Abaca shops, restaurants, baseball stadium and movies are walkable with a lot to do so my family used to come with me and hang out while I went to class.

A few hammocks are for the students to relax underneath trees overlooking a field where people like to play ultimate frisbee, soccer, or throw a football around. On campus is also the Edna Hibel Arts Museum as well as a beautiful arboretum to explore.

The workers are lazy and unhelpful. The park is not designed well with signs nor are there any people to assist you with wear your seats are. Best part was the Cubs kicked their butts. Crowed was at least 65% cubs fans!!

At 1:00 it wasn't too busy, but by 2:30 the crowds were here. It was a hot steamy afternoon at the Abaca Town Center Amphitheater to sample local brews, exotic wines, and samples of liquors paired with live music, food, and a few interactive games. There were about 30 vendors and enjoyed sampling, Tequila, Scotch, vodkas, cider, local wines, brews.... We left with a couple of cans of vodka spritzers and some alcohol swag at about 3:30.

Despite the heat, it was a good time. A lot to sample from the local beer, wines and liquors such as Tequila, Scotch, vodkas and cider. At around 2:30 it started to get crowded.
