The flight was 45 minutes early, but the driver had checked the flights and already knew this. He actually called me while I was still on the plane to let me know he would be there and where to meet him. It took us a little while to get through immigration/customs etc and when we came out the arrivals entrance he was waiting. The car was a brand new Lincoln and very comfortable and clean. The driver was courteous and took the quickest way back to Dobbs. Overall a hassle free experience and I will definitely use them again. Update 10/13 I used them again for an NYC pick up of my parents and kids and drop off in Westchester. Once again the service was excellent, car clean and driver extremely helpful and courteous.

Not a huge issue, but usually when you pre-book, I've found they usually show up a few min early. The whole reason I pre-booked with a car service instead of Uber/Lyft for early airport transport was to avoid the stress of "will the car show up". Driver was friendly and safe and got us there on-time, but it was NOT a Cadillac XTS, instead it was a minivan. Again, not a big deal, but not what I pre-booked. All in all good service, but needed to show up early (or at least on-time) and in the vehicle booked (or at least communicate ahead of time if not available) to get a 5-star.
