This review is based on delivery only. We were staying at the nearby Motel 6 and called the nearby Abby's to place a delivery order. They have a minimum order of $20. They delivered right to our motel room door, which was an awesome convenience! We ordered a small pizza, 1/2 Hawaiian, 1/2 pepperoni and mushroom. It came to about $16, so the gentleman said we needed to order $4 more. We decided on a small order of parmesan spuds for $6. The pizza was delicious as always (love Abby's pizza...been going there since I was a kid), but the spuds were thinner than expected and some were cooked so long they were more like thick kettle chips. Probably wouldn't order those again. Overall a good experience. Would definitely order delivery from this location again! read more

Twice I gave them a chance. Instacart same thing. Ask for your toppings they tell you they're in there. They are there promise. Call to say they aren't in any bag. Sorry not our issue you left without or it's instacarts fault. $45 with literally half of what's supposed to be included. Business was zero help. Never again. Outdated website ordering, delivery or carryout times are always the same time for the last 5 yrs, makes it frustrating to get cold pizza because you got their late or stuck waiting 20 minutes because you got there early. If domino's can do it you guys can get it figured out. Latest gripe is the $42 price tag on a giant specialty pizza. 50 bucks for a pizza is absurd when it costs less than $5 to make. But then they have to pay the 9 people standing around in the kitchen doing nothing. I used to love you guys but it just isn't worth it anymore. read more

Ordered pizza at 4:45. They did not have it done until 615. They brought out the pizza for pick up. It was incorrect told me it was going to be another hour and a half before they could get another one out so we just took the pizza. read more

Nice folks, treated me very nicely, customized my salad just the way I like it. Very friendly and since they weren't really busy, they brought it to my table for me with a smile and "Can I get you anything else?" Handy place to grab a light meal before I go shopping at WINCO so I don't buy stuff just because I'm hungry. read more

I grew up loving Abby's Pizza and while it has changed a little bit over the years (nothing like the old style pizza ovens), it's a decent pizza. I came to this location for lunch while visiting someone at the nearby hospital. It's a fairly small location and there were only a couple of people working. Love the lunch special which is ANY mini pizza and a soft drink. Ordered the mini taco (yum, best taco pizza anywhere). Considering how not busy the place was, my pie took longer than I would have expected. It was delicious. The crust was about 1/2 minute from being burned (which I would have sent back). Tells me the oven wasn't busy. The nice touch was they brought the pizza to me instead of the usual calling a name and they included some packets of taco sauce that other locations no longer provide. Growing up in Eugene/Springfield, Abby's holds a sentimental place with me, I used to love it. Gonna be honest though, even we'll before Covid it had gone downhill and after tonight's order I'll probably not order again. Not sure how any pizzeria messes up garlic knots but those were disgusting and as far as a pepperoni pizza goes, there's plenty of better options in this town. Sorry Abby's I hate to say that but you're not nearly as good as you used to be. read more

I used to come to Abby's as a kid and this is not the same Abby's. The crust is pre-made and the pizza gets cooked on a conveyer belt. The sauce also tastes like it comes from a can rather than being fresh made. The prices of Abby's pizza do not reflect the quality of their pizza. I was shocked at what I paid. I live in Alaska and we have a really good pizza shop with fresh made sauces and crusts and their delicious creations are less expensive than these pies. What happened Abby's? It seems in all the franchising the quality went to pot. read more

We usually have a decent pizza at various Abby's some are better than others. This pizza was ok, very friendly staff and very clean restaurant. We decided to try some of the Legendary Chicken boy that was a mistake . I have heard people complain about the breading to thick but that was not the problem, hardly any breading. The potato chips are delicious. They cooked this chicken to death and then some. It does remind me of Broasted Chicken. No More Chicken!!! read more

Been here a few times before just specifically for the games they have & their pizza is usually the least greasy out of all the places in eugene. For starters their pizza is severely overpriced, $30 for a large cheese pizza is absolutely outrageous!! and then today while I'm trying to enjoy my lunch some old cow that works there walks up to me and she asks for my ID & I said what for? And she said because you're drinking (my boyfriend had a pitcher of beer on the table that he was drinking & I had soda in my hand) and I said I'm not drinking & she said "you're not??" Well he just saw u come out of the lottery room. And I said I wasn't in there either, why are u interrogating me? And she said because you don't belong in the lottery room when you're not of age. And I just told her to check the cameras and leave me alone. And then the manager had to apologize on her behalf!!! Harassed me and accused me of things I didn't do only to have somebody else apologize for her because she is to arrogant to do it herself. Maybe they should find employees who aren't so old they can't tell the difference between soda and alcohol. I don't need to be harassed in the middle of lunch because some elderly bat thinks she caught me underaged drinking & messing around in the lottery room. Check the cameras you have scoured everywhere before accusing a regular of numerous different crimes. read more

