I was able to get an appointment within less than a week. Pricing is on the higher side compared to other places I've gone to, however, my fur baby was fresh and smelled sooo good once I picked her up. I was expecting this appointment to take about 4-5 hours due to the experience I had at other places. I am very glad this wasn't the case! Within 2 hours my fur baby was ready to come home. I'm very happy with the outcome and am looking forward to many more spa days from here. Tip - if you are a first time costumer make sure to look at their brochure. Fast forward to yesterday - I expanded my search and found Bohemian Spaws. Their website is wonderful, every single picture made me smile, and they have bios of all their groomers! I immediately called to get some info and they were able to get us in today! Monica groomed our baby and I cannot even put into words how beautiful of a job she did!!! I literally teared up when my husband brought him home!! She did such an incredible job with shaping his trim to fit his body, and I can't get over how she trimmed the hair on his back legs by his booty!! He's so handsome! He looks AMAZING!!! Not a Maltese cut!…read more Before booking, I asked multiple times for a groomer experienced with Maltese and a specific Maltese cut. I was told: "I've done plenty Maltese I've been grooming for 9 years." The first photo shows Baylin in her full coat before grooming. The others are Baylin the day she was groomed and weeks later, showing how poorly the cut growing out. I requested a proper Maltese shape, trimmed right off the floor with no straight lines. Baylin is only 3-4 pounds, so experience matters. The result was not a Maltese cut. I contacted the owner weeks later to give feedback only, not to request a refund. The responses were: * "You had no complaints when there this is days after the groom" * "Request the other groomer or go else where" * "Beth would be more then happy to service you" * "And I assume that's the day of your groom correct ?" * "Days after to complain makes 0 sense beth would be more then happy to service you eliza is no longer here." After that, communication stopped. This service cost $120 +$40 travel fee (not including tip). Posting for transparency.

When I arrived, the receptionist greeted her as much as me. She was so warm and inviting that my dog (who had just been shivering scared in the car just minutes prior) actually started to walk in the back on her own, almost. Less than two hours later, they called and said she was ready. When I picked her up she didn't seem traumatized. She was happy, fluffy and trimmed where I mostly wanted- her ears and feet. I'm fact, I was surprised how small her feet are without all the extra hair. Also, it was $70! She's about 55- 60lbs. A note on the door stated that if you pick up dog more than an hour after getting the call that your dog is ready, you will be charged $20 per additional hour. I imagine that could be issue with people working or trying to get errands or kids managed. I didn't think to ask the name of her groomer. I did notice that there were 4 grooming stations. They commented that today was a slow day but I imagine it can get pretty loud and busy.
