. This Ford Dealer is closest to my home. The phone kept ringing, then a recording came on to leave a message. I never got to speak to a live person, so I left a detailed message. No call back. Two days later I called again. Same situation-except I kept getting hung up on while waiting on hold then getting hung up on when someone picked up. I called several times until a service person finally answered. I was asked if I would go on a "brief" hold, I said okay. After being on hold for 5 minutes and 37 seconds I gave up. I called Aaron Ford the next day. Again, a long wait on hold. When the service person got on the line, I was again asked to go on a brief hold, I said no because I was left hanging yesterday. He said, "Let's not worry about yesterday" "what's going on today"? I told him about the recall and he looked up my vehicle. He told me the earliest appointment was in seven days and they-Aaron Ford would need my vehicle for 1-3 days. When I asked questions about the recall he got impatient with me. I asked, if Ford needs three days to repair my vehicle, do I get a rental? He said Ford will not give you a rental. I asked if there was anything else Aaron Ford could do, he said he would have Aaron mobile service contact me. After three days, they never did. I called Perry Ford in National City. I got through to the service department with no difficulties or long waiting times. The service person patiently answered ALL my questions about the recall. In 2 days Perry Fords Mobile service came to my house and performed the recall repair. Even though Aaron Ford is close by, I will continue to use Perry Ford for my service and vehicle purchases. Even if it means driving to National City. Very disappointed in Aaron Ford of Poway they used to be good. read more

My backup camera had been cutting in and out for over a year, and it finally got to the point where it was out more than it worked. I received a mailer from Aaron Ford of Poway offering $200 off a service, along with the line, "Your last visit may have fallen short, your next one won't!" Ironically... not quite. When I made the appointment, I was told they would need to diagnose the issue and, if a part had to be ordered, it could take a few days. I let them know that was fine, I'd just take my car back and return once the part arrived since I don't live nearby. I dropped my car off Wednesday at 8am and received a text with a link to check the status, which seemed like a great feature. Unfortunately, the link didn't update at all until the very end of the process. By 2pm, I hadn't heard anything, so I called. I was told the camera needed to be replaced, the part was already in stock, and the car would be ready by 11am the next day. Not ideal, but also not surprising since dealership service centers are notorious for overbooking and underestimating turnaround times. It still worked for me, so I stayed overnight at my mom's house expecting to head home before traffic. The next day, I still hadn't heard anything by 11:40am, so I called again and was told the technician was finishing another car and mine should be ready around 1:30pm. Not great, but manageable. At 2:10pm, having not heard anything, I called again and was told my service advisor had stepped out and would call me back. That never happened. I called again at 2:45pm and was told they were still working on it and would call when it was ready. By 4:10pm, after still hearing nothing, I called yet again and was finally told my car was ready. The way it was phrased made it sound like I had just happened to call at the perfect moment, as if it had just been finished. However, the status link showed the inspection was completed at 3:10pm, so it's unclear whether the car had already been sitting there for an hour or if the updates just weren't accurate. Either way, I ended up leaving right in the middle of traffic, which I had specifically tried to avoid. They did take an additional $50 off on top of the $200 coupon and washed my car, which I appreciated. But overall, the lack of communication and constant need to follow up made for a frustrating experience. While this repair would be out of my abilities, I would imagine that for a certified Ford technician it's a fairly basic job, which made the nearly two full workdays and minimal communication even more frustrating. read more

We recently bought an F150 and visited Poway dealership. We had a truly unprofessional experience that I am still confused by. The truck was listed at $38k when we offered this exact amount then the salesman said he couldn't accept because he was expecting an offer for $45k in two days. Wow! Why didn't you mention that when we spoke on the phone 30 minutes prior to arriving onsite!? read more