I was in town visiting a friend and was pretty excited about getting a pizza from Abby's! The prices are a bit steep but I love their pizza!!! I got a small taco pizza and it was worth it. The restaurant is very clean and the staff were nice and friendly. I'll be back again!!! read more

Not bad. We got a deep dish, half Hawaiian, half pepperoni and jalopenos for delivery. The delivery came quickly and the pizza was satisfying though could have been hotter, as is usually the case with delivery. They didn't deliver any pepper flakes or Parmesan so remember to ask for them when you place your order. Overall it was satisfying but I prefer their thin crust. read more

They use a conveyer belt oven and charge a fortune $20 a pizza!. No real pizza place should use a conveyer belt. Dominos, Little Caesars uses the conveyor belts and charge less than 1/2 the price and I don't go back to them either. Years ago Abby's on Centennial street used a stone oven and the pizzas were some of the best, now that they moved a few years ago over to Olympic st they use the wrong oven and the pizza is not that great. This is my last time buying from this location. Your business is pizza and they lost the focus. read more

I come to Abbys because I used to work at one growing up and I love the pizza, I ate so much of it for the 2 years I worked there that I still crave it! My 3 stars is based on the service I received. I came in at 9:15, 45 minutes before close, to a snoody red head that was obviously annoyed that she had to stop folding boxes to take my order. I order my pizza and then she goes to get the manager to serve me a beer, at this point instead of starting to make my order she goes back and folds another 10 boxes, then annoyingly walks over to start. The manager quotes me 10-15 minutes for my pizza? What, when did it start taking 15 minutes for a small pepperoni? It takes something like 6 1/2 minutes to cook a pizza in those ovens. I although they have another 45 minutes of being open I was the only customer, you would think they would want to make me happy and stoked on the quick friendly service. This was an all around fail, the employees here should learn how to smile and change their attitude, there are much worse jobs they could be doing! read more

Worst pizza ever. When delivery driver finally arrived pizza was cold and hard, Pizza wasn't what I ordered and when I called management they gave me excuse after excuse. The next day when I went into the store to talk to the manager they were rude as they could be and did not give me my money back or even offer A replacement pizza. I was excited to try it. But for 40 bucks we got two pizzas, so tiny for a large, it was dry, hard to chew, bland taste and really was a waste of money. We could have gone to papa Johns or chili's or Applebee's and got an appetizer, two entrees and desert for less! I didn't even finish it and had a hot pocket instead. WASTE of money! I love Abby's Pizza. One of my favorite pizza. I don't know why they moved from the spot where Coburg Pizza is at now, that was a perfect building for an Abby's. This one loses some of the classic Abby's feel. However, it does not lose a star. My only complaint is they do not have any classic arcade machines. Just racing games and toy nonsense games. Maybe a hunting game or something. They should step it up and get some classic Pac-Man or Donkey Kong or something in there. read more

Didn't even order food. Walked in yesterday and wasn't greeted for 5 minutes. An older dark haired lady came up to the counter and I said hello and instead of a response I was glared at. Reading all the reviews and some of the negatives are right on. It really does depend on who is cooking and serving. I love Abbys' , and I worked at the Winston one back in the 80s'. It is a high priced pizza and when it comes out from a good cook it is well worth it. But when you get bad service and a bad pizza, it shows that you have workers that just don't care, and that can be really bad for business, because there are some great pizza joints here. I took my family there to watch a football game. I order before I came and told them we would dine in. We got there and they boxed it to go while we were sitting there and they forgot the side orders. We had to eat out of to go boxes while eating at the establishment. Tacky. The Young man who took the call and was working the register was extremely rude. He seemed indifferent that they were blundering our order and ruining our dining experience. The pizza tastes good, but the customer service is terrible. We spent over a hundred dollars there and I had to ask three times for plates because the workers were too busy talking to think, "hey these people who told us they were eating in and now they are having to eat out of pizza boxes because we screwed up, they might need plates to eat on. Oh well, let's keep talking and not paying attention." If people do not know or want to treat customers reasonably they should not go into the service industry. And I blame management for not keeping order. I will never go back. Very disappointing. read more
