I was worried bringing my puppy somewhere they would just shave him and he's supposed to be long haired. A week later a friend of mine recommended the same place so I thought to give it a try again. Spoke with the owner Crystal, she asked me to sent her my puppy's information and she will get back to me later on that day but I never heard back. Couple days later followed up with her, she said she got busy(not a problem, things happened)and she asked if there is an opening that afternoon if I can do it or if I can do it on Sunday also and will definitely get back to me, I said not a problem, I have also mentioned to her I lived close by so I can be there within 15 mins. I was dogsitting two very cute Yorkies who needed a good shampoo and cut. Since I don't live in Lincoln, CA I asked my friend Ileana where she takes her dog and she recommended Fashion Fo Paws. I called on a Saturday afternoon, spoke to a nice lady who offered an appointment on the following Tuesday. I was hoping for Sunday or Monday. I was told that "Crystal" the woman who does the grooming was off on Sunday but she would call her and ask if she would open the shop on Monday. Within 30minutes I received a call saying Crystal will open just for me at 1100am Monday morning; I was impressed. At 1050am I showed up with my two canine friends, Crystal opened the door right on time, greeted me, had me fill out a form with basic information and then I talked to her about a couple items regarding the dogs needs. About 3 hours later I was called by Crystal to let me know all was going well and she was starting on the second dog and I could expect to pick them up later in the afternoon about 5p. I thought this was a nice touch just to put my mind at ease. At 5p I went to pick up the dogs, was I in for a pleasant surprise. Both dogs had beautiful haircuts, smelled great and seemed relaxed and not stressed. Crystal went so far as to sew two matching dog scarves for both girls to wear and gave me doggie treats all included in the price of the cut. From start to finish I was impressed by Crystal's service. She opened on a day that she normally wouldn't be working, listened to what I had to tell her regarding the needs of each dog, kept me in the loop during the process and delivered two smart looking dogs with professional cuts.