Stay away from this store if you need any kind of service done. We took our company truck in for routine maintenance, 4 weeks later they still have it, wont give us any updates, the service rep hangs up on us, the interim service manager won't answer our questions. I boight a pre-owned Raptor with them. Buying the truck was great. Actually getting Aaron Ford to sell it to me was one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I've had. For some context, I worked in car sales for a couple years, so I understand how dealerships operate. I understand used cars need to go through recon, things come up, financing can take time and not everything goes according to plan. That wasn't my issue. My issue was the constant overpromising and lack of communication when those promises weren't met. I was interested in a used Raptor and scheduled a time to come see and drive it. When I showed up, the truck wasn't actually ready. From there I kept hearing some version of "tomorrow" while the recon process dragged on. I stayed patient because I really wanted the truck. Eventually I signed the initial paperwork, and somehow that still wasn't the end of it. The process dragged on for roughly another 11 days with constant confusion about when the truck would be ready, when the paperwork could be completed and how delivery was going to happen. There were multiple times I was told something would happen that day or the next day, only for that deadline to come and go. I spent way more time calling, texting and following up than anyone should have to spend while trying to give a dealership this much money. When I finally got to thoroughly inspect the truck, I also found damage to both mirror housings and cracked/damaged painted trim below the grille. I decided to accept the truck as it sat because I still wanted it, but after everything else it was disappointing. To be fair, I did eventually get the Raptor I wanted. They honored the agreed selling price and I'm very happy with the truck itself. That's why this is frustrating. This could have been a great buying experience. The perfect ending came after everything was finally completed. I signed the final paperwork, arranged my own credit union financing, personally delivered the credit union check to Aaron Ford and got my receipt. Several days later I received an email from the General Manager of Aaron Ford of Escondido saying he wanted to reach out "one last time" before my "opportunity expires," offering to calculate payments for me and asking me to tell him which vehicle I was interested in. I had already bought an Aaron Ford vehicle, financed it, taken delivery and personally delivered Aaron Ford the check. That email pretty much summed up the entire experience. I don't expect a dealership to be perfect. Things happen. Just communicate with your customer and don't promise things you can't deliver. I would have been completely fine if someone had simply said, "Chris, we don't know when the truck will be ready. We'll contact you as soon as we know." Instead I repeatedly got timelines that weren't met and had to chase down information myself. The most frustrating part is how unnecessary all of this was. They had a customer who wanted the truck, had financing ready, was willing to be patient and ultimately bought it anyway, and somehow they still managed to make the process difficult. I love the Raptor. I just wish buying it had been anywhere near as enjoyable as driving it. read more

We bought our Ford Edge in 2022 from Aaron Ford of Poway. Love the car, however the fella who worked on the paperwork, Mike, made a mistake and it hasn't been corrected. I asked for and paid for the maintenance agreement but when I took it for the first oil check, the cashier made me pay over $200. I said that I had this included. She said no I didn't. No one was there other than her to help me. I took my business to Carlsbad Ken Grody Ford who found the error and has been doing my maintenance ever since. I figured that the service director, Hector De La Fuentes, corrected this problem. He did not. Encinitas Ford attempted to charge for another oil change. I called Ken Grody again and they found the mistake again but suggested I ask Aaron of Poway to correct. This is my irritation at this point. I have made so many phone calls and left so many messages, but no one answers the phone. The phone system just goes on a loop. I will not encourage anyone to use this company until they get better customer service. I honestly don't know how they make any appointments or do any business at all. read more

I have bought over 15 cars/trucks from this location. It has changed hands a couple times. My recent experience has been terrible. When we bought our F250 we were promised a second key and a tank of gas. We took it in for service and the actual sales guy who sold it to us said no they would not honor that promise. Freddie in service honored the gas promise but could not get the key due to different department. I left over 4 messages for the General manager Ryan Martinez and he has not even bothered to call me back. TERRIBLE cutomer service. Do not trust them. read more

Worst service, went to my scheduled appointment after struggle to find someone to take my shift and drove there. VANESSA PLUMB a service advisor, told me that their technician would be back from training after 5 days. So, leave your car without a loaner and get to it next week. What a waste of time! Was interested in a vehicle I found on AutoTrader and got contacted by the sales manager to schedule a test drive. I had a great experience and just want to say thank you to Hasain and Fadi. From the moment I walked in, they were respectful, patient, and genuinely helpful. They actually listened to me and worked hard to put together a deal that made sense for everyone. I never felt pressured or talked down to -- just treated with professionalism and kindness. Unfortunately, my experience at Lake Elsinore Ford was the complete opposite. Jason and Bill made me feel unwelcome and it honestly felt like my age was being used against me rather than being helped as a customer. That experience pushed me to go elsewhere. I'm really glad I went to Poway instead because that's where I finally received the level of service and respect every customer deserves. Hasain and Fadi turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and positive one. Highly recommend working with them if you want people who actually care about helping you. read more

