I have a friend who recommended this place to me (another location) and my bday is coming up so I decided to give them a shot. They have an introductory rate of $79 for a full set of lashes so I booked an appointment. My appointment was for 12:10, the ladies in the front were nice, they had me fill out a form and sign a consent about allergic reactions. Let me start by saying I have gotten my lashes done many times before and a full set rarely goes over an hour. My lash tech named Bridgette greets me and tells me to wash my lashes with some foam, I do that and now we're ready to start. She gave me four different eyelash styles to choose from, I chose "gorgeous" which to me looked the most glamorous and told her I wanted size 12 & 14 lashes (I've done this before.) The room was clean, she offered me a blanket and a pillow under my legs which was a nice touch. She puts the gel pads under my eyes and we're off to a good start. (I looked at the time we started exactly at 12:15). As she was doing my lashes I noticed calming music but I could hardly hear it due to the ladies in the front talking so loudly. Im not sure if it was because my tech left my door open or if they were just loud but it kind of ruins your relaxing experience hearing them gossip in the front. I thought everything was fine but she asked me if she could drink some water, I told her yes. I didn't mind, but I quickly noticed she didn't drink water she just kept on doing my lashes. A little later another tech walks in and my lady tells her to please give up her next appointment because she's unable to do their lashes so the lady left the room to go change that persons appointment. Side note: my tech kept calling me Jennifer the entire time and my name is Tiffany. WTH? Then she proceeds to tell me that she drank coffee at her house and again when she got to work which she's never done before and she feels over caffeinated and that is why she has fallen behind on my lashes because she said she can't stop shaking. Pretty sure if you can't stop shaking you probably shouldn't be doing something as precise as individual lashes but she assured me she was doing fine. She keeps telling me that even though she's going slow my lashes look beautiful. She FINALLY gets to my other eye. She keeps putting lash after lash and after from what seems like forever she says "it's been 2 hours but I'll be done in 5 mins". What??? I've been laying here for 2 hours??? Geez Another tech comes in (because she wanted to go to lunch with her) and she then proceeds to start doing my eyelashes because when my tech started brushing them they were falling out. So now this other lady is now doing both my eyes over again, filling empty spots where lashes fell out and reapplying glue to the other ones. (The second lady i felt knew what she was doing). Finally they dry my eyes and show me in the mirror and my eyelashes look ok, nothing special, I was happy to finally get up after 2 hours and 45 mins!!! The second lady worked on my lashes for 45 mins. Crazy. I go to pay, they offer me a membership I decline because my first experience didn't really sell me. I then proceed to go to my car and a lady in the elevator tells me i have something in my hair. I couldn't tell what it was so when I finally got in my car I noticed that three areas of my freakin hair have GLUE ON THEM!!!! What the heckkkkk! The glue is almost the consistency of krazy glue I couldn't get the pieces to disconnect from the glue, I ended up having to cut them out my hair when i got home. I am so livid. I will never go here again! I was going to not say anything about my almost 3 hour experience but the glue in my hair just took me over the top. You need to be extremely professional and knowledgeable when you're working with clients, so to be so careless to have 3 different areas in my hair get glue is absolutely unacceptable and absurd to me. After this they should've given me the freaking membership for free, I am livid!!!! I am not saying everyone there is horrible I am just saying my experience wasn't a professional one at all. Save your money and go somewhere else, trust me!

Long story short: Went in for an under eye filler appointment. The woman that did it messes up my…read moreunder eyes and now I look like I aged 10 years, I came out worse than how I came in and they had no regard, concern or remediation for their lack of professionalism and botchy work. Long story in detail: They told me follow ups would be needed so I booked a follow up. They also said they would have the owner be in the room to watch the procedure and see if there was anything wrong. On follow up day (2 weeks later) I woke up bright and early, taking time away from work to drive all the way from Broward to Miami to have them tell me they booked me with the wrong specialist! No apology, no regard whatsoever! The lady that was booked with me for that day said she couldn't follow up on someone else's work and that she "hadn't done under eye fillers in a long time". And even went as far as to say that I had never gotten under eyes done there. The rudeness and lack of professionalism was astonishing. My question is, why was I booked with someone who had limited experience in what they were about to do? Also, where was the owner that said she would be there? They finally found me in the system and said it was my fault because I had given a different number! The audacity. They told me to come back the next day (another 60 miles to drive) to see the correct specialist who had done my under eyes initially, so I did. She did more rounds of filler (only on one eye) and called it a day. The botched work is STILL THERE! I have creases and bags under my eyes that I'd never have before. Instead of offering a credit, a refund, a proper correction of the work, ANYTHING, what they did is told me to come back for a 3rd time with the SAME WOMAN that botched my face in the first place. Moral of the story: Stay FAR away from this place unless you want a botched face.
