When the staff at a venue seem just as invested and excited for you to have a great night as you are - that's how you know it's a good venue! I've been to iThink Financial many times before and it has been somewhat of a hit or miss in terms of the enjoyment of the venue. However, over the last few times I've gone, especially for my most recent concerts there, they've gone above and beyond making sure their guests are not only comfortable and having a great time, but safe as well. Summer concerts can be brutal. Especially at a venue like iThink which is outdoors. However, the staff provided free water for anyone that needed. Also, the large fans in the overhang did a decent job keeping the air circulating. We were front row for Hilary Duff and it was truly an experience like no other. We could see Hilary perfectly and she could see us too! Knowing the artist can actually see the audience, especially those upfront was huge. There was several times she pointed at us and even mimicked a dance move as I was doing during "Why Not?" - oh, girl I was SHAKING. The music sounded great and there were enough screens for everyone to see her clearly no matter where they were in the crowd. The stage and show itself was not the only thing that made this venue enjoyable. The concessions were abundant and offered variety. We really wanted a tour-exclusive light up cup. Unfortunately, the first stand we went to sold out, but we eventually found them at a different stand just on the other side of the venue. The drinks that came in those cups were delicious and didn't feel like a waste of money. You absolutely got what you paid for. Now, as with every concert, concessions and tour-exclusive merch tends to be expensive and that was true here as well. However, iThink has a 2 chicken salad wraps for $10 deal that we absolutely took advantage of. The wraps were yummy and kept us satisfied for the rest of the night. The staff and security guards were very attentive! We were actually checked on a few times throughout the night and made friends with one of the security guards . They were friendly and made you feel safe. All in all, iThink Financial has all the makings of a great venue: good seats, good music output, good concessions, and a great staff. Although the Amphitheater is the place to go in Palm Beach County for great concerts, the venue is really disappointing. Paying up to get in early, whether via the "Fast Lane" or the "VIP Club" does not get you in earlier than anyone else. All gates opened at 5:30 pm. False advertising. The food choices were all there, but presented poorly. No mustard or relish for the hot dogs. The fried dumplings were served on a sauce similar to General Tsao's, but none of the other dipping sauces advertised could be found anywhere. All of that said, the staff were friendly and helpful. Our seats were comfortable and the video screens big and easy to watch, even when our view of the stage was blocked. I wish there was a meaningful way to suggest changes to management, but I suspect they simply don't care. read more

Loved the Akon and Neyo concert experience here! I do not wish they made it somewhat of an indoor experience though because of how hot it is in summer in Florida, but besides that, it was a very fun concert! They do have a few giant fans but those don't really cool the area much. Parking now ranges from $25-85. $25 for basic general parking and $50-85 for VIP parking that is closer to the venue. The downside to the VIP parking is that it does take longer to leave since it is further inside than the general parking. I do wish there was some street parking or other parking options available nearby. read more

What a great venue and concert! It always kept clean, the security is fantastic and everybody that works there is so helpful. Yes the prices are a little extremely, but I understand the cost of running the entire venue. We love watching concerts. They are sitting on the lawn meeting new people. iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre - Getting ready for FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE!! - Music Venues Near Me - West Palm Beach, Florida

I've been going to shows at iThink Amphitheater in West Palm Beach for a couple of years now, and I've had nothing but amazing experiences. Here's why. The lineup is solid. Sure, they might not pull the same acts that Miami, Atlanta, or even Tampa get, but considering the market, it's pretty impressive. I've seen Alanis Morissette, Chris Stapleton, Zac Brown Band, Maroon 5, Hootie & the Blowfish, and most recently Jelly Roll and Train. My biggest tip: parking on the side opposite from where everyone else parks (fairgrounds rd) makes a huge difference. Less crowded, easier in and out, and you end up with way more space on that side of the lawn. You can park on the main side and walk over, but trust me, the secondary side is the move. Parking usually runs $25 to $50 depending on the show, so budget for that, though at my last concert (Train) I somehow didn't get charged at all, which has never happened before. General admission lawn seats are the way to go. You get total freedom to sit wherever, get up when you want, grab snacks, hit the bar. You can technically do that from the regular seats too, but there's no real reason to pay extra unless you want cover from the rain. I just bring a poncho and call it a day. One of the best additions they've made in the last couple of years is chair rentals instead of hauling your own. I was skeptical at first, but they dropped the price to $10 this year and now it's genuinely the best deal at the venue. Once a season I'll grab one of their raspberry lemonade drinks in the souvenir cup. They're cute, they're good, and the cups double as shakers at home. Otherwise I limit concessions to 1 drink per show since they're pricey (a drink alone runs about $20). The grounds themselves are beautiful. Grass is always fresh cut and green, and you can tell they put real care into maintaining it. We're lucky to have this venue in our area. It's absolutely worth a visit, or three, every summer. read more

