Just had an installation for our personal home in Salida. From my perspective, the delivery and installation team is actually the key to our consumer experience satisfaction. Salespeople get us excited about the product. Payment is always kinda painful. Then comes the all important installation! Daniel, Austin and Will were a great, collaborative team. Their conscientious care of both our home and the new appliances throughout the process was exemplary. Their smiles, dedication to explaining each machine and concern about our satisfaction was incredible. Two parts on the dishwasher came with small flaws. She took her time and made sure all of our questions were answered. Naturally, we decided to go back when our GE oven finally died - well, the heating coil caught on fire. Being 25 years old, we decided not to repair it this time. This experience was horrible. The salesman showed us one oven - I never heard of the brand. I was interested in seeing the GE ovens, compare them with the Bosch. No, he would not show us the GE models. I asked to see the floor model of the Bosch oven that was listed on their website to compare prices and quality. He pointed in the general direction of their warehouse. I walked in, looked around but it was pretty full - I could not find it. He did show us the Bosch ovens at least - so one point for that. I was ready to leave, wondering if I could maybe find the original paperwork for the dishwasher to get that fantastic saleslady's name. But, we made our way to another business to purchase a Bosch oven.

They have a good sized selection of various trees of all sizes and price points. Cost of a cut tree keeps going up but that is sadly how it is everywhere. Customer service here is almost always very friendly and accommodating. No complaints. They will trim the end of the trunk and wrap it up nicely for transport to the destination. Their poinsettias are lovely and long lasting. They also have many other seasonal decorations. It's tempting to just walk by their displays and not buy up everything! I also appreciate how Lowe's gives veterans a discount. Bonus! They must respect the men and women of our military. We will keep shopping and getting our trees here for the foreseeable future.

    This location seems to have a bad wrap. We had a pretty good experience here for a new washer and…read moredryer. They were attentive and courteous. Not overbearing but they gave us as much attention as we wanted. We had all of our questions answered. They didn't pressure us into anything and worked with us to coordinate pickup at their location a couple of days later. The reason I'm giving this location a 3 star review is because of the lack of follow through. Our salesman neglected to mention that he was not going to be there on the day that he told us to come back for pickup. He didn't find a manual for the dryer that he sold us from the floor like he said he was going to. My #1 complaint is when I arrived 2 days later to pickup both machines, the one that we had purchased and paid for from the floor was nowhere to be found. It had not been set aside with the new one we ordered when it came in. I found it though. It was still sitting on the sales floor. Nope, it wasn't even marked as sold, reserved, or anything which would have indicated that it was unavailable for purchase. The associate who helped me even said, "Wow, we're lucky this thing is still even here with the price tag on it." Good stuff across the board with this chain. Bad form on putting me in a position where I would've had to have come unglued on someone if they had sold something that already belonged to us.

There was a dent in the refrigerator, but the seller said it was a new refrigerator, so I bought it. However, on May 1st, the day it was delivered, there was a problem with the refrigerator. The water dispenser wouldn't turn on, water wouldn't come out, and it wouldn't work. The main control panel didn't work, so I couldn't control the refrigerator temperature or the freezer temperature. So at first I asked nicely, why is there a problem and when will it be fixed? The person who fixes it said that someone would come and check it in two weeks, which didn't make sense. Then they said they would send a fixer on Monday. But the person who came on Monday wasn't there to fix it, but to see what the situation was. So I called the person who did the sales and he said he would call me back to look into it, so I waited for two days. When I called again and asked again, he said that the manager would call me first thing in the morning. So I waited until noon today, but I didn't get a call. So I called and the person who sold it to us wasn't working. I spoke to someone else again and they called me. i want return it But they said they wouldn't do it because it's against their company policy. They said they'd fix it, but I don't like that. I don't understand why I have to fix it when it's a new one with a dent. why I wait 2week more. why I buy my water and ice I wonder if it's because I don't speak English well, or because I'm Asian. I have nowhere to go to speak my poor English, and I want to express my grievances here even if it has to be translated.

Joe checked compressor, two fans, all working. Took photos to Mountain Maytag on Sunday for parts. Tony was in, said it was probably a Whirlpool motherboard. Fortunately not LG or Samsung parts are back ordered. Scheduled Tuesday afternoon service call!!! Ken had motherboard and was able to install. Opportunity to clean behind the refrigerator, the floor and the inside. Did lose a few vegetables, and milk but most refrigerator contents went into our garage freezer. $400 repair sure beat having to buy a new refrigerator!!!! Question: What happens when subscription appliance repair services can't get parts? Do they provide loaner refrigerators?

While my own troubleshooting was correct, there was a second wire that was shorting. I had an appointment on a Monday, asked them to move it up if possible, and they came out Friday to take a look. Ken did a great job diagnosing and fixing it before my birthday dinner. Great work. I will definitely use these folks for appliance repair going forward.
