The dental staff and team and great. They're extremely kind. They do a great job. My only complaint with this office is their inability to stick to a schedule. Two times now I've gone in for my appointment and was seen an hour to an hour and a half PAST my appointment time- resulting in services that I need to get done them not having time for. Now I have to go back for a third visit just to get done the original tooth that I came in for in April. A woman was there about 15 minutes after I got there sometime before 10 AM. She had a doctor appointment at noon somewhere else and after an hour of waiting for her appointment which was at 10:30. She asked if she should reschedule because she wouldn't make her second appointment. I'm not sure who is in charge of the scheduling, but they need to be let go. Over booking an understaffed office is not helping your team or your patient care. The amount of time collectively I've spent waiting in that office I could've driven to my old dentist in Orange County. Got the work done and came back home I understand your time is valuable, but so is the time of the patients who take off work, arranged, childcare, or schedule other appointments in their day. An hour to 2 hours to be seen as crazy work- only to be told " there's not enough time to do the thing you came in here for we're gonna have to reschedule you" read more

I was very impressed on our first visit. Our second visit however was very different. We waited a half an hour without do much as a nod from the front office staff. I was there with my 11 year old son. Dr. Gideon Saidara came in to work on my son. He did not acknowledge me or my son when he walked in. I had to ask him what he was going to do. His response was a curt, "I need to look in his mouth". He then asked my child if he wanted numbing medicine for the root tip extraction because it was shallow. My son wanted the medicine. The doctor did the filling no problem. He then went to extract the root tip. He tried and tried without success. Forcing my son to keep opening his mouth wider and wider, turning him this way and that. My son's whole body began to shake and he was showing signs of pain. He finally put his hands up to stop the doctor. He was pale and needed to sit up. The doctor walked out without so much as a word. Remember he wanted to do this without pain medication. I heard him say to another dentist, "maybe you can get it out". My son called down for a few minutes. The other doctor gave him pain medication and got the tooth out in minutes and my son was much more relaxed than him. I will keep going back because the other dentist is great, but i refuse to let Dr. Gideon Saidara touch my child again. He was rude, his bedside manner was rude, and I don't think he cares about his patients at all. read more

This place is not only dirty but the communication is terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and they seem to try to get you for way more than what it suppose to be. Even asking for my files or anything they did for my teeth was a terrible experience. read more

Cannot recommend. The dentist is not Mr. Warmth or Mr. Charm, not a great chair-side manner. A lot of my issues stemmed from the office staff I would speak to or email about certain issues or questions, and rarely got a follow-up or response to the point I had to find a backup dentist when I would leave messages that were never returned and needed treatment. Won't be back after the last appointment that ended with, again, no useful help. read more

Appointment was at 2pm and I was back in my car by 2:25. 25 minutes total for X-rays, meeting with the doctor and my "cleaning". First time a drill has been used on me for a regular cleaning instead of taking time manually tooth by tooth like every other place I've been to since I was a child. I know it was just to get me out the door. Everything was so rushed and done poorly. Worst dental experience I've ever had, I will not be back. read more

The staff is great!! However, after the assessment and we discussed treatment plan Angela (I'm assuming the insurance coordinator) ranked up the bill to almost 3x more the amount of my insurance benefits!! For example for D2750 she was charging me $390 however, my EOC for my insurance noted $150!! My total treatment plan that Angela calculated was about $3500!! But I contacted my insurance and they informed me thats incorrect they're up-charging and my cost should be about $1450!! I am assuming they do this with other patients too and get away with this!! This is ridiculous!! Look elsewhere!! read more

The attitude and behavior of the front office is disgusting and very rude and unprofessional. To be the first point of contact and impression on office, this was extremely disappointing. I did not even get a chance to speak to an actually dentist profession in regards to my appointment, and was shoved away by the front office, I highly feel I was treated like I did not need to be there very uncomfortable and spoken to like a dog. I asked who I can speak to I was told "You're speaking to the only person you can" which was the same person who pushed me out after 2mins of processing and taking all of my legal information. I will be calling and reporting to my insurance and will filed a grievance with the steps they provide. They need to work on treating all with kindness especially those who are paying to get a service. read more

