I picked them up and legit was shocked. She was able to turn my gross jackets into something of wonder and happiness. She cleaned the heck outta of those jackets; no mold, no smell, no dust, nothing gross...Mimi and her magic hands pulled out a magic wand over my jackets and made them brand new again. Never even looks at the slip. And often, week or more has passed since I dropped the items off. No idea how she remembers. Ever since my first visit almost a year ago, I have been loyal and haven't even try another place. I feel welcomed and valued. The pieces are very reasonable as well as timing. Besides dry cleaning, I tried some other services, such as patching a hole in my sweater and fixing a loose hem. I have been happy with all results. Only one time I asked them to treat a stain one more time, they did it quickly and, of course, at no additional charge. There are 3 parallel parking spots in front of the place, with more across the street.
