I was involved in multi car accident on April 25th and my attorney recommended me to this auto body shop. Ellie and their staff, they did a great job fixing my car and I'm so so so happy that I got my car back that looks like a brand new car again (I just got a new car in March then car accident a month later). They are very honest, professional and communicate well, they explained everything and update you about your car. They even gave me a loaner car for free. I really appreciated it, thank you Ellie and the staff! I recommend everyone to go to this ABC Auto Body if you ever need your car to get fixed! Ask for Ellie

I dealt with Al from ABC body collision. He was amazing. He took care of everything in a timely matter. My car looks brand new, and they even washed my car. That is customer service. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

I drove an hour and a half to bring my car to this shop--and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I came in to get my fenders painted, and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff here is incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and friendly. You can immediately tell how passionate they are about their craft--they take real pride in their work, and it shows. Al, the owner, was especially welcoming and easy to talk to. He walked me through the process and made me feel confident my car was in good hands. The paint match? Absolutely perfect. Seamless. You'd never know it wasn't the original factory finish. What really stood out to me, though, was their attention to detail. Al noticed a blemish on my bumper--something done at a completely different shop--and without hesitation, one of their detailers jumped in and fixed it right on the spot. No upcharge, no hassle, just pure professionalism and pride in their work. If you're looking for a shop that genuinely cares and delivers flawless results, this is the place. I was T-boned by an Uber driver who ran stop sign.My car got badly damaged and my tow truck took it to ABC Auto collision. Al was great. He worked with my insurance company to have the repair completed in full without sacrificing in quality. He made sure my insurance company paid for parts from the manufacturer rather than nock offs. I really appreciate it his communication with me though out process. He picked up the phone every time I called and gave me updates regularly.

My daughter was side swiped by a large truck that drove off She was scared and in shock My friend recommended this shop and although it wasn't near our house, it was well worth it Al was so comforting to my daughter ( he has 3 of his own) so he completely understands! He was so supportive and kind He went up and above to make sure it was ready the day before her 19 birthday! This is the second time that I've came to this body shop for service two different situations, Nonetheless. One of the best body shops in the valley, hands-down!! Repairing foreign vehicles and anything else. Every time the job is done and the owner ("AL" that's the guy you look for when coming to the shop), gave me my car back pristine. I was referred to ABC auto body by a neighbor of mine. My entire experience working with them was very positive from the start to finish. The owner himself walked me through what I needed to know for the insurance side and also dealing with them. He even fix another part of my car that was not part of the accident. Am very happy with the service I received and most importantly the quality of their work. Happy to feel that I found my body shop for life. An object on the freeway flew up and slammed my side view mirror on my Lexus GX causing the mirror to pop off. I took it in to ABC and Luis was so helpful. He took a look at it and told me he thought he could fix it on the spot! He immediately brought over tools and he and another gentleman Omar, worked on it until they figured it out. It wasn't easy yet Luis was so honest in telling me nothing was extensively damaged and that nothing had to be replaced. I am so grateful being that I've been told before at other shops that I need unnecessary parts or repairs. I will come to Luis and ABC Auto Body for any of my car fix needs!! read more

Came to Al because rats had gotten into my engine and ate the wiring. They did a thorough inspection of the car and reported it to my insurance in a timely manner. Repairs were done quickly and they even detailed my car and got rid of some hard water stains on the window! My car is driving just like new now. read more

My car got broken into and all windows were smashed. There may have been some interior damage as well but it was night time and I wasn't really paying much attention. I was panicked and worried it would cost an arm and a leg but luckily ABC came to my rescue. I was referred to ABC auto shop by my friend who had nothing but nice things to say about them. The owner picked up the phone and asked me to bring the car in. After that EVERYTHING was taken care of for me. It was smooth and easy. I got called when the car was ready and picked it up in less than the promised time. They seem to be very busy which is an excellent sign. They did a great job and handled everything so I didn't have to. I hope to never be in a situation to need a body shop but if I will, I know who to call. Already referred them to some friends and will continue to do so in the future. read more

