Las June I brought her in for annual shots and asked vet to look at growth because it looked like it was getting larger and he said "We have to watch it." In Sept. I called for an appointment to get a biopsy. Biopsy came back CANCER STAGE 3. He is the vet and should have realized the growth was not normal and suggested a biopsy on first visit 3 years ago and cancer would not have been an devolped as it is now. I do not recommend bringing your pet to this vet.

If you didn't want the business there's better ways than to just ghost customers. ‍ We wouldn't have taken it personally. It's the ghosting that's an issue. Seems like it's a common issue across the mobile pet grooming industry anymore. Extremely disappointed. For what it's worth, we were very pleased with their first two grooming sessions.

Not a Maltese cut!…read more Before booking, I asked multiple times for a groomer experienced with Maltese and a specific Maltese cut. I was told: "I've done plenty Maltese I've been grooming for 9 years." The first photo shows Baylin in her full coat before grooming. The others are Baylin the day she was groomed and weeks later, showing how poorly the cut growing out. I requested a proper Maltese shape, trimmed right off the floor with no straight lines. Baylin is only 3-4 pounds, so experience matters. The result was not a Maltese cut. I contacted the owner weeks later to give feedback only, not to request a refund. The responses were: * "You had no complaints when there this is days after the groom" * "Request the other groomer or go else where" * "Beth would be more then happy to service you" * "And I assume that's the day of your groom correct ?" * "Days after to complain makes 0 sense beth would be more then happy to service you eliza is no longer here." After that, communication stopped. This service cost $120 +$40 travel fee (not including tip). Posting for transparency.

For my 11 month old Golden Retriever to get her second grooming appointment, I brought her to…read moreStephan's Tailwaggers on my neighbors recommendation. I wasn't disappointed at all. When I arrived, the receptionist greeted her as much as me. She was so warm and inviting that my dog (who had just been shivering scared in the car just minutes prior) actually started to walk in the back on her own, almost. Less than two hours later, they called and said she was ready. When I picked her up she didn't seem traumatized. She was happy, fluffy and trimmed where I mostly wanted- her ears and feet. I'm fact, I was surprised how small her feet are without all the extra hair. Also, it was $70! She's about 55- 60lbs. A note on the door stated that if you pick up dog more than an hour after getting the call that your dog is ready, you will be charged $20 per additional hour. I imagine that could be issue with people working or trying to get errands or kids managed. I didn't think to ask the name of her groomer. I did notice that there were 4 grooming stations. They commented that today was a slow day but I imagine it can get pretty loud and busy.
