The girls up front welcome you, there is a slight wait at times for you to be seen by the doctors but I think that's normal since it is a big office. The ortho assistants are very nice and efficient. They always confirm all is good when they're done and make sure nothing is poking you from the braces before you leave. Dr. Zoka is awesome, he'll answer the questions I ask about the process and what's next since I'm on like a 3 year plan but at least I know I'm getting excellent service when I go.
