    I visited this Lowe's for one item and it was super easy to find. One of the self-checkout attendants helped me locate an extension cord since I had never been in that Lowe's before. He was kind and helpful and pointed me in the right direction to problem. Bought the power cord easy peasy and took off. The establishment was clean and well lit too. My favorite section is the light section where you get to see all the beautiful lights in action. So cool. I could spend all day at Lowe's and leave with easily a couple thousand dollars worth of equipment and a long list of fixins needing tending too. Great location. Highly recommend a visit.

    100 square feet of lawn for $35. Probably better to use patch repair.

    This location seems to have a bad wrap. We had a pretty good experience here for a new washer and…read moredryer. They were attentive and courteous. Not overbearing but they gave us as much attention as we wanted. We had all of our questions answered. They didn't pressure us into anything and worked with us to coordinate pickup at their location a couple of days later. The reason I'm giving this location a 3 star review is because of the lack of follow through. Our salesman neglected to mention that he was not going to be there on the day that he told us to come back for pickup. He didn't find a manual for the dryer that he sold us from the floor like he said he was going to. My #1 complaint is when I arrived 2 days later to pickup both machines, the one that we had purchased and paid for from the floor was nowhere to be found. It had not been set aside with the new one we ordered when it came in. I found it though. It was still sitting on the sales floor. Nope, it wasn't even marked as sold, reserved, or anything which would have indicated that it was unavailable for purchase. The associate who helped me even said, "Wow, we're lucky this thing is still even here with the price tag on it." Good stuff across the board with this chain. Bad form on putting me in a position where I would've had to have come unglued on someone if they had sold something that already belonged to us.

There was a dent in the refrigerator, but the seller said it was a new refrigerator, so I bought it. However, on May 1st, the day it was delivered, there was a problem with the refrigerator. The water dispenser wouldn't turn on, water wouldn't come out, and it wouldn't work. The main control panel didn't work, so I couldn't control the refrigerator temperature or the freezer temperature. So at first I asked nicely, why is there a problem and when will it be fixed? The person who fixes it said that someone would come and check it in two weeks, which didn't make sense. Then they said they would send a fixer on Monday. But the person who came on Monday wasn't there to fix it, but to see what the situation was. So I called the person who did the sales and he said he would call me back to look into it, so I waited for two days. When I called again and asked again, he said that the manager would call me first thing in the morning. So I waited until noon today, but I didn't get a call. So I called and the person who sold it to us wasn't working. I spoke to someone else again and they called me. i want return it But they said they wouldn't do it because it's against their company policy. They said they'd fix it, but I don't like that. I don't understand why I have to fix it when it's a new one with a dent. why I wait 2week more. why I buy my water and ice I wonder if it's because I don't speak English well, or because I'm Asian. I have nowhere to go to speak my poor English, and I want to express my grievances here even if it has to be translated.

However while shopping a security guard did not hide they were looking over my shoulder and watching me shop almost immediately from when I walked into this store. I didn't realize until I turned around and he was there staring at me. I made my purchase left and felt upset; I was profiled and I feel it was because I am black. There are other people shopping at this store and he didn't follow them. I walked back in asked the greeter to request a manager who's name is Alejandro; I shared my experience with him and I could tell he was uncomfortable by his body language, but he did acknowledge this situation. I provided him this feedback to share how I felt, and how it was wrong. To have a security follow me before an employee asks me for help is extremely disappointing. This store has plenty of options, it's a bit older of a store, but has a great selection of electronics you can pickup in store and has a mobile bay for car tech installations. Today I was purchasing a car charger while I'm on vacation and found an insignia brand charger & adapter that was at a great price. Would I come here again, definitely not, but that should not stop you. I hope they take my in person feedback well, and apply a great shopping experience for all customers of all ethnicities. Their sales, tech program, and warranty are all things that I'd recommend.

    We shop at Ace stores frequently and have for decades…read more We usually go to the Cherry Creek or the Colfax store. When the new one opened at Havana Gardens, it became the easiest for us to get to. But I will never return to the Havana Gardens store. Nor recommend it. I have gone in ~10x since it opened. No one has anyone greeted me. Nor has anyone offerred to help me find what I am looking for. Usually I have to approach someone who is or has just finished talking to another employee to ask for help. I am then directed to where that person thinks the product is. Several times the product I asked about is NOT where I was told. I have difficulty walking. Every step is painful. Yesterday I went in to the Havana Gardens looking for cedar spray (for cedar blocks). There was no one at the register. I had to walk almost half the length of the store to find someone to ask. He told me that he didnt think Ace carried it, but that the cedar blocks were on 10, another halfway to the back. He did not come with me. He WAS right, Ace doesn't carry cedar spray for the blocks it sells. So I walked back 3/4 of the store, staying in the same center aisle- only to be told as I headed for the door in front of me "you cant go out that way you have to come to the other door." I said "I have trouble walking, could I just go out the in door? She said "it won't open." Pretty sure that the fire department requires both doors to open out for exit- maybe I am wrong. Enough. I give give up. PS. The response from corporate was a pro forma email noting it would be referred to the store manager and "we know that he will take action." Guess their managers are 100% male.