Haven't been to this Amphitheatre since I was in high school and wow I feel like they've really leveled up. It's nice how you can bring your own blanket and snacks to the arena and they have chair rentals for $10 if you want to not sit on the ground. They let you bring in your own empty drink container and they have free water refill stations and cooling/misting stations to cool you down. There's tons of bars/food stands around so you never have to wait that long in a line. Theres also plenty of bathrooms both porta potties and regular bathrooms. My friends and I sat on the lawn and it was perfect we had plenty of space and could spread out. I love how they put screens right where the lawn starts so you don't have to strain to see the screens by the stage. It is very hot out there so make sure to bring a fan, umbrella if it's an earlier show to hide from the sun/rain. The grass is wet sometimes so bring 2 blankets cause it'll soak through. Great arena, reasonable food and drink prices, great vibes. Leaving is a pain in the butt though. read more

We attended the Jelly Roll concert last month and were fortunate to sit in the box section. This really came in clutch because I was in a boot at the time and needed the extra space for my scooter along with the capability to elevate my leg. It was a long journey from the parking lot even with the scooter but the staff at the entrance as well as the folks up monitoring the box were extremely hospitable. I didn't arrive in time to take advantage of the extra VIP perks but one friend did and she really enjoyed the live music. Another in our group took advantage of the ability to order food and beverages from the box. The quality of food is exactly what one would expect but the service was phenomenal. I wasn't drinking so I didn't need to use the restroom but the box seats do come with a separate restroom option. Finally, our view from our seats was amazing! It was so nice to be able to see and enjoy the show without competing for space especially due to my temporary handicap situation. I highly recommend. read more

We were in for a Hilary Duff concert in June so you can imagine it was VERY hot. Lucky for us we had seats and shade but there's not enough shade on the outside so be warned. I remembered to transfer my wallet and personal belongings into a clear bag for security purposes. We got to the amphitheater early because it is a trek to walk from the parking lot to the amphitheater. It took :30 in traffic to pay $25 to park. We then waited on the security line to go through the metal detectors and have our bags checked. Leaving & driving out took a good hour. Toto,Christopher Cross & Men at Work are touring in North America this summer. This pop, rock, soul, funk, blues, & jazz musician had mass appeal in the 2970's. Steve Lukathr is the only original Toto Member still recording & touring. Live Nation was selling tickets to this concert which commences on July 18th in West Palm Beach and will stage several dozen appearances prior to the final event on the west coast. Although this amphitheater has gone through many name changes the one thing that remains is how good of a venue it is to see a concert at. I've gone to shows here for over 15 years & it's always a great time. Whether you're in the GA lawn area, the seats underneath the overhang or in the pit you're sure to have a good experience. Most importantly, the sound system is fantastic. Even if you're way up top in the lawn you'll hear the performers clearly. There's also a couple screens if you're seated far away in the lawn, but honestly I've never had an issue seeing the stage. I've gone to some incredible concerts here like The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rob Zombie, Brad Paisley, Zac Brown Band, Dierks Bentley & plenty of others. They host all sorts of shows from country to rock to rap & more. I appreciate how you can get lawn tickets for relatively cheap which is always a win in my book. You can spend a little extra to get actual seats closer to the stage which is well worth it if you're a fan. The only downside is the seats aren't the most comfortable because they're hard plastic but it's not something worth complaining about. I'll gladly buy seated tickets for certain artists. There's plenty of food & drink stands on either side by the entrances but your wallet will definitely be feeling it if you want to buy stuff. The pricing for drinks alone here is pretty terrible which is why I can't give them 5 stars. If you stick with water or soda you'll be a little better off but if you want beer or mixed drinks you better be ready to fork out some money. It's a shame how expensive things are nowadays but they shouldn't be THAT expensive here in my opinion. Even the merch prices aren't that bad with all things considered. I'd much rather get some tour merch over a drink anyways. Overall, this is one of my favorite places to see a concert at because I always enjoy myself. I love seeing the variety of stage sets for each performer I catch here. What a fantastic time we had at the ITHINK FINANCIAL Amphitheater on Palm Beach. First, my friends decided they were going to buy tickets to the Dierks Bentley Broken branches tour. These are some friends I met years ago at a country music concert as well, and so, when they invited us in the group chat to join them, I didn't think about it twice. We all carpooled and hand a blast getting there. But the fun was barely beginning. Parking was incredibly easy and well organized. The entrance to the concert was also easy to navigate and get through. The venue is incredibly well-structured, and perfectly organized to cater to large audiences. And the staff working at the different kiosk as well as security are incredibly friendly and very welcoming. All in all we had a blast with the bands that took the stage and Dierk's band performing some of their classics, as well as a crazy closing act that took us all back to the days of big hair bands and air wolf on TV. read more

