You can't go wrong with Game of Axes for an afternoon of good times. We have been to the Boynton Beach location and were excited about visiting the Jupiter location -- partly because it is a bit closer driving-wise from our house. Our experience was fantastic. Justin, our ax instructor, was great and offered some excellent tips on how to hold the ax and release it better to land on the wooden target without ricocheting off. Like the Boynton Beach location, the Jupiter Game of Axes offers some beer, wine, hard seltzer, and light cocktail options in cans and bottles. They have some beers on tap as well. The price to rent a lane is by the hour, which is adequate to do at least nine (9) rounds of ax throwing without getting tired. If you need an activity to kill time, I recommend checking this place out in the afternoon or evening. read more

Game of Axes is the perfect place to release some stress. Great vibes and very friendly people. If you want to have a friendly competition with your friends and family or just throw some axes this is a good place to go to. Love that you get and axe master who explains the rules and also gives you pointers on how to handle and throw the axes. There's always parking and they have a decent bar with different types of beers and seltzers. They do have bottomless mimosas on weekends (although I would not recommend) and they welcome kids 6y/o and up. They offer different discounts through the week so make sure you check their website for this. I'd also recommend you reserve your spot and sign the waiver electronically before going as it speeds up the process. we arrived at axe throwing around 12:45. My husband and I were taking pictures on the big chair at 12:56 and was told they were waiting on a man that was running a 5 minutes late. We then went to the end of the building. Sat 5 minutes even looked at back room and asked about how much it was. So according to a guy that is bald and showed up around 1:30. And the woman that explained all the rules which was a 15 minutes of a learning lesson that they do not tell you in apart of our hour. Pro Use it was never told. I know for a fact that we did not start at 1. Maybe 1:20 bc we again had to learn to throw an axe and move boards bc the lady teaching didn't like the board we were on for whatever reason. Bald head guy which I am assuming is the manager was not only late but unprofessional and asked that we end our game at 2:00 By the time we finished adding it was 2:08. With Atleast 5-6 lanes open and no good customer service skills to let someone finish there game. For what you charge and the fact that we had to even wait on a late manager/employee is un called for. You have ace axes which are from ace hardware and wood. I will now build my own and never come back and I will tell everyone in Jupiter farms and loxahatchee to not go to your establishment. You guys work at an axe throwing establishment. This place is a blast. The axemasters are knowledgeable and patient, axe throwing is a lot of fun, and Jim the bartender is the best!

I know that a few places up north have a similar business idea like this, but I love how this became a business here in Florida. It's a very fun and unique date idea for your spouse. $25 a person for an hour session of throwing axes. You can also keep track of scoring via the score card they give you. Do note, they don't take cash but they do only take cash for tips for your axe trainer. The axe trainer does one on one time with you and will regularly check up on you if you're missing a lot, or if you have a bad stance to help improve your throw. In my view. 2 people minimum is the best experience, while a group of 5 is the max. Anything larger, you won't get the full experience. read more

What a fun evening! I attended a company gathering here with about 50 people who have never thrown an axe in their life. The staff was excellent getting everyone involved, teaching them the proper technique and safety measures. I will certainly go back again with family and friends. read more

Went to Game of Axes with a small birthday party. We had 5 throwers - two teens, two adults and an older adult. Other than the birthday boy, who is a natural, most of us had little experience or luck throwing axes. But Niko was our axe-master/judge and was really great. Like some axe-throwing golf instructor, he helped each of us with our stance (grumble, stupid footwork) and how to hold our axes, etc. I went from floor to bullseyes in a few rounds. Grandpa went from holding the axe backwards to hitting the board regularly. Our wives, sisters didn't throw - maybe they thought it was too dangerous, but there are some very simple (actually "common sense") rules to follow that will keep you safe. This was a very reasonably priced experience, especially when you think of the costs of maintaining the axes (we saw two of them broken - RIP) and you chop the heck out of the backboards. One hour was enough for 5 people to throw a lot of axes. I highly recommend this style of axe throwing (Niko told us there are a few types!) for your next get together. It'll be a memorable and fun experience. read more

This place sounds great in theory however they have shit management and not very nice or hospitable staff. We didn't have a reservation on a rainy Saturday and decided to stop by. Not only did the attendant point at us several times but they then gave us a hard time for wanting to wait. They were terrible and turned down services. We will not be returning to this establishment. We drove all the way from west Palm and got turned away. Your place sucks! And it's overpriced to boot! Terrible experience!!! When I arrived with my friends I was over charged. Nick on the register was incompetent and had little experience on how to rectify the issue. We were assigned a lane, during the instruction session we were told we would have a ten minute reminder to wrap up our session. That ten minute reminder didn't exist! Staff lacks positive customer service, extremely unfriendly, and poor communication. Dissatisfied customer! Never going back!!! read more

Our Axe Master Austin patiently explained the best technique to keep us safe while having fun. Saffon or whatever the guy with the glasses name with a man bun who claimed he was a manager. Just overpaid 10 dollar an hour asshole was so rude. First we get there and we have to wait 20 mins over our reservation time. The " manager " promised" he would give us extra time because we only got one lane. We had to ask for our scorecards after training cause the ax girl was no where to be found. Started at 7:25 pm and reservation was at 7:00 pm. He then kicked out out at 8:23 saying our time was up because he claimed we started at 7:15. I said sir you said you would give us extra time cause of us waiting and having only one lane. He said you had extra time and would not let us finish two rounds. 4 paying customers who will not be back. read more