To start, I had issues booking my appointment. I finally scheduled it through text, only for me to show up on a Monday and not be on the schedule. Thankfully Jadon took my truck in anyway. After having my truck Monday & most of Tuesday Jadon said they couldn't hear the engine "ticking" and told me to come pick up my truck. For some reason, the technician listened again and confirmed it was my timing chain. Happy to hear they found the issue, I told them I have a 3rd party warranty and to contact them for repair costs. Wednesday Jadon contacted the warranty company to start my claim. From there it all falls apart. Thursday Jadon was sent to last minute training, so when the warranty company requested records he wasn't there. I went into the office Thursday to see why there was a delay where I spoke to Supervisor Eddie who apologized and ensured me he sent the warranty company documents they requested and to text him if I needed anything. Texted him Friday, no response. I understand having a 3rd party warranty can cause delays but they had my truck for 7 WEEKS!!! During these 7 weeks I had to be the one to contact the dealership AND warranty company and figure out what was going on and why there were delays etc. Warranty blamed dealership and dealership blamed warranty. I know I am not the only client but I needed my truck fixed & and did NOT have a rental car. For 7 weeks... Now it's hard to say WHY this took so long. I mostly blame the lack of and poor communication. Jadon claimed he had issues with contacting the warranty company, but when I called I had no issues getting information and things scheduled. This was my first time using my warranty & having Ford Poway repair my truck. I understand I am not the only client but I am very hesitate about coming back. I bought my truck used, through THIS Ford dealership in September 2025. For me to come back in February 2026 to have bad timing chain tensioners. I understand I bought a used truck from them but I feel like the sales department also lied to me about services records which is a whole other issue. In the end, I finally got my truck back and on pick up Michael gave a little bit of peace at the end of the disaster. I hope this was just a one time mess and it doesn't happen again or to anyone else. read more

I recently sold my Ford F-150 to Aaron Ford of Poway, and I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Jaime J. was absolutely excellent to work with. From the very beginning, his communication was clear, professional, and straightforward. He made the entire process incredibly smooth and efficient. What really impressed me was how organized and respectful he was of my time. The entire transaction took less than 30 minutes, which is almost unheard of when dealing with vehicle sales. Jaime walked me through everything step-by-step, answered my questions honestly, and made sure I understood the process. There were no surprises, no pressure, and everything happened exactly the way he explained it would. That level of transparency goes a long way. I left feeling confident that I received a fair deal and that I had worked with people who value professionalism and integrity. If you're thinking about selling your vehicle or working with a dealership in the San Diego area, I highly recommend Aaron Ford of Poway. And if you get the chance to work with Jaime J., you'll be in great hands. Thank you again to Jaime and the team for making what could have been a complicated process fast, easy, and stress-free. read more

I can't say enough good things about Vanessa at Aaron Ford Dealership. She has always been incredibly nice, highly professional, and so very knowledgeable. Whether it's answering my questions or handling service needs, she makes everything feel easy and stress-free. I've brought my Mustang Mach-E in for several recalls and service appointments, and Vanessa has been on top of it every time - organized, clear in her communication, and genuinely caring about getting things done right. It's an absolute pleasure to do business with her. We need more women like Vanessa in this field. She's a fantastic example of how expertise and great customer service go hand in hand. If you're looking for someone who truly knows her stuff and treats you with respect, ask for Vanessa at Aaron Ford. You won't be disappointed. I received a few texts and emails from Aaron Ford regarding an A-pillar trim recall on my 2017 Ford Explorer. I wasn't sure if this was legit as I had never done business with Aaron Ford before so I looked up the issue online (www.nhtsa.gov) and low and behold, this was a legit notice. I called the service department and they scheduled a tech to come to my office this morning to confirm the issue with my vehicle. Not only did the tech show up on time, he also kept in touch with me via text which gave me time to meet him in the parking lot. A very temporary fix was done with masking tape (yes, masking tape!) and I have been added to a very long wait list for the parts (not the dealer's fault as this is a very large problem affecting over 500k Explorers). When I asked the tech about replacing a totally separate rubber sealing that was cracked and worn, he told me to reach out to the parts department. I ended up driving there during my lunch break as the dealership is only 10 miles from my office. When I asked the parts manager if they honored the Ford Parts online pricing, he gave me the discount while I was standing there and I left with the part in hand rather than having to go online at my office, order the part, and then return to the dealer to pick up the part which Kearny Mesa Ford made me do one time in the past. In less than five minutes, I replaced the very worn rubber sealing in the Aaron Ford parking lot and drove off. I really appreciate the customer service that I have experienced so far at Aaron Ford and plan on purchasing any and all future Ford accessories and parts from them. When the time comes, I would definitely consider purchasing a vehicle from them. Thanks Aaron Ford Team for your help! I will update my review once the new A-pillar trim is installed. read more