Took care of me quickly. This is my second visit. First visit was fast and smooth. Very easy preventative care. Called regarding a fill that fell out while I was eating Sunday. Made a call Monday afternoon regarding my missing fill & was then scheduled to be seen Tuesday the next day. Got a new fill. And took care of me fast. Thank you so much! This Dentist is an actual joke, I had the worst experience with this office.... first of all they gave me xrays and told me I have 10 cavities and I need a crown, okay I went ahead and had 4 fillings done, within days.... 3 of them fell out?! how do fillings fall out? anyways I called and told them, they gave me an appointment to come in the next day and gave me a temporary putty type filling. I had so much sensitivity for like a week and finally had to see a new Dentist to fix it correctly, mind you its been 5 months since that happened and not one issue with my fillings have occurred and to top it off my new Dentist said I have no other cavities so they lied about having 10 or 14 cavities whatever they said, also the main Dr saidara guy walks around like he hates life and has zero respect for his patients he hardly talks and when he does he shrugs you off like you are a nobody! he can literally care less if your in pain or if his office is failing there Job, the only good thing about this office is the front Desk is very nice and understanding unlike the Dr, and the crown he gave me for my front tooth is horrendous, its massive the wrong color and he even cut the corner of my good tooth next to it to make this buss sized tooth fit, I literally cant stress this enough find another office to do work on your teeth please. read more

Everyone was very nice and made me feel great !!!!! even when my anxiety had been through the roof, (I had not seen the dentist for years and was extremely embarrassed). Instead of judgement I got a big warm welcome that I was exactly where I'm suppose to be. I received X-rays , treated by the dentist, plus a teeth cleaning all in one appt also was able to schedule follow up appointments ... quick and painles..... I'm really bad with names but literally everyone and I mean everyone ... I spoke to was amazing truly was a delight to see any business like this . Ive been coming here for years over 10yrs and over the past few years there service has gone down the drain... The new girls that clean your teeth are rough. Your wait time in the waiting room goes close to an hour before your taken to the back. New receptionist found it funny that i was annoyed about waiting for long. Its 2-3yrs past covid and they still make you fill out covid questionnaire. read more

Terrible! My mother came to receive services and ended up with her jaw completely dislocated so we had to take her to an oral surgeon for emergency services. They drilled into her while she was tapping on the dentist arm and would not stop. While at the oral surgeon we found out that they also preformed an unnecessary procedure. I would not recommend this office to anyone. My family will be seeking legal action against this outr event. read more

This is the worst dentist I have ever experienced especially when it comes to the elderly. My mom went to her dental appointment for teeth cleaning and filling. Due to the dentist being so rough on my 74-year old mother, her mouth was shut completely to the point she can barely move her mouth. It got so serious to the point that the ambulance was called because the dentist didn't know how to readjust her mouth. 3 hours later, they have contacted my husband and I and told us something had happened. When we got to the dentist, I was in shock of what I have witnessed. We took my mom down the street to the oral surgeon where they were able to snap it back in place. DO NOT GO THERE!! read more

This is the worst dentist office in Lancaster! They discriminate against black people. We made and appt for May 8th and the lady working in the office says over the phone (after we established our appointment and ran our medical) that if I didn't answer her PERSONAL questions we cannot be seen, her exact words before she hung up in my face was find another office, so we went in person to file a complaint and the office wouldn't give us any complaint forms stating they do not carry those. read more

This office is terrible. The front desk makes appointments and moves them around without talking to the patient first. This happened to me several times. The work done on my tooth was even worse. I had to go to a different dentist to fix the crooked cap they put in my mouth and have everything this place did redone. Going here was a waste of money. Don't come here unless you want to go elsewhere to fix the issues. I feel like they made it worse. My new dentist is having a hard time working on putting a new cap on my tooth because this negligent dentist shaved my tooth down too small. read more

I was irritated and tired of being treated like a number with all the dentists in the AV who are a part of the Sierra Commons Group. I wanted to find a dentist who was by themselves for my bi annual cleaning. I made my appointment and was greeted promptly when I arrived. No annoying ipads to deal with and trying to remember your password from six months ago (ridiculous Sierra Commons stuff). Admitted less than 10 minutes later. Xrays were taken, saw the doctor and had the cleaning. Was out of there in 40 minutes. Excellent service. Very happy to have found this dentist. Thank you. read more

Recently moved back to California and haven't been to a dentist in two years. I called for an appointment Nov. 30th and was able to be seen Dec. 5th. The office was clean and decorated for the holidays and the staff were very nice and friendly! Dr. Saidara listened to my concerns and was very helpful in response.
