Jupiter Beer & Wine Festival March 2023
    Andrew C.

Abacoa town center amphitheater is the one place where many weekend events take place. Today, I had the great pleasure of enjoying a comfortable afternoon at the Jupiter Beer & Wine Festival. The Abacoa Town Center Amphitheater had a festival introducing many vendors representing beer, wine, and spirits along with food and product vendors. Sampling the local brew, Tequila, and Rum vendors were my favorite. The live music was wonderful as well.

Great place for an outdoor concert venue! Saw Tyler Hubbard live in Dec 2024 with two of my young children & we all had a blast!

On my first visit, I inquired about "the room in the back." Was told that area was for Members Only (there was even a sign) AND was offered information on how to join if I desired. There were nothing but sporty White guys in there so I didn't sign up but passed the info along to some colleagues of mine who "fit in" better with their normal clientele. A few months later, _upon_ entering and offering a cheery hello to a different blonde-babe bartender with far less gravitas and friendliness, she responded with a brusque, "Are you a member?" That's it. No welcome. No offer to join. No upsell. Just a GTFOH vibe emanating from her pores. She added that she was new and they could be fined $3,000 if they let non-members in. Oh, she also attempted to *check* me stating that there are signs on the outside. There are not. The signs declaring privacy refer to the outside seating and the restrooms only. That's it. There's nothing special to offer and any axe to grind. Someone below had the same abrupt service upon entering without this mysterious, EMPTY, members-only bar. Oh, I can validate that the Taco Chula next door IS worth traveling to this strip mall for! The previous Owners (or the former bartender?) did allow it.

Sat quick right on the water covered seating so the sun wasn't beating on us. All the Waitresses were quick and attentive covering for one another. Drinks and apps came out fast. The Gator bites were great highly recommend if you've never had gator before these were delicious with the pickled red onions and banana peppers. The Juice of the gods and Cat 5 were both spot on with happy hour and margaritas Monday who could complain. The meals followed and didn't disappoint. The catch of the day was golden tile fish with the macadamia coconut crust. Flaky and delicious with a mango salsa. Beans and rice with green beans all very filling. I got the Cubano sandwich or fat Cuban as they call it. Was perfect blend of salty pork with the acid of the pickle and creamy cheese melted and toasted. Would've preferred fries with it but didn't see them on the sides as an option, the chips were good as well. Overall great experience worth bringing the family and enjoying the beautiful setting

For drinks and fun you absolutely cannot go wrong, and they keep the calendar packed with live music and events. Unfortunately food was just so-so (which is to be expected at a place like this). We tried the fried shrimp and chicken nachos, and while they weren't bad they also just weren't that good (if that makes sense). My kids quesadillas also came with rice which was super hard. I'd definitely come back again for some drinks and would probably just eat elsewhere.

I didn't really like his humor and thought some of it was not funny at all. I don't think I'll be following him on instagram or anything. It is similar to the Boca Black box which we live near. I don't think I would be coming back here.

I was thinking of the movie burlesque with Christina Aguilera but just add Fifty Shades of Grey. The beautiful, amazing, talented women that were on stage giving us one hell of a show and doing crazy things just blow everybody's mind. The ending was definitely the best part of the night and I won't share what happened. The theater itself is a good size with a concession inside if you want a snack or two. If you check in on yelp you will receive free popcorn. The bar is inside the theater, but I believe they only serve wine and beer so don't expect a full bar. My girlfriend suggested I pay for the VIP tickets and told me it would definitely be worth it. Unfortunately, where we were sitting at the high tables near the stage wasn't the greatest view. The speakers were blocking a lot of the show and it was extremely annoying and disappointing. What's the point of paying for VIP tickets if I don't have the best view in the room!? We were talking about going to another show but I'm not paying $30 for taking that risk of maybe getting shitty seats. The security was definitely on point, there's also a cop who I personally thank for being there. There was a disruptive man who is causing a bit of a problem and security put him in check. Overall we had a great time and I took away a star because of where my seat was.

When the staff at a venue seem just as invested and excited for you to have a great night as you…read moreare - that's how you know it's a good venue! I've been to iThink Financial many times before and it has been somewhat of a hit or miss in terms of the enjoyment of the venue. However, over the last few times I've gone, especially for my most recent concerts there, they've gone above and beyond making sure their guests are not only comfortable and having a great time, but safe as well. Summer concerts can be brutal. Especially at a venue like iThink which is outdoors. However, the staff provided free water for anyone that needed. Also, the large fans in the overhang did a decent job keeping the air circulating. We were front row for Hilary Duff and it was truly an experience like no other. We could see Hilary perfectly and she could see us too! Knowing the artist can actually see the audience, especially those upfront was huge. There was several times she pointed at us and even mimicked a dance move as I was doing during "Why Not?" - oh, girl I was SHAKING. The music sounded great and there were enough screens for everyone to see her clearly no matter where they were in the crowd. The stage and show itself was not the only thing that made this venue enjoyable. The concessions were abundant and offered variety. We really wanted a tour-exclusive light up cup. Unfortunately, the first stand we went to sold out, but we eventually found them at a different stand just on the other side of the venue. The drinks that came in those cups were delicious and didn't feel like a waste of money. You absolutely got what you paid for. Now, as with every concert, concessions and tour-exclusive merch tends to be expensive and that was true here as well. However, iThink has a 2 chicken salad wraps for $10 deal that we absolutely took advantage of. The wraps were yummy and kept us satisfied for the rest of the night. The staff and security guards were very attentive! We were actually checked on a few times throughout the night and made friends with one of the security guards . They were friendly and made you feel safe. All in all, iThink Financial has all the makings of a great venue: good seats, good music output, good concessions, and a great staff. I'll be back for more shows in the future!

Paying up to get in early, whether via the "Fast Lane" or the "VIP Club" does not get you in earlier than anyone else. All gates opened at 5:30 pm. False advertising. The food choices were all there, but presented poorly. No mustard or relish for the hot dogs. The fried dumplings were served on a sauce similar to General Tsao's, but none of the other dipping sauces advertised could be found anywhere. All of that said, the staff were friendly and helpful. Our seats were comfortable and the video screens big and easy to watch, even when our view of the stage was blocked. I wish there was a meaningful way to suggest changes to management, but I suspect they simply don't care.