I was recommended to ABC Auto Body by a mechanic my friend has been going to for years. The photos say it all. Quality work and great service. I really couldn't believe how good the body looked after they fixed it up for me. I had asked if they could also clean up the inside and they did. The turn around time for the fix was very quick. Communicating with Al throughout the process was also very easy. I first dropped by to see how much it would be to fix the door. I told him I would follow up after the visit. I reached out to tell him about my insurance situation and Al was very accommodating. He told me when the car would be ready and followed up when it was ready to be picked up. ABC auto Body Shop is the ONLY place to go to fix your car after an accident or even a deep scratch. My son was leaving to college in a couple of days, and scratched his car badly on 2 sides of his car driving into our tight garage. I had to look for a paint place on a Sunday. Al the owner picked up the phone and even though he was off, he made an appointment with me there and then to get the car done in 2 days in time for my son leaving to college. He also gave me the best price by far, after calling several other places. He was on time and efficient in every way. When we picked up the car it looked perfect even though the car is an unusual metallic red. The best part was that they had put an unbelievable wax on the whole car and it look so shiny, we couldn't stop staring at it for the next few days!! We didn't ask for this and it was a courtesy from Al. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!! Save time and do not go anywhere else! read more

Advocate for yourself and make your insurance company aware of your expectations so they can work with your shop of choice. The consumer needs to understand that there are situations that a body shop can't control like getting an insurance approval for hidden or additional damages. Some insurance companies are not quick to respond to a body shops requested additional inspections creating delays for the shop and the consumer. These situations are unfortunate but not the body shops fault. The body shop and the insurance company have guidelines to follow that sometimes don't align causing misunderstandings that the consumer doesn't understand. There are part delays, hidden damages, approval delays. Unrelated damages or paint concerns that a body shop needs to deal with and a consumer will not understand. The consumer at times blames the body shop for excessive cost but what they need to understand is it not cheap to repair a vehicle back to factory standards. The insurance company and the body shop do the best they can to work together. The consumer just needs to ask questions, stay informed on the repair process and allow the process to proceed. If the consumer is renting a vehicle during the repair process. They should stay within their budget or policy limits. Don't over rent then be upset that your rental coverage is expired and the repair process is still underway.

I brought my car in around 8:30 and it was finished by 4:30pm. Though I had to end up paying more than expected because they had more labor to do because of the bolts, but it was ok because once my car was complete it was very good quality and value. Once I picked up my car it look as if I had a brand new car, it was perfect! My car was shining and I was very impressed. Overall, I will def come back FOR SURE! I like how they have professionalism, class, and quaint sitting area that is clean. Despite the fact of me having to call on my own was ok because it is what it is, and the costs of more labor at last minute, which was not anyones fault, it was just my car being tricky and different in order to complete the job. My dad has been a client of Manar and JoJo's Auto Body for various projects and of course recommended him highly. My dad is of a certain generation where nothing less than perfection is acceptable, so I knew he'd done his due diligence. JoJo's had done some significant work on two of my parents' cars. Of course, then, I contact Manar. Unfortunately, parked right in front of our home, my driver's side view mirror was clipped by a passing car that had drifted. I happened to be inside the car and the car drifted right, hit the mirror and sped off. Immediately after, I contacted Manar. We scheduled an intake. He was punctual, professional, and transparent about options and cost. He provided me with the necessary information and I felt absolutely no pressure to make a decision immediately. He had one of his technicians tape up the remnants of the rear view mirror to cover it while we decided. A few weeks passed and we decided to have the entire mirror replaced. We asked Manar to let us know when the mirror would arrive and we could just come in and have it taken care of quickly. He contacted me on a Monday to say the mirror replacement was at the shop. We scheduled a time for me to take the car on Wednesday and within 35 minutes of arriving the work was done. In addition to his professionalism, quality of work, and honesty, Jojo's is a well managed and kept body shop. I mean no one really wants to sit around a body shop but if ever you need to, JoJo's is immaculate. There is plenty of parking, clear signage, and a welcome reception and office manager. Each visit I was asked if I needed anything to drink, including water or coffee. There is clear management signage about their policies and pricing No one ever wants to deal with body work but if you have to, please do yourself a favor and go to JoJo's Auto Body! ABC Auto was the only body shop open on a Sunday willing to take a look at my 2021 Ram 1500 4x4 which had bashed in quarter panel, bumper, wheel well. The owner Al and Luis his partner responded with enthusiasm and positivity inspiring confidence. Within two weeks the truck was brand new. My mechanic, among others affirmed they did good work. This shop is a complete nightmare. The work they do is beyond bad -- the body work looks cheap and unprofessional, nothing lines up, and they leave more problems than they fix. It's clear they don't care about quality at all. The customer service is just as terrible. They're rude, dismissive, and refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. Instead of helping, they argue and make excuses. Save yourself the money, the headache, and the risk. There are plenty of honest, skilled shops out there -- this is NOT one of them.