I had a really solid experience with this dealership. The whole team was super friendly and easy to deal with, which honestly made a big difference. What stood out the most was how they handled a pretty expensive repair on my car. They didn't give me the runaround or make it a hassle--they stepped up and took care of it, which I really appreciated. On top of that, I had a cosmetic issue with the vehicle, and they took care of that too without any problems. That kind of service is hard to come by. They kept me updated, answered my questions, and made sure everything was good before I got the car back. You can tell they actually care about their customers and not just making a sale. Big thank you to Ryan, the General Manager, and the entire service team for going above and beyond--I really appreciate it. Overall, I'm really happy with how everything turned out. I'd definitely go back and would recommend them if you're looking for a place that treats you right. read more

Aaron ford gives Dodge dealers a good name. In March 2025 I took my 2021 Explorer in for smoke issues. They decided after 2 weeks it needed a new engine. This is a common issue that indicates turbo seals but somehow they got ford to buy off on new engine. With my platinum warrenty, they should give me a loaner car if they keep car overnight. It took 4 days for them to approve a loaner car and not after service manager made me sign off saying that if it exceeds 10 days, I'm on the hook for overage. I agreed to that. The sent an authorization to enterprise for a rental. 8 days into rental, they told me they'd give me a loaner car at the end of the 10 days as this repair was covered under the powertrain warranty. A month later, engine replaced, the next morning, smoke from oil burning still present. They said it was from leak in exhaust..... They fixed "leak", next day, same issue. Finally, after taking it back, they determined turbo seals were bad. Replace turbos. Fast forward to Nov 2025, I see a charge on my cc for $520 from enterprise rental car. I call them up and they "are idiots" can't see charge. After 3 calls, they say Aaron never paid the bill. After hours and hours, between Aaron and enterprise, we reach the conclusion that Aaron never paid the bill and since I signed for rental, am responsible. After numerous hours contacting Aaron's service manager, Eddie has promised hand delivering the check to me 4 times now, and the General manger, Ryan, has been in the loop on all of this. This dealership has turned out to be one of the worst businesses I've had to deal with. I've leased/purchased 10 fords over the last 10 yrs personal/business and Aaron is the bottom of the food chain. If I were to guess, I would have to assume they double dipped. They charged corp ford for rental and canceled payment to enterprise. Prove me wrong! This will be the second time I'm taking them to small claims court. read more

I had a great experience at this dealership in 2024. However today in 01/2026, the service department was all stared at me as if I'm speaking a different language. (I'm a car guy, not naive to this industry) I allowed about a possible technical service bulletin for my truck. The service advisor assumed I want to buy the part and started to send me to another department. I explained that I want the part to be replaced. She proceeds to tell me how she'll need info then have to look it up etc.. as though that's not normal. The other four guys are looking at me like I interrupted their afternoon nap! Of course, she would need my info, my truck VIN, mileage, and to make an appointment. I understand this- but this advisor talks to you as though your completely incompetent. I'll take my business elsewhere. I guess the good staff has left this dealership. Coincidentally I stopped by the Escondido location a week prior to consider buying a Bronco. Another Aaron Ford employee (sales) first words to me is "how can I help? Are you looking to make a decision today" Within the first 10 seconds of meeting. Train your people better. Learn customer service skills first, and the sales will follow! read more

I have taken my vehicle to Aaron Ford Poway for the same issue on three to four separate occasions. There are at least three active recalls explicitly addressing excessive EV battery drain and calling for battery replacement. Despite this, I am repeatedly told that the issue must be "duplicated," yet the dealership claims they are unable to do so during the brief 10-15 minutes they drive the vehicle. According to the Service Manager, Eddy Ruiz, I was assured that this matter would be resolved in my favor. To date, no resolution has occurred, and it increasingly appears that this will not be addressed at all. read more

