    Bathroom

    I hired AB moving due to the fact that they said they can pack and move. I told them i was hurt and quit packing my apartment halfway through and they said that was not a problem. They arrived on time, and seemed to be professional. The living room was full of the boxes I had packed and I went back to the bedroom to pack what I was able to while they were moving the packed boxes out. They were to pack the pots, pans and dishes in the kitchen along with the appliances. They were at my 1 bedroom apartment from 0800 to 1 pm "packing". When they came for the bed I noticed none of the appliances were packed. They acted shocked when said,.everything needs to go, im moving totally out. Went back to working on the bedroom and came back out and the counters were clear and they asked if I had wrapping paper, which I did but they packed it up. They had taken such a long time my internet installation time was coming due. They said they only had another 15 min and they should be done and it was ok to go. I got to my new house 40 miles away before they left. I also had to meet them at a storage facility to drop off a few items. Once that was done, I assumed they were going to follow me to the house, I made a left turn, they went right and took almost 20 min to get to the house that was .5 miles away. They unloaded fairly quickly and were gone. I starred to look for some items that I absolutely couldn't locate. I had to go back to the apartment to make sure it was ready for the cleaners, it was not even close. NONE of the pots, pans, dishes silverware were even touched. The closet by the bathroom still had a bunch of towels and tools in it, the coat closet hadn't been touched and they just piled all of the heavy trash bags in the corner.amd the main closet was still half full. If this us what they call packing it is tbe worst I have seen! Waiting on a return call from their customer service. When I called to complain they basically told me the only way to report it is to open a ticket and wait.​

From the moment the guys arrived at our old home until the moment they unloaded and unwrapped the last piece of furniture at our new home I can say it was completely seamless, and we have a LOT of -ish! They packed items we hadn't packed with no hesitation or question. They went ABOVE & BEYOND making sure furniture was placed in the correct room, that it was positioned how we wanted it and even moved a few HEAVY items a few times just to make sure it was to our liking. Did I mention they took beds down AND set them up at the new house? Upstairs AND downstairs? The day was extremely long but they never showed any sign of being tired, they kept right on unloading, going up & down at BOTH homes too!!!     DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -- ESPECIALLY DONNIE!!! This was hands down one of the worst business…read moretransactions I've ever been involved in. Completely dishonest, unprofessional, and disrespectful from start to finish. I referred Donnie a long-distance move for my clients, and from the very beginning it was a mess. He rushed through the phone call, failed to gather basic and necessary information, and quoted my clients $1,500, which turned out to be wildly inaccurate. When the movers actually showed up, the price magically jumped to $2,300 -- and even after paying that inflated amount, they still didn't move everything. My clients were forced to rent a U-Haul themselves just to finish the move. Absolutely unacceptable. Communication was nonexistent. At pickup, the movers couldn't even give a rough estimate of when the items would be delivered. My clients' belongings were left in limbo for days, and it took countless phone calls just to get a vague update on where their items were and when they might arrive. This level of disorganization is shocking for a company that claims to be professional. On top of all that, Donnie personally put in writing that I would receive a referral fee. When I followed up to resolve the issue professionally, he completely dodged responsibility -- ignoring messages, blocking my calls, and refusing to communicate at all. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about his character and how this company operates. I was told my concerns were "escalated to customer service," yet I've heard absolutely nothing since. No follow-up. No accountability. No resolution. This company is misleading, unreliable, and operates with zero integrity. They bait customers with low pricing, change terms last minute, and disappear when problems arise. PLEASE BEWARE -- save yourself the stress, money, and frustration and stay far away from this company.
