The lady I spoke to was friendly and nice and she understood when I told her I was going elsewhere to buy my paint at half the price, lol. Seems like she hears that often. The store itself was clean, well organized, and in a decent location near Washington sq mall. The low rating is mostly for the very high prices. So if you don't mind paying a lot, this is a great place to shop for paint and supplies, ha.

I was greeted right away by a salesman, George Brace, who we travelled to see. He used to work in Columbus, IN, and moved to the Greenwood Helzberg store. He was able to work with us right away and we discussed budget. He showed me a wide variety of pieces ranging from half my budget to about 10% over so I could see the differences. He was very patient and did not press the expensive pieces. He spent about 30-45 minutes with me and we landed on some beautiful diamond and Emerald earnings and I picked the ones that came right in a my budget. He offered insurance to protect against theft/ loss and clearly went through requirements for warranty on the earrings with Helzberg. Overall experience was amazing! If you are looking for a jewelry salesman I highly, highly recommend finding George Brace, and Helzberg Diamonds has a wonderful selection to select from. Not to mention the rest of the staff were very friendly and courteous. 10 of 10 experience and would give a 6th star if possible! If you are looking for any jewelry, head to Helzberg Diamonds at Greenwood Mall and make sure to ask for George Brace. I would recommend calling ahead to make sure he is working!

I wasn't pressured to get something more expensive but the lady showed me the wrong bracelet, told me I could get 20% off but I didn't get the discount/coupon. Rick Ferguson with Sales dept did a phenomenal job of co-ordinating it. A team first came out within 24 hours of a phone call to measure and work out logistics. Again within 24 hours of first phone call - we got recs for what would fit the the space, we picked it out and order placed. Going forward the communication was spot on. Once it arrived- they fit us in at the time that worked for us and the task of installing in a tiny space came with not anticipated challenges but the team that came out did a phenomenal job!!! We finally have a washer and dryer that works!! It saved us $5k by avoiding setting up new plumbing in the basement. Would also like to mention- a nationwide retailer came out and we had to cancel delivery cause they wouldn't move anything to install the washer. We will be buying our appliances going forward from Lee's.

I replied, "Good, thanks, I'm on my way " I finally asked the manager, are you going to help me or not, I don't have a problem taking my $500+ somewhere else. She said no. I called the store at Southern Plaza, I was told,, "Well, you should call back tomorrow and ask a manager". I looked and I was just a few miles from the Speedway Store. I called them, and again, got the "no problem" reply. I was skeptical, but upon arriving, I was assured by a lady there that, yes indeed, we can help get you loaded and on your way. Because of limited space in my vehicle, they allowed me to uncrate the tool box, (they actually helped me) and let me wrap it with furniture blankets with straps to hold them in place before setting it up so we could slide it into the back of my vehicle. Paid for and on my way. I regret not getting their names, but I made sure they knew I appreciated their help. There are a couple of other stores that might be a little more convenient to get to, but I will drive by them in the future if I have to. I will not hesitate to take my money to Speedway Harbor Freight.

I purchased an air compressor to use with a TORNADOR® Air Blow Out tool. The TORNADOR® came after…read moreI had purchased the air compressor so I had no reason to open the compressor. When the TORNADOR® arrived, I found out that the air compressor would not push out enough cubic feet per minute (CFM) that the TORNADOR® requires. Unfortunately, Harbor Freight Tools does not have an air compressor in the store that the TORNADOR® needs. I went to return the air compressor only to find out that they charge a $34.00 restocking fee! Roughly 20% of the purchase price. The employee never told me this; only that I could return it if needed. When I explained to the store manager why I was returning the compressor and that it was never opened, she showed no empathy. The store employee who started the return said he had never heard of such a policy until he started working at Harbor Freight Tools. I could understand a restocking fee if I had opened the box but it was clear that I had not opened it. When she referenced the restocking fee the reference information said *subject to a restocking fee*. Had I been warned, made aware of, or if this information was posted where the air compressors were, I would have more pointed questions about the policy or not even purchased an air compressor from them. I ended up buying an air compressor recommended by users on Tik Tok and I had to spend $180.00 more for one that meets the TORNADOR® requirements. Take heed of my expensive experience and be cautious of what you purchase from Harbor Freight Tools. Also, note that most of their tools only have a 90-day warranty.
