Dr lotus was so nice and sweet and so was the assistant who helped! I went with both my boys and my oldest needed glasses and they just made the process so easy! We didn't wait that long but they did have to do a few test since my son is only 8 but it didn't feel like we were there long at all. We came in at 130pm and waited for over 3 hours and when we finally go to in the back we waited another 40 mins.!! Don't schedule people if you can't take them!!! The staff are okay but the wait time is ridiculous. read more

Our first appointment back in May we had to schedule a follow up appointment for July 3rd at 11am. I came into their office and informed them i was there for an appointment and the lady said my daughter wasn't in the schedule I told them that I made this appointment and explained to them the whole process, she did look annoyed and said she can try fitting me in at 1pm sure I didn't mind, however when she called to get approval she said "I have a parent here who thinks she has an appointment today but doesn't now she want to be scheduled in at 1" no I did not THINK I did it was a problem on THEIR part and made it seem like it was a problem or I made it up. But appointment it's self was wonderful and they were understanding I do think the front lady that was there today should figure out how to work things more respectful and professionally. *attached card to show I was not lying or making it up like she made it seem* just incase they see this. read more

Superb practice all the way around. From the moment we walked in the building we knew this was the place for us. Our 1 year old daughter is far sighted and it's been daunting trying to find the right care for her. It was a wait time get in to see the Dr but it was well worth it. The waiting room is wide open and kid friendly with lots of room to run around and kids playing together. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We didn't have to wait long before we were called back and Parley checked out our daughters eyes as well as got all the background and health information. He was extremely thorough, caring, and lovely with her. We had to dilate her eyes; she didn't care at all for the drops but he handled it perfectly and made the experience as easy as possible (if dilating a 1 year olds eyes could ever be easy...). Once the drops were in we had to wait in the waiting room until they worked their magic; we were called back as soon as they started to work and only had to wait a little bit before Dr. Burke came in to do the exam. Dr. Burke and his assistant were amazing. His bedside manner could not have been more gentle and affirming. He has a way with children and their parents that is hard to come by. His exam covered all the bases and his diagnosis made us feel at ease with the treatment that we needed for our girl. We left feeling confident that we were doing the right thing and excited we had found the right Dr.! We had been to other eye specialists prior to coming to ABC and not had good experiences. ABC eye specialists was a game changer and we couldn't be happier with the care we received. It's worth the wait to find the right Dr. for your child and we highly recommend Dr. Burke, Parley and the rest of the specialists here! read more

Took our 3 year old here to make sure we are on track with his eyecare. Everyone here was very friendly from the front desk staff check in, to the initial eye care associate, as well as the doctor. They made my son feel comfortable, and he wasn't scared at all to have his vision checked. They gave us the next steps and explained our options and we have a follow up appointment in another six months. There were a lot of people waiting, but the waiting area is fairly spacious and has a Disney movie playing as well as some toys. Small children can play with. read more

We were recommended here by our children's doctor and our eye doctor to bring our children for eye exams. We were a little concerned on our daughter's vision and everyone here was so friendly and thorough with her exam. We left feeling so much better with our concerns answered and even found out or daughter had perfect vision! Their waiting area was well kept and our daughter enjoyed watching the moved they played. Their exam rooms had a welcoming feeling. They also had bathrooms available. In their waiting area there is also a small area where your children can pick glasses if needed. They had a good selection to pick from! Overall we had a great experience and will be coming back yearly for our kids eye exams. read more

Severe billing practices with their front desk and glasses dept. Multiples out of pocket charges that our insurance is fighting for us to get back (they say insurance requires it, they don't). Front desk staff needs serious training in customer service face to face and by phone. Over 2 hour wait for a follow up and this is their normal wait times they don't disclose until you have sat well over an hour. It's hard to find good quality care these days, you might as well go to a chain glasses store and schedule an exam there. Same scammy feeling. read more

Love Dr Cassidy but man if you ever try to get a person to answer a call or question, forget it. I've called for over an hour trying every automated option. I finally select medical records for me to supply the person information who cannot answer the PD for my sons glasses prescription- better not leave without having the full Rx written down or your left hung up on without an answer. The office is horrific - waiting over 3 hours of fine, the staff cannot help nor answer any questions, they wouldn't Ben transfer me to someone who could answer my PD question. Told me someone would email me and hung up. SMH ‍ Time to look somewhere else where I can actually speak with knowledgeable staff. read more

I'm trying to pay your office and your pay link doesn't work and you won't mail me a bill. This is actually insane the level of incompetence a medical office has for billing. I am very unhappy with ABC Children's Eye Specialist customer service. I have requested 2x an appointment online and never received a call back. I work the same hours the office is opened and its not easy for me to take time during work to make an appointment. I check and I see the office I want to go to has 7:30am as opening. I call in at 7:47am, I am put on hold, then at 7:57am someone comes on the line, I tell them I would like to make an appointment, she tells me they are closed and I need to call back at 8:am and hangs up on me. In limited where I can take my son as he is special needs but this is ridiculous. However when I did go in for my son originally the Doctor was great. read more

I really liked the doctor and the people who work there. Their customer service is really poor... mainly over the phone. Almost every time I call to make an appointment, I wait for 30-60 minutes on hold before I can schedule anything. However, I really liked the doctor, so I have continued to put up with it. The doctor I liked just retired, I called 3 times to make an appointment and kept getting cut off or wasn't able to wait any longer, so I decided I won't have my children go there anymore. I think if they got a new phone scheduling service or hired more people it'd be a great place. read more

I took my 2 year old son to get checked; the "nurse" came in the room, and took all of our information into the computer system and then walked right up to my son and opened his eyes. She did not wash her hands! When I asked her to stop and KINDLY asked her to wash her hands, she got very upset. She left the room, and then the doctor came in. The doctor proceeded to tell me that his staff WOULD NEVER not wash their hands. So they both called me a liar when I was watching her and sitting next to my son. Imagine the viruses and germs going into children's eyes! Never taking my son there again! read more