This is more of a public service announcement than a critique. My wife and I attended a concert at the Amphitheater on June 6, 2026. Let me first say that the venue itself is a great place to see a show. The sound system is fantastic. That being said, be very careful about upgrading your seats at the show. My wife and I located our seats and were not very happy with what we purchased. The amphitheater has signs with QR codes all over advertising immediately VIP upgrades during the show. We decided to pay the extra money for better seats. My wife scanned the QR code, paid the additional $160.00 for the VIP upgrade. Prices vary by show. Here is where it went south very quickly. My wife received a text message from Ticketmaster telling her the transaction was complete and we should just show our original digital tickets and proceed to our upgraded seats. This did not make sense to us, but we did just that. Of course, they would not seat us in the VIP area because we didn't have an actual ticket for those seats. We immediately went to customer service who pointed us to the VIP upgrade tent. The lady at the tent told us we had been scammed! We showed her the message from Ticketmaster and told her that we purchased the upgrade tickets from one of the many billboards provided by the amphitheater! She sent us to yet another booth. Well, that was a disaster. The show was about to begin and there was only one employee at the booth with numerous people in line. My wife reached out to Ticketmaster directly and they sent us to Live Nation Support because the venue is represented by Live Nation. It was then that we were informed that we had to download the Live Nation Premium VIP app to access our upgraded tickets! Mind you, no one at the venue knew this, the information is no where on the billboard, and Ticketmaster tells you to just show your original tickets and then proceed to your upgraded seats! It was so frustrating and confusing. In the end, we ended up in the VIP section after the concert had already begun. I do recommend the VIP Section as it is a private box and you have your own server. The server was great! She was quick, attentive and very friendly! It did take a few Jameson's on the rocks for me to settle down and enjoy the show. read more

We got lucky that by Florida standards, it was a cool night. Vendors prices were as expected. The Ziggy pizza left much to be expected. The pretzel was good. The burger was good enough. The sound was good. Now! What I'm here to say is that the ladies attending the women's restroom were running a well oiled machine! Only time I've seen a rush of people run this smoothly is the drive thru at Chick-fil-A. You were in and out in a few minutes regardless of the long lines! Kudos to them!! read more

We did it again! It's high time that I write a review for this amphitheater since most of our concerts take place here now! We've seen Nickelback, Nelly, Lil Wayne, Breaking Benjamin, etc and the amphitheater never fails. It's quite comfortable. It has plenty of seating, covered, lawn, and uncovered. I will say however, oh my goodness the beverages are expensive whether you were drinking alcohol or not. 20 to 45 a pop, 18 on the low end. Makes you want to cry , most times I just opt out. In any case the service is always great. Employees are always friendly. I do think some of them are volunteers, but still they're always friendly. And the sound is great. The crowd is always a great vibe. Never had any issues. It can be a bit crowded in the parking lot. Expected, they're hosting concerts, graduations, etc. And I do feel like they get us parked as soon as possible. Never missed a band, even with a long waiting period in the parking lot. Also the porta potties are pretty clean considering the crowd. So far so good! Again, except for the prices for food and drink ‍ it's all good. Eat before you come then stick to water lol read more

iTHINK reminds me so much of Cynthia Woods in Houston. I like outdoor music concerts but man if it ain't hot. I went to see the Queens of R&B concert (we just gon flow with the name chile cause I love me some SWV and Xscape but that title, idk ain't there yet) and it started in the evening so not as bad as it could have been but ya girl was still sweating! Getting there was a nightmare, parking was a nightmare...so many damn ppl, police picky and slow. I was all the way in the back and the walk wasn't super bad but more than I wanted to do, especially after the concert. Missed one of acts behind that foolishness but now I know to go even earlier if I want to avoid the pileup. I got a ticket up close, like 5 rows from the stage and was in heaven. I am not and will never be a GA lawn chick. I like assigned seating and being close to the stage. And you know those seats ain't made for fat folks, hell even average sized folks but whatever. We just gon bump a few times in this bih cause I'm gon enjoy myself and want you to enjoy yourself too. The staff was OK and I didn't get any food or drinks and thankfully avoided the restroom. Last Thursday evening, 8 of us drove up to West Palm Beach to the iThink Amphitheater to see Alanis Morrisette. The opening act was Joan Jett, who played "I Love Rock n Roll"! I can't get the tune out of my mind now. The amphitheater has regular seating and lawn seating. We had chosen lawn seating and it wasn't too bad. However, it started to rain during the performances, and we were drenched. The performers kept performing, but they had a cover. It's ok because we were having fun and our drinks were keeping us warm and happy! We had a great time. The amphitheater has room for 18k or more people, and everyone has a decent view of the stage. There is a food court there with slightly higher prices than you would spend elsewhere. There are restrooms. Everything is nicely laid out. The staff are friendly and helpful in guiding you to the amphitheater. Parking is not the best and requires a lot of walking to get to the seating area. There is staff there to answer questions. We wanted to park as close as possible to the stage. They charged us $80 to park! I don't know what others paid for their spots. read more

