We went to appliance factory and ended up buying a floor model Miele. Yes, I know....floor model. But I've bought floor models in the past and they all turned out fine. We did this because the sales rep said she could get us the dishwasher the following week, other purr base options were months out. She also gave us a considerable discount and extended warranty. Machine shows up, not in a box, just wrapped, and has a massive dent on the front. The movers mashed it with a fork lift. They installed the machine after I called and it was confirmed I could get another front plate. After it was installed we found out the door was mocked badly and had trouble closing, then we got the code for faulty water pump. Machine was sent back but my only option was a lower quality Miele with less options in terms of inside maneuverability. I tried it out, ended up hating it. Push cones to shove, no return policy. Was fairly disappointed as now I'm stuck with a dishwasher that I don't want.

He let me know a couple of parts needed to be ordered so it would be a couple of days. He said they would call me to let me know when it was coming in to schedule the next visit. The communication after this was a bit choppy. I had to call a couple of times to get an update and it ended up being more than a week to get the parts in, which is fine.. I just wanted someone to let me know. He came back yesterday with the parts and got me all sorted out and I'm back to being chained to laundry (haha). Overall it was a good experience.

I was totally fine with that, I didn't mind waiting or supporting a small business. After I waited for a week I was following up every day just to get an idea of when JR would actually be able to come out, he scheduled and then canceled last minute and then nothing. It's been over two weeks now- it takes 30 seconds to respond to a text at the least let alone schedule an appointment you can keep, no excuse. I've disputed with BBB and asked for my money back.
