I was quoted prices from just ok on the high end to WHAT!! Are you kidding? I was desperate and continued searching for other options here on Yelp. I found Airport Rides and read the positive reviews, so I requested a quote. Within two minutes of sending my quote request, I received a phone call from a gentleman named Anthony. I provided Anthony with pertinent information, including the date, location, number of passengers, luggage information, and return transportation details. Within 15 seconds, Anthony provided me with a round-trip quote, tax, and tip for his drivers, which was hundreds of dollars less than what other shuttle companies had quoted me for one-way transportation. I had to confirm three times during our phone conversation whether there were any additional fees, since his price was sooo much better than anyone else's. Anthony advised me that he was the owner of his new shuttle company and that, as a new business, excellent customer service and competitive pricing were the keys to its success. I agreed to the price, and Anthony directed me to please make the reservations on his website, which I did. Within minutes, I received my email confirmation and a follow-up phone call from Anthony, thanking me for the business and the opportunity to transport my family and friends. Needless to say, I am thrilled and grateful to Anthony for the GREAT customer service and for saving me hundreds of dollars.

While Jackson did not have availability for the next day, he found a different company to handle our shuttle needs. The driver arrived 10 minutes early the next day (with free bottled water) and delivered us to LAX promptly. Would highly recommend this company to others and will use in the future.

Go Ride was very clear about their pricing and they were detailed when answering a follow up question I had about pickup time which was fortunate as our flight ended up getting in 30 mins earlier than scheduled. Our driver, Oscar, arrived early to pick us up - I received an iMessage from him before landing using my airline's in-flight wifi - I was able to send him updates as we got off the plane and got our bags. He pulled up within 5 mins of my last message when we had our bags conveniently right outside the terminal. It was so easy I didn't even need to rent the $8 USD luggage cart and my kids didn't have enough time to complain about any wait. Oscar was really helpful with our bags and had all the car seats already installed correctly! All seats were facing the correct direction, solid, tight and the only adjustment needed was for the actual seat belts themselves to secure the kids. Oscar offered us bottles of water and we were off to the hotel. On the way we had a nice chat and he was totally OK with the youngest child crying for a bit while navigating LA's notorious traffic (he said it was light but to me it was busy). Drop off at the hotel was smooth and we tipped in cash for great service - he impressed us! Definitely would recommend to anyone especially families looking for a smooth experience getting anywhere from LAX airport. I will be using them again for future travel. The flight for the second group was delayed by a couple of hours. That wasn't a problem for the pickup, because Sunny's checks on flights and arrives at the airport at the appropriate time. My experience with ABA Limosine was FANTASTIC!!!! I called ABA Limos where they have an office in Montebello and Whittier because a friend of mine bragged about them. Well, he wasn't kidding. They were AWESOME! I booked with the Owner "Haik" about 6 weeks prior to my wifes surprise 40th Birthday. I was so nervous with all the planning I was doing that I was worried that the Limos would be late. I wanted to pay the owner in full prior to the event but he refused to take all the money now?? Thats unusual!! He told me to just pay the balance to the driver at the end of the night. Now about my night. The drivers were very punctual, professional, and extremely nice. They treated us Like ROYALTY. He even had flowers in the limo for my wife and champagne for us. This was the BEST LIMO SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They decided on a limo a week before the prom, and I was getting discouraged since most of the Limo companies I called were booked or could not handle a party of 14. When I called ABA, I dealt with the owner "Haik" who had a 15 person Hummer limo available. On the day of the prom, the driver (Danny) was at the house on time. The limo was huge and clean. Before the kids got in the limo, Danny gave the great speech on the "Do's and Don'ts" for a prom limo ride. This made the parents feel better. Got there party bus this weekend for my 21st birthday. Best price for what I looked for in a three weeks notice compared to other companies. Very affordable and the interior of the bus was very nice and looked brand new. Awesome lighting and I am a big fan of audio and that Party Bus speakers were amazing. I placed a deposit for a limo in October 2025 for my wedding in May 2025. During the confirmation…read morephone call, the sales manager Shannon had mentioned they may not have the limo on my wedding day, but they had a party bus as a back up option. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the party bus especially since I had booked the limo well in advance and she assured me it was just an option as she likes to have backup options. On my wedding day after our grand exit, there was no limo, so we awkwardly had to walk back and try to figure out what to do. I was thinking maybe they didn't have the limo, but I didn't see a party bus either. We looked around for a bit and didn't see anything so we went back inside the venue to wait and to clean up. We found out later the party bus was behind the executive shuttle, so we didn't get to board the party bus until 20 minutes after the end of our wedding so we were late to our own after party. We asked our guests and they also didn't see a party bus (I think it was too far from the venue entrance and didn't have any lights) We did not receive any notification that the limousine was officially cancelled, and the party bus was the replacement. We provided uber vouchers for our guests, so had we known in advance that the limo was replaced with the party bus, we would have been able to appropriately direct our guests. A courtesy phone call even the day of my wedding to let me know that the limo was cancelled would have been appreciated. The embarrassment from having no transportation to our after party after our grand exit was traumatizing and ruined our wedding.