I attended a concert here last weekend. I purchased the $50 extra premier parking but I'm not sure it was worth it. We arrived an hour before the concert started. There were no specific section parking signs anywhere around where we parked which led to us having a difficult time finding our car after the concert. We went through security with no issues. We purchased very expensive drinks and food in the outside area before the concert. It was extremely hot in July and there was an extreme heat warning that day. We found our seats easily. However, the folding chair seat rows were so close together that everyone in your row had to stand up for you to get by to get to your seat. So if you had to go to the bathroom everyone in your row had to stand up for you to walk by. The concert was good. The stage is small and there were 3 large screens. I purchased seats but there was also a lawn area. Make sure to share your tickets electronically with everyone in your group before the concert. My sister went to the bathroom and couldn't get back to our seats without the electronic ticket that only I had. I had to go rescue her. The security doesn't accept screenshots or paper tickets. read more

Located in West Palm Beach, this outdoor amphitheater has something for everyone. Lawn seats, covered seats, boxes with servers; everything but AC lol. There are various food and bar counters as well as merch stands on both sides of the venue. There is a VIP bar area but you need to purchase that additionally. Parking is free but you can upgrade to closer parking for a fee. The loaded brisket nachos were quite filling. The garlic sesame tots were delish and satisfying with a variety of flavors going on. Going back to that no AC part, get the pouch ice cream. It sounds weird, but it is surprisingly creamy and tasty. read more

During the summer we came here to catch the Magic summer tour for NKOTB. We arrive maybe 15-20 minutes before show time purposely since we wanted to grab food & drinks, Drinks lord so overpriced unreal I didn't like the fact that they force u into getting those souvenirs cups like there was no option to get the alcoholic drink w out it which sucks not everyone likes to get the souvenir cups. First drink in the fish looking cup was a Margarita ahh don't waste your money even w the extra shot it was weak, the vodka lemonade thing in the shaker cups was butter but not by much. Food we tried the Jumbo hot dog & Chicken fingers which were decent. As for the show it was great NKOTB put on a fun show. Paula's Abdul was fun to watch & so was DJ jazzy jeff which by the way not sure if that's a venue thing or it was the show it stared promptly at 730 pm which was nice since w all the 3 acts it was a long 3 hour show. Open air theater great on a summer day but lordd was it hot! Stadium is a good size. The Uber situation was a long wait, getting here was easy as they drop u off behind the stadium leaving was a long process but was the most convenient for us, overall it was a great show. I have mixed feelings about this venue. I'm not too fond of the outdoors for a concert venue, especially in South Florida. I came here recently to see Jinger, Breaking Benjamin, and Disturbed. I last visited this venue in probably 2008-2009, so it's been a while, and the last time I was there was during the winter when it wasn't as hot. Negatives: However, I've decided I won't go to outdoor concerts after coming here. Although I had a lot of fun listening to Disturbed for the first time, I did not enjoy profusely sweating the entire duration--not fun, not cute. - I got a prickly pear margarita that was $27. Are you kidding me?? Yeah, it was good, but not worth that price! - Exiting the concert in the parking lot was chaotic and not directed well. Pros: - The employees that worked here seemed friendly and knowledgeable and were willing to help when I had questions regarding directions, seat locations, inquiries etc. - The bathrooms were clean. - The premium parking was worth it. - Sound quality was good. It was a great show, but it's just too hot to enjoy here even at night. read more

