They don't enforce proper parking violations. They patrol in unmarked cars so if you don't already know the company name, you never will. They drive away when you try to ask questions, get their names, etc. They do not make my community feel safe or secure. They try to violate trucks and vans that are actively being loaded/unloaded. For moving purposes, even when they are parked in a way that still allows traffic to flow. Terrible company to have working for your HOA. I hope to one day have them removed as a service provider from my HOA. Terrible company and waste of HOA money being spent. Do not seek out services from this company. Do not waste your money. Find a company that will actually secure the community, keep it safe, and report actual parking violations rather than harass people over non-violations (For the record, all of the complaints that this company has tried to report on my tenants have not been true violations and has wasted their time, my HOA's time, my time, and my HOA's money!)