By far the worst Ford service center I've done business with in my 40 plus years owning a Ford! Quoted prices on repairs only to have the final bill hundreds of dollars more. Needless to say I'll never do business with Aaron Ford again. read more

I have done multiple reviews for Aaron Ford as I want to share my experiences with future customers. My reviews are quite similar but the repetitive excellent customer support needs to be recognized and shared. I own a 2017 F250 Superduty 6.7 and as you can expect if you want to keep the truck there will be repairs needed as well as regular maintenance. My service rep Jadon Cueva and Assistant Parts Manager Joevonni Villaescuza have gone above and beyond every time I needed immediate help. The cowling between the front windshield and hood had deteriorated weather stripping and needed to be replace so that water would not get into the engine compartment and Joevonni and Jadon located the parts on Friday afternoon and installed it the next Monday morning. These young men are eager to provide exceptional customer service and I have received it many times the last 2 years at Aaron Ford of Poway. I certainly hope that their Management rewards both of these young men as they are a true asset to Aaron Ford. Thank you once again Jadon and Joevonni. read more

Beware - Shady Sales Tactics Came here for a 2020 Ford Explorer and dealt with Chris Fernandez. From the start, he was super pushy about financing through them instead of our bank. We got approved at our own bank and went back ready to buy, but suddenly the car was "sold." Then he calls saying they do have it, so we go back... only for him to raise the out-the-door price by $2,000, saying cars "go up in price." Total waste of time and honestly felt shady. Before purchasing the bronco I voiced my concerns about needing the ability to tow. I was told installing the hitch and wiring harness would be easy and that I could do it myself. I did the install on my own--had to buy a few tools, but I got it done. Afterward, I found out that Ford needs to do a software update to activate the wiring harness, which costs $260. This is frustrating, especially since Ford's website shows the full install (labor) for only $196. I understand the sales rep may have misspoken, but I did all the work myself and still have to pay more than the full service would've cost. I believe I spoke with Eric in Service, who said I'd need to talk to the original sales rep for any help with compensation. Overall, very disappointing. read more

I have to say that this review is one of the most difficult I have felt I needed to do because the whole experience in buying a car from this place, and more importantly what happened afterwards, was traumatic and lasted months. I have bought many cars over the years, some new, some used, and was well prepared for the usual used car antics (which of course they did more than any place I have seen before) such as using several different people to try to get us to finance at a higher rate, which they kept dropping when we wouldn't go for it, and trying to sell us all these add ons, and they even seemed to pretend initially that they couldn't sell us the car right away because one of their computers was not working, which extended our visit there for 5 full hours but none of this was the reason for the 1 star review. What we found out after we reviewed the paperwork when we got home, and their response (multiple people there) is the reason for the 1 star. Despite the 5 hours to buy a car, and all the shenanigans on the day we bought the car, in the end we were happy to go home and my son liked the car we found, but upon reviewing the paperwork in more detail we realized two big mistakes were made. First, we had opted for an extended warranty and it was not at all what we had agreed to. We were told at the time of purchase by two finance people there that the warranty we bought was for 7 years and 100,000 miles "from the date of purchase" which they REPEATEDLY said started from the date we were purchasing the car which was 10/2024. I was a bit surprised by this so I asked the two who were selling us the car 3 or 4 times if they were SURE that the 7 years started from the date we were purchasing and they assured us it was. However, on careful review of the paperwork it said the 7 years started from the original purchase of the vehicle back in January 2020, which means we had paid for a warranty that's would have only lasted 2.5 years, which we would have never purchased had we known. I told the person who sold us the car about this, and initially he tried to tell me that I was not reading the contract correctly and still insisted it was 7 years from OUR purchase 10/2024, so I called the extended warranty company and they confirmed I was right and they were wrong. I asked they please either cancel the contract and reimburse us or fix it to be 7 years from our purchase. Initially his response was "no problem" and that he would definitely fix this and just had to get permission from the general manager. To make a very, very, very long story short, it took 4 months and approximately 30 calls, and having to just show up there a few times since they kept repeatedly lying to me that they would take care of it and I that they would have it fixed in a week, and then they would never get back to me and they kept leading me. It finally took going in person and insisting they fix this, for them to finally fix this after 4 months. Ugh! On top of that another error they did was to sell us an alarm system which allowed the car to be remotely located if stolen, and then they actually ended up selling us one that had no monitoring though they charged us for the monitored one. Both times, there was no apology for these errors, and especially with the extended warranty fiasco, they never once said "sorry" for this huge error, and the delay in fixing this for 4 months. To top it all off, by the time they finally did fix this error, they subtracted the prorated amount for the 4 months we had the extended warranty which we would not have had to pay if they had promptly fixed it, which may be why they delayed fixing the issue. I was so exhausted in dealing with them, I just accepted that and just never want to deal with this place again. read more

