And they're honest about the cost of labor and replacement pieces. The waiting room is kinda rough and cold so you can ask to sit in the office with the lot puppy they found and adopted this year. She's so well behaved. While I was waiting I got to talk with one of the co-owners and they're super friendly, you'll find good conversation with most of the folks here. MTS was honest, diagnosed and fixed the problem. I am very pleased with how my truck is running now. You know those disposable single use floor mats shops use to protect the vehicle's interior from getting dirty / stained with grease, mud, and oil while mechanics are working on it? I have a Leer truck cap installed on the bed of my truck. Some punk degenerate employed by MTS amused themselves by taking the time to open up my truck cap, crumble up and dispose of the used floor mat. Using my truck bed as their personal dumpster. Kind of defeats the purpose of the floor mat if the intended use is to leave the customer's vehicle in the same condition it's brought to them in, right? Put a bad taste in my mouth for what otherwise would have been an overwhelmingly positive experience. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality, reasonably priced service on their vehicles.