I received 2 phone calls the day before to confirm service and was pleased with my service to this point. The day of the wedding, I waited with my group of 7 for the limo. When the driver George was 10 minutes late, I called him for the first time. He apologized for the delay and explained how he was sending a different driver. This was the last time we spoke. I was sent to voicemail every time since. Over the next hour, I called the main office lines (most of which, as I found out, are based in San Diego) as well as the original person who booked my reservation, Tammay, who was not available by cell. Everyone I spoke with continued to tell me they couldn't get a hold of the driver, George, and he was the one holding all the cards in our scenario. After several frustrating phone calls with people who seemed to have no idea how to accommodate me, my group was left with driving ourselves to the wedding. As anyone who has been to a wedding knows, it's a time to hang lose a bit, and enjoy ourselves with some alcohol. With this in mind, we still hoped Air Force 1 Limo would makeup for their previous mistake and provide transportation home so that we could drink responsibly. My fiancée was able to speak with Tammay this time as she promised to get to the bottom of our situation. Again, no answer from our driver George, and after getting nowhere with the main office the first time, we didn't see the point. Tammay never replied as promised, and my group was left stranded for a second time. I cannot put into words the frustration of the transpired events on a day as important as this. We would've expected at the very least some sort of retribution with a ride home and there was nothing. I've never dealt with a company that is totally willing to give up on their customer. Price: I did a ton of research and read a ton of reviews on…read moreyelp. I called a bunch of different companies who all tried to upsell me. Air Force 1 was the only company who gave a fair price and they didn't charge more when I told them I needed 4 baby seats (all different sizes). The man I spoke to on the phone was professional and straight to the point. Reliability: My driver, Aaron arrived to my home 30 minutes early. He waited outside and sent me a text letting me know he was ready any time I was and he never rushed me. When we checked out the car, all 4 baby seats were there just like they said. Aaron was funny, professional and got me to the airport on time. When I returned from my vacation, I turned on my cell phone after we landed at LAX and there was a voicemail from Aaron saying he was already there waiting (Note: He was waiting for about an hour). When I walked out of the airport, there he was ready to pick us up. Convenience: I researched a lot on whether to leave my car at LAX at one of their long term parking structures. After reading all the horror stories about that and finding out that the price was comparable to having a driver, I decided to go with Air Force 1. Also, when we returned from our 13 hour flight, words can't express how convenient it was to have Aaron pick us up, help with the luggage and drive us home. I can't imagine having to wait for a shuttle, move all my luggage on it, remove all my luggage, wait to pick up my car and then drive 1 hour home all with 4 young kids after not sleeping for 24 hours. Thank you Aaron for your professionalism. Thank you Air Force 1 for the great service. Will be using your company again in the future.

If I could give this 10 stars I would…read more Hart's Limo provided a FANTASTIC experience for my group and I. We had a group of 5 and the suburban we booked was incredibly comfortable. Our driver Nick (who also booked our reservation) was very responsive and gave very fair pricing for round trip airport transfer from Lancaster to LAX. Not only was Nick on time, his driving was so smooth (and as someone who gets car sick pretty easily, I didn't feel a thing!). Nick was professional and incredibly kind. I never felt so spoiled on a ride to the airport. I dislike traveling to LAX, but Hart's Limo made us as comfortable as possible. Easiest trip to LAX ever! So thankful.
