On the day of the procedure, I was not given any clear instructions beforehand about whether or not I should eat. Because of that, I went without eating all day. When asked, I mentioned I had eaten earlier so it wouldn't become an issue, but I also explained that I truly hadn't eaten all day. Despite this, I was told the procedure could not be done. Clear communication is very important in dental care, especially for something as serious as wisdom tooth removal. Patients should not be left guessing about pre-procedure instructions. It's unfortunate that this lack of guidance and repeated rescheduling caused unnecessary stress and left me untreated.

First off I'll start by saying Most of the staff are amazing especially the front office ladies…read more.. but it's that 1Lady dentist and her assistant, yes, you know you're going there to get a procedure done, but they should be telling people that they're going to shoot them in their mouth with a needle not just do it and you cannot tell anyone what their level of pain they can tolerate is. after I told her she should warn somebody before sticking in the mouth with a needle. She had the audacity to get angry and say well you've had work done before I don't care if I've had work done before it is common courtesy to say this is what's going to happen. it was also done to my daughter last week when she was getting a filling done one side they didn't stick her so she assumed that OK if I'm not being told I'm going to get stuck I'm not going to get Stuck, but they stuck her without warning! They also told her if you feel any pain raise your hand did not tell her what hand to raise so when she is raising her hand for the pain , you are now telling her keep your hands down, but you didn't tell her left or right to raise. Instead, you kept pushing her hand down telling her it's just a needle. It doesn't hurt that bad. How would you know because you don't know her tolerance of the pain...

I made us both follow up appointments at another dentist because something seemed off and their quote OMG. New dentist says my son has 2 cavities no need for root canal definitely no need for extraction and me I have 1 cavity barly starting. These people are definitely doing unnecessary work and charging people and insurance just to make a buck
