Called this office to schedule an appointment for my husband. I asked if they took his insurance and they confirmed they did, I scheduled the appointment and the receptionist was getting ready to hang up the call before I stopped her and asked if she needed me to provide her with the insurance information. She said sure, took the info, and that was it. My husband took time off of work, showed up to his appointment, all for them to tell him they don't take his insurance. I should've known something wasn't right when the lady on the phone didn't consider asking for his specific insurance information from the initial call. Verifying your patients eligibility, benefits, and network participation while they're already in your office is extremely inefficient, and inconsiderate. They should've known they weren't contracted before my husband took time to go to the office. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time, and waste of time taken off of work. I have been through quite a few dentists trying to find someone that would work with my special needs kiddo with some very bad luck and experiences along the way. EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON in Dr. Kanarki's office was BEYOND amazing!! We waited maybe 10 min, they were kind, patient, understanding and tried so hard to make my son comfortable. He is a very good dentist who cares and his team is very professional and caring. About every 6 months I come to get my teeth cleaned and every year get x rays to make sure my teeth are in good. My daughter and i love this office. All the staffs in here are so kind and helpful, and best of all they don't rip you off. I had my crown done somewhere else and it fell out while i was eating. I called my old place and they told me i needed a new crown because it's been over 5 years, so I called dr Kanarki and they got me in the same hr. Dr Kanarki could of told me i needed a new one, but instead he said it's still in great shape and glued it back. He said he'll work with me until he can't glue it back no longer. When I first started going here things were great and then progressively every appointment had an issue whether it be payment issues and not being told that I had to pay anything ahead of time or getting feelings done and then getting yelled at when I flinched because I felt the drilling making my dentist experience is from that point on horrendous. Not to mention having to get a new crown and root canal on another tooth to just two years later learning that it was done very poorly and having to pay almost $3,000 to fix the work. Now I'm out $3,000 because of some crappy Dentistry and money that I'm not going to get back. Mind you the original Crown I had on my tooth for 10 plus years so someone explain to me why this dentist Crown lasted me less than three and then cost me $3,000 to fix his crap work will never recommend this place. This place has given me anxiety to go into the dentist to the point where I now have to have Valium to get through my appointments so thank you but screw you. read more

Dr Kanarki has been taking care of my and my family's teeth since we moved here in 2013. We have always been happy with his work and professionamism. I called a month ago to get the first appointment in the morning because I have a very low immunity due to my chemo treatment. The first appointment (last week) was canceled the day before because Dr. Kanarki had an appointment himself, that happens, I totally understand, so I was rescheduled for this morning at 8.15. When I came in I was told that I was patient number 3 (the first one was an emergency, who came right at 8 to be treated), and there was another patient that they squeezed in before me. I had made it very clear that I needed to be the first patient of the day to be protect myself during this pandemic. I hadn't had my teeth checked in 2 years and I feel very frustrated that the receptionist didn't care about my request. I was not treated like another regular patient, I was treated like royalty (and I'm not exxagerating). My wait time was not long at al, the office was very neat, the nice lady who took all of my information at the front desk area was very courteous. When it was time for me to go into a waiting room, I was immediately being consulted. If I had to wait for the doctor or any of the staff it was for no more than a few minutes. I called to make an appointment after reading several reviews that claimed this office is very "reasonable" and "not like a car salesman." The woman on the phone was very polite when she informed me that an exam would be $165 (including xrays.) when I asked if this includes a cleaning she added that "cleanings are separate- it's $190 for a cleaning."
