I had to reschedule my appointment, and when Jasmine called me, she was terrific, they had several options and it just happened to be that I got one the same day, within 30 minutes of when I called. I know I'm not alone when I say that I waited until it was too late before I realized I needed to see the dentist. I waited years (yes, years) after fracturing my right side molar straight down the middle after biting into a sunflower seed (those sharp devils). Needless to say I didn't experience consistent pain. Episodes, but those came and went. Until the front side of the molar chipped off, exposing a rotted tooth to the core. Time to go. The problem with being in the AV is realizing that most family friend businesses are found in LA or worse, even further into beautiful SoCal traffic. I don't blame anybody for not wanting to go for this reason, besides hearing that annoying drilling in your mouth. This was problem one. So I did some research, called some local Palmdale offices, left voicemails. and the return calls kept telling me that no new patients were being accepted at that time, with weeks before I could have a visit. A tooth emergency and I can't be seen?! This was until Boulevard Dental called me back saying I could be admitted and evaluated the very next day. I jumped on it. Since then, my experience at Boulevard Dental has been nothing short of warm welcomes and amazing service that leaves me comfortable every step of the way. Besides being on track to an amazing smile again. After a thorough review and x-ray of my situation, I needed it extracted. Sucks, yeah I know. But I was assured that the process would go smoothly. That it did. Believe me when I say that after the thorough numbing and careful procedure, I didn't feel a thing besides pressure. I've also had a root canal and two fillings done in the same day because of my faith and trust in the staff and doctors there. Dr. Dave explains everything clear and concisely, and answers any uncertainties you may have. Same goes with the other doctors that perform oral surgeries. If you're nervous don't worry, they will do their best to accommodate. For those concerned about insurance, I have Delta through my employer and it was accepted no problem. Payment plans and a credit line are also offered for alternatives. Nobody likes going to the dentist. But Boulevard Dental has left me excited to have work done that is both successful and long-lasting. I had my permanent crown put in today and I am delighted with the results. I called only 3 hours before they closed to see if someone could see my mom for a very painful and infected tooth after she'd had multiple bad experiences with her current dentist. The dentist was willing to stay and squeeze my mom in even though he was supposed to leave early today and I'm sure they have lots of patients to see already. Fortunately (or unfortunately), her dentist called her back and agreed to remove the bad tooth today and she's in enough pain that she decided to let them, but I still wanted to leave a review to thank Boulevard Dental for their compassion and willingness to help even on very short notice. read more

I am very impressed with this practice: I'd had root canal work done in another city, but never got a full explanation of what had been done. I only knew that there was an open wound in the roof of my mouth that was not healing quickly. After an X-ray and an exam by Dr. Kirk, I was reassured that it was, indeed, healing and that the problem must have been serious enough that it had been approached from the root. He reassured me that it was OK.
