I usually hate reviews about scheduling issues, but I had 1 cancellation, 1 no call no show, and have reached out to them numerous times besides. Spent an absurd amount of extra effort being patient with them. Reached out to them via their website; no response. Reached out to them via Yelp, got a response a few days later. Day of appointment, i received a call 1 hour before from Marcin's assistant cancelling the appointment (no explanation)--okay, we rescheduled for the following week. Morning of 2nd appointment (a Friday) 20 minutes after my appointment time, called the assistant to find out where he was. Found out this appointment was also being cancelled because he was with "the cops" on the way to me...not sure if he had a traffic violation or got in an accident. She said she'd call me back to reschedule--never did. 3 days later I call her--no response. Following Monday I call Marcin but can't leave a message because his voicemail is full. Sent him a text that went through--no response. Called the assistant and left a voicemail--no response. So i wasted 2.5 weeks waiting for this guy to show up and they just completely ghosted despite a frustrating amount of effort continually reaching back out to them. Had issues with water drainage in my garage. Whoever poured the concrete in the past rushed the job and created high spots. Water would go toward the walls and not center drain. If there's an option for no star, I would give a 'zero'. I found this business via Yelp and emailed them and got an appointment. The night before the appointment I called to confirm with the owner marcin and told him my partner and I have to take time off work to meet him and return to work after. And for marcin to be on time. Marcin said no problems, don't worry, he will be there. We got to the appointment a little early and waited. But no show so I called marcin and he said he was running an hour late. I understand we all are busy and could be late sometimes but he should have called before the appointment time and let us know so we didn't have to take time off work and rush to the appointment. No apology but blaming on another customer holding him up. And he's busy and has 20 jobs line up. If he was so busy and doesn't want another job then shouldn't have made that appointment. His times is valuable and so is ours. Very inconsiderate owner/ business man. Worst customer service ever especially from the owner himself. In respond to marcin's comment... The appointment was at 9:30am. We waited but no show so I called you at 9:35am and that's when you told me you will be one hour late. You DID NOT call me like you stated here. Check your call history if you forgot so quickly. If you like, I can have 2 witnesses who were there with me at the time post a comment here to confirm. My partner and neighbor who also need some work done on their building so I told them to meet there to see if they like your service. They heard the whole conversation. The issue is we took time off work for a confirmed appointment which you didn't show up and didn't call to inform us being late. we lost work paid for unneccessary time off. And frustration. I saw the no show no call comment from the other review and I thought it was only an isolated incident . And was giving you a chance but I should have took that comment seriously because now the same happened to me . *WARNING* Being a president of a condo association for the last 10 years I must say this is the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with. Getting Insurance requirements was a project by itself, after numerous requests to Marcin (owner) we finally received a bogus certificate of insurance. Numerous calls went un answered, finally we concluded that this company subcontracts all there work to others as a 1099 subcontractor with no insurance. As for references this company has no history or prior completed projects, nor this company has any track records of any type of safety programs. I needed some help with some masonry and waterproofing on the side brick wall and walkway first, and Marcin gave me a fast quote at a reasonable price, and was able to start the work very quickly.