Then I went to pick the car, they did not fix anything ( not even the bulb in the headlight we specifically asked to check) , they did not change brake fluid also , they did not even do minimum outside wash. Horrible experience. They made an original offer on my vehicle for $23600. I went in once and they told me that the car needed two new tires (not true based on the traditional "penny" test) but they came back with an offer of $23200. I wasn't in a rush to sell so I left. They continued to contact me asking me if I changed my mind. Eventually my wife told me to just do it before Christmas. So I went back. After sitting there for 2 hours the guy comes out and says they will give me $23300 and SHAKES MY HAND. I say ok. Then they came back at the last minute and told me they would only give me $23000. When I pushed back the sales manager started yelling at me and accused me of lying claiming I said I would accept $23000 (if that were true, why would I be upset and writing this review?). He also claimed that the market changed and the price of the car had decreased in the week. So for the heck of it I submitted a new offer request online and what do you know... I got an offer from the same dealership for $23,775. The market actually shifted the other way. I have the receipts see for yourself. They're scumbags and liars. Don't trust this dealership. read more

Poor communication and I will not go back. My Mustang Mache had a defective battery cell. It was a long repair. I'd call and text for status and would be told "I will call you right back" many times only to wait days to actually get any details. I was given a "free" rental but not told they had a 10-day max rule. The repair took longer than that and I was charged for the extra days by the rental company when I turned the rental back. I should have been told of the 10-day limit going in, so I could choose to extend or not. It took over a week to finally be told about the 10-day limit after I asked them to cover it. In my business we had a 24-hour rule on responding to messages, and a policy of full disclosure regarding costs and limits. They would do well to adopt those types of procedures read more

Went to test drive a 2025 Bronco here and had a great experience. Khalil A. helped me throughout the process. From the get go, he was attentive, polite and professional. No pushy sales tactics! He understood my requirements and found my dream SUV. This man drove my new Bronco hours from and to a different city the same day! Showed me all the cool features and capabilities.10/10 highly recommend. Wish more sales people operated like Khalil. Very happy with my purchase and experience. read more

Ryan, the General Manager at Ford Poway, is great at working with the customer to ensure a solid experience.

During the negotiation process on a cash purchase for a used car Aaron Ford tried to sneak in an additional $1495.00 for an alarm that I didn't ask for, I didn't want, that's already included on the vehicle... When I asked them to remove the $1495 for the alarm, they said they would add another $1000 to my trade if I paid the $1495 alarm. We had a deal and then in the final transaction they wouldn't honor the extra $1000 dollars on the trade so there was a difference of $505 I needed corrected. I pointed out the mistake, but they told me they were "all-in" even though the math was wrong on the estimate and they wouldn't fix the mistake so I walked away over $500 on a $40,000 cash purchase. Not cool wasting my time knowing im in the middle of a move. The used car had been in an accident and had aftermarket parts. Shady business tactics just like the other Aaron Fords. Headed to a dealership in LA that beat their price and added a 10 year warranty with no alarm. Thanks Aaron Ford! read more

Great place easy to work with and straight forward. I'll buy all my vehicles from them

If I could give a negative star I would. I bought a "New Car" the end of December 2024 and here it is May and I've been getting dicked around for months being lied to be every employee I've spoken to on the phone and in person. My bank who I got the loan from is not penalizing me because they don't have the title and I now have expired registration and the dealership keeps telling me it's the DMVs fault but the DMV said they started the process and it's incomplete. Well, when I called the dealership they told me the DMV doesn't know what they are talking about . Now, here I go once again at the dealership and spoke to a manager and told him what happened and he looked and said "No, you bought a USED car with 40 miles" like WTF!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! read more
