Abby's pizza is awesome! GLUTEN-FREE Greek pizza with extra added toppings and no cheese blend. It was amazing!!!

Just ordered from Abby's for the first time and I have to say I am very impressed! Very nice guy called to double check my order....his name was Alex I believe... (or andy?) Can't remember lol but he was very polite and I appreciate him double checking my order. The delivery man (older gentleman) was very nice. He was fast at delivering the pizza and was very polite. Great service guys! Then when I opened my pizza I was sooo impressed! I ordered the gluten free Greek pizza (posted a picture) with added extra toppings...no cheese blend and fresh tomatoes on the side. It was the BEST looking pizza I've ever had! I love love love all the toppings! I will definitely be ordering from here again! Thanks for a great dinner!

Abbys delivery, stopping at nothing. Going through a Wenatchee monsoon

I'm a pizza enthusiast who's eaten at just about every pizza place in Upper Kittitas County. Miners…read moreis easily one of my favorites. I never accept payment for reviews, and I wait until I've visited several times before writing one because a single visit doesn't always represent a business fairly. This review comes after roughly 10 visits. Size The family pizza is enormous. It barely fits in our oven as a take-and-bake, but Miners also offers ready-to-eat pizzas if that's easier. Ours had 12 large slices, plenty for two adults and two young kids. Value Our meal averaged about $16 per person after tax, including a family pizza and garlic cheese bread. Compared with other local pizza, Miners is typically $2 to $6 cheaper while delivering excellent quality. Take-and-Bake Tip Every oven is different. If your pizza seems floppy, especially in the center, it probably needs a few more minutes. I look for browned cheese and what I call the pizza's "heartbeat," the gentle bubbling motion across the top. Once you see that, the crust is usually right where it should be. Flavor The pizza strikes a great balance. The sauce is flavorful and slightly zesty without overpowering the toppings, and the fresh ingredients really stand out. The crust isn't buried under butter or salt. The take-and-bake has a thinner, crispier crust, while the ready-to-eat version has a firmer crust that reminds me of New York style. If the take-and-bake crust isn't your favorite, definitely try a fresh slice. The toppings are well balanced. This isn't Chicago-style loaded with pounds of toppings, but it's far from skimpy. Everything feels proportioned just right. Recommendation If you like taco pizza, don't skip theirs. My wife is incredibly picky about taco pizza, and this is the only one she'll eat anywhere in Washington. Desserts The desserts are fantastic. We've tried cookies, cheesecake brownies, and several other treats, and they've all been excellent. They also make custom cakes for special occasions. Atmosphere The shop is cozy and celebrates Roslyn's mining history. There's a small dining area, a window bar for people-watching, and a little arcade room. It's especially fun during festivals and community events. Staff The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Ashley, the owner, is often working alongside her team and genuinely cares about customers. If something isn't right, they'll make it right. Community This place feels like a true small-town gathering spot. It seems like every visit includes someone running into friends and catching up. Bonus Miners also offers catering and, through a partnership, has a limited selection of pizzas available at the new arcade in Roslyn. If you're looking for some of the best pizza in Upper Kittitas County, Miners absolutely deserves a visit.

What we got was some of the best pizza we've had anywhere, full stop. The crust alone deserves its own fan club. Perfectly blistered, airy, crisp on the outside with that chewy, authentic bite you only get when someone actually cares about dough. You can taste the quality of the ingredients immediately. This isn't "brewery pizza." This is legit, crave-it-again pizza. And then there's Summer, the owner. She served us herself and embodies everything people love about Leavenworth and small-town businesses done right. Warm, welcoming, proud of what she's built, and genuinely invested in every table having a great experience. That kind of hospitality changes a meal into a memory. The drinks absolutely hold their own too. Great beers across styles, excellent cider options, and a menu that goes well beyond pizza. But honestly, the pizza alone is worth the trip with kids, friends, or anyone who appreciates real food made by real people who care. Families: this is your spot. Casual, welcoming, delicious, and the kind of place where everyone leaves happy. We'll be back every time we're in town.

The host and our server were both very friendly and welcoming. We tried the pizza, which had good flavor, though the crust could've been a bit better. While the rating isn't super high, we saw that the public market itself is an attraction, and the pictures look like the type of vibe that my wife likes, we decided to try out Fire. The space is very open, we were quickly greeted and seated shortly. There were a good amount of selections, but we ended up going with a pizza and the pork belly sandwich. Kids got the spaghetti and cheese off of the kids menu, both were solid, easy 4-5*. The salumi pizza was also solid, fresh ingredients, and baked well 4.5*. The porchetta was absolutely delicious, pork belly was done well and paired well with the rest of the ingredients, 5*. We got the charred brussel sprouts, but it was very charred and my wife almost wanted to ask for it to be remade. I didn't mind it too much, and just continued to eat (I was really craving for some cooked veggie), I finished majority of the portion so we didn't bother to ask for it to be remade. Our waitress was very nice, but there was a period where she disappeared (looked like she had her jacket on and went out to get something) and only asked us how the food were immediately after the food arrived and after we were pretty much done eating. Dessert was this crepe with Nutella ice cream inside, 5*. Overall it was an enjoyable meal, but given the price, this was a 4* experience.
