I needed 4 tires before getting work done on my rogue. My old ones had been deemed "abnormally worn:( and I'm having an alignment done in a day. So long story short repair shop says... replace all 4. Now if you follow my yelps you know I'm frugal...I looked at my go to discount tires and even at Walmart but no installs available until next week. Also I'm dropping money on a repair and I didn't necessarily intend on eating ramen the next two weeks! Drove past Tire Mart, and as soon as I got out I was greeted by the manager Mohammed who asked me what I needed. We discussed and went with new tires on the front and slightly used on the back. He got right to work and all I had to do was sit in the waiting room. Where I noticed they also do oil changes, tire disposal, and oil disposals. The waiting room is quiet and not super crowded. The weather channel was playing and there were 4 adults sitting in the room. One of the men in the room said he trust tire mart and he has been coming here 25 years. Mohammed came and told me one of my tires was good and he didn't see me needing to replace it!!! What the what he came to tel me I didn't need to spend the money They have a whole little room with tires, all kinds. The place may not look like much on the outside but if I need a tire the service and speed are well worth me breaking up with the chain stores and coming here! read more

I'm giving all 5 because I know what this means to a small business . The younger guy and the guy in his 50s that's always wearing a smile are incredible! I tell everyone to visit but the older guy is a real piece of work. I let people know this as well. Always pissed, zero personality and makes you feel you ruined his day by asking for the $85 oil change. I will keep coming back but I'll be pulling away if he's the only one working like today. read more

I needed an inspection and Tire Mart was recommended by my regular mechanic as being fast and reasonable. I pulled in and in under 10 minutes their small shop had inspected my car and given me the passed inspection report. As others have noted they have a very streamlined procedure to get your car inspected fast. They didn't try to sell me anything and they were friendly the entire time. I decided to have them balance my tires while I was there. While they do inspections right away, I had to wait an hour for my tire balance until they finished with other cars. An hour later they did the perfect tire balancing act on my car and now I get such a smoooooth ride. Highly recommended! read more

The price for the used tire is a great price but the customer service is very bad . One employee was too busy being on the phone and ignoring was telling him and was fixing the incorrect tire when I let him know over 4 times front drivers side. He became very hostile and rude when I tried to tell him again that he was doing the incorrect side. When I was leaving he also made me put my old tire back said if he move it it'll be $2 just for him to put my tire in my trunk for me. read more

If you need a place to get an inspection without the hassle then this is your place. You are in and out pretty quickly and they seem to do so many of them that they have the process streamlined. They do not try to talk you into wiper blades, floor mats, air freshners, fuzzy dice, alarm systems, carpet shampoo, a bucket of fried chicken or any extras like most franchised joints with that lingering "do this if you wanna pass" tone. They also do tires and oil changes. I have not experienced these services, so I cannot speak to them personally, however on my annual visit I have spoken each time to someone that has been going to this place for some time and seems pleased with the services. The inspection was $25 and some change, as expected. I noticed for oil they offer a $19.99 special. They have new or used tires and the staff is very nice. read more

Outstanding service and reasonable prices. I took my Altima there today for an oil change. I usually pay nearly $70 for synthetic oil and have to leave my car. I was able to drive in, wait 20 minutes and pay $45 for Penzoil synthetic. I will definitely be taking my other cars to them in the future. read more

Let me tell you my story. My hubby and I used to go to another little tire shop up the street from here (I believe it was called Auto 7 not the one by Kroger, but the one right next to the Valero). They USED to do tires - I went to them for all brand new tires, it was a great price, all 4 for less than $400. It was a steal! A few months later, I noticed my back right tire started slowly losing air. I would air it up almost daily to keep it at its regular PSI of 35....I knew there was a problem. I went back to that same location, and they told me they do not sell tires anymore (that was a red flag right there) but the man did refer me to the location I am at currently ( I am so thankful that he did). ***onto the actual review of Tire Mart*** When I first drove up, I was immediately greeted at my car! (I work in the customer service industry and this shows that the crew cares about their career and helping people! Good sign! I didn't even need to walk into the lobby area!) I told the mechanic about my right back tire, and he immediately started asking questions, he asked me where I went, and everything. Then he began to look at all my tires. He walked over to my left back tire AMD pointed out something I did not even see! There was a NAIL embedded into my other tire! I was about to freak out because I knew I would have to buy another one. He basically told me he could help me out, and for an awesome price! He has another replacement tire for the one with a nail in it, and he swapped out my other tire (which I already had a replacement for). I loved the service so much I added on an oil change! If you are looking for a place you can take your car, where they are professional, speedy, efficient, and professional come here!, you will not the disappointed! P.s- I asked the gentlemen how long this location has been there, and they said since 2001! It is only those two gentlemen that work there, so you know you will get great service! Bought two tires, less than two hours later after purchase one tire went flat. I was extremely disappointed.

My parents have been regular customers for several years! We took my car for an inspection 2 weeks ago on a Saturday. Was greeted upon arrival as the gentleman recognized my dad.