There is an abundance of bars, quick bites and food trucks on the property to choose from. They offer both individual seating as well as lawn seating. I've been to two concerts over the past year here so far. Parking and getting into the venue is a breeze due to the amazingly organized staff. Free parking is a bit further than paid parking so be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes. Snoop Dogg's concert was delayed due to the rain. I do not recommend the lawn area after it has rained as the grass/mud is super slippery walking up and down the slope. I saw so many people slipping and falling. It was pretty scary especially if you already have an ankle injury. My shoes also got dirty so I was not thrilled about that. Even though the lawn seats are a tempting price, I opted to pay a little more for SWV since it's Florida and loves to rain at the most inconvenient times. Finding seats is easy as section and chairs are clearly marked. Can't wait to come back for the next concert! read more

Not sure if it is the iThink Financial Amphitheatre or Coral Sky Amphitheater. These sponsorship deals can get confusing and also a timing difference in the sponsorship names. We came to see the Foreigner the Historic Farewell Tour with Loverboy as the opening act. Parking was included but lawn chairs, blankets, VIP upgrades were not. They could be purchased for a fee however. The policies weren't shared in advance and were not consistant. For example at the gate they said that umbrellas were not permitted. Did we see umbrellas at the concert? Yes we did and not just 1 or 2 but several among those attending. Food & drinks were costly as they are at these venues. They had a captive audience. The concert was supposed to begin at 7. Loverboy started around 7:45 and Foreigner started at 9. Foreigner was very good and it was good to see them after all these years. read more

Enjoyed a Creed concert here last night. The venue has plenty of space for blankets from home or lawn chairs for rental. Lots of food options and tons of spots to purchase drinks. I got the chicken fingers with fries which were pretty good. I tried some of the nachos, which were really delicious! The venue itself is really cool; planes occasionally fly overhead, you'll be able to catch the sunset, and take in the beautiful Florida palm trees. My only complaint is that they need condiment cups! I was given some parchment paper, put I ended up spilling ketchup everywhere! read more

We have had the pleasure of attending three concerts in this venue over the past month and just had to visit yelp and let you all know our experience! The concept of this venue I find absolutely wonderful, general admission enjoys seating on the lawn which is cleverly designed to be just as tall if not taller than the gated in seating and barricade sections. There are about four bars lining the back of the venue where are you can restock on drinks throughout the show if you're on the lawn- those in the gated area enjoy designated walkways which most often lead you closest to the food and intermission area. I had to give four stars because the drinks are of course incredibly pricey at $22 a pour, a can, you name it. The food although slightly pricey as well is actually pretty delicious and offers a really decent variety! Parking is also usually made quite simple by staff and law-enforcement... though for the larger concerts like Lana Del Rey- SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE regarding the incredibly long lines that stretch out to the street a few blocks leading up to the light or turn. We easily sat in a 30 minute line. I would be regretful not to mention that they allotted time for this kind of wait despite the gates opening so much earlier at 6:30 PM the show did not truly begin until around 8:30 PM when we had finally made it inside grabbed drinks and snacks- pretty impressive in my opinion we had SO much time.. which I'm sure the incredibly long line growing behind us on the street trying to turn into parking probably appreciated as well. The last thing I have to mention is when we actually got to our seats we had some concert goers already enjoying them... I am myself I'm not very confrontational and really appreciated the ease and kindness with which the staff rectified the situation. No embarrassment nothing fussy, they just got everyone into the right seats. All in all I really enjoy my experience with this venue everyone is so kind and courteous, the food taste great the shows are always amazing... Great graphics though I recommend just showing the artist and not adding flame effects like over Avenged Sevenfold, those of us a little far away just appreciate getting to see the actual people playing :) Can't wait to visit this venue again, I highly recommend wearing a plastic clear bag or Fanny pack for anything you're bringing along and pregaming in the parking lot so you only have to visit the absolutely amazing Bacardi booth for a shaker before the show DONT DRINK AND DRIVE and have an amazing show! Honestly such an easy experience getting in and out of the stadium. They seem to offer premier parking for most events but we didn't even need it as we were out of there so fast and our spot was still close to the gates. They have a lot of options for food/drinks and the stage itself was easy to see and hear from any part of the theater. Would absolutely go back for more events and shows. read more

I've been going to this Amphitheatre since early 2000's. Wow, do they keep changing their name. This place is great, how can you complain. The food and drinks are way over priced, but you really shouldn't expect anything else. There's plenty of parking and if its a crowded night, I would suggest you leave a few minutes early. After you show them your ticket and they check you for safety reasons, it's time to get situated. Most of the food stands are like eating off the kids menu. Fried and taste like crap. They do have two food trucks for the people who want to eat better quality food. We prefer the grass area and to bring our own chairs. For super busy nights, they do offer chair rentals. Its been a blast each and every time I've been here. I have a lot of great memories here. read more
