I have visited this office in the past and decided to come back again. The office has a new feel to it. The girls at the front desk are very nice and welcoming and made my check in process easy. The Doctors in the back were very nice and took their time explaining everything to me. What I liked was that they took care of my fillings that same day. I made an appointment to take my wife and kids since they need ortho and I guess they have all the specialties in house now. one stop shop, love it!. Highly recommended!! read more

Great office! I've sent family and friends here and they also had great experiences. I've seen two different Drs here and both times they were painless procedures. Once for a root canal and the other for fillings. I've found my dental for me and my whole family. The great thing was they were are to see young children as well. I have been going to this dental office for about three years. I have had soooo many bad experiences with them. I even complained to the office manager Ulma. The last time I complained the dental assistant that I was complaining about was right there and she(the office manager had a look of fatigue and shortness of patient on her faceHere's a short list of things I have endured while going there: One of the dental assistant took out my file and started talking about me in Spanish in back of me, so I finally turned around and asked her if there was a problem. She replied yes, and started asking me why had I went to a different dental office to get my partial made. I addressed her talking about me to the dentist and another dental assistant first...and not inviting me in the conversation. I explained to her that I needed the partial made right away, so I went somewhere else because they have a habit of not giving appointments in a timely manner. She tried to talk the dentist out of doing the necessary procedure that day but, the Dentist was more professional than she was and did the work anyway. He also put in the partial. Second night mare: I needed a root canal. They took so long giving me another appointment that the tooth became too messed up to save. I had to get it removed. The last straw was the last appointment in June 2023. I needed a teeth cleaning. We all know that can be painful without anabolic medication. I pulled away and scrubbed in my seat. I finally let the older 80 year old dentist aware of my pain. He replied " I'm almost finished. After he had finished he made a comment that I lived. I replied we have God to thank for that !!! During the whole time this was happening the dental assistant was laughing as if someone had told her a funny joke. These people are demonically possessed, I believe !!! I just can't even imagine the times they worked in my mouth and I fell asleep read more

The most UNPROFESSIONAL and inadequately trained office I have EVER been in. Not only did I have to wait 50 minutes past my exam time while they ran around trying to verify my insurance, when I finally told them that I was not going to be here all day that's when they decided to take me back. They took me back and Yoli did my x-rays. She was friendly. Then they throw me in a chair for a "cleaning" and then proceed to tell me "You have two cavities but we know you're in a rush so go to the front and schedule a follow up exam" - Now this is where they had me fucked up. NOT ONLY DO I HAVE DECREASED QUALITY OF SERVICE FROM THE LACK OF PREPARATION BUT NOW AN INCONVENIENCE BECAUSE YOU WANT TO BE CONSIDERATE NOW?! fuck them and they're cavities. I do not usually give reviews but, I have been a patient here for about 5 years now and have NEVER had a bad experience. Recently I have had 3 teeth pulled by their oral surgeon Dr. J. Falabella. First off, when inserting the novocaine needle he sort of vibrated my cheek while it went in and I'm telling you it made a huge difference in the level of pain - almost NO pain! Then when he went to extract the teeth he did each in less than 5 minutes and they came out whole! He is amazing!! I can't begin to tell you what a wonderful dentist's office this is. The entire staff are very helpful and always kind. If you go there you will not be disappointed. read more

I have been taking my child here since he was two years and had a great experience. Staff is nice and doctors were fast and efficient. I stopped coming here once they notified my that my child of 4 years had to go in alone and while other parents might be okay with that. I was not. Just wanted to let others know that once they turn 3.5 years old they do not let you in the back with your child. They didn't tell me this beforehand. read more

I have six kids and have had experience with several dentists in the area. My first visit to this office was a pleasant surprise. Everyone greeted me kindly and with respect. My family felt the same way. The place was very clean and up-to-date. Staff was well and neatly uniformed. We got the feeling that everyone took pride in their work. The thing I appreciated most was that they truly schedule six months in advance and do a good job of reminding you when your appointment comes around again. With six kids, I cannot accommodate dentists who will not open their calendar that many months ahead of time, and expect me to call them at a later date to make my next appointment. My daughter went there and Dentist had no patience. He put so much anesthetic and it was not working for her, maybe it was due to being nervous. But either way, be professional. I used to come to this office when I was in high school and 8 years later Im finding out the work they did was wrong!! I had several fillings and a root canal done here, the crown needs to be replaced which they had charged me up the wooza when i got it and they never put it in right, the fillings have to be replaced also. All this dentist cares about is how many patients he can get in and out everyday because they make more money. They are greedy and don't care about the patients. I am glad I have found Dr. Olson in Placentia who actually takes his time to review your teeth and goes over everything with you. Its day and night difference when you go to a quality doctor, not one that just cares about patient turn around. Oh and the "cleanings' they do suck they don't even do their job right. Scheduled a dentist appointment and they were able to take care of all my needs at that time. No one likes going to the dentist and unfortunately I had a couple of cavities that had to be filled. I was scared, really scared. The doctor and his assistants were really gentle and kept asking if I was ok. No one likes being on the chair but at least they made it comfortable. I LOVE this dental office. As much as anyone can love their dentist :) My husband and I have been going here for a couple years. We have always been treated very well by Dr. Moreno and the office staff. Last week I brought my 2 year old in for her first dental check up. Dr. Romero was fabulous with her. He kept her very calm, showed her all the equipment even explaining in 2 year terms so she could understand what was going on. No long wait time, I had a morning apt. The dentist took her time to exam my mouth and give detailed information for a plan of action. The staff was friendly and professional. Driving past the front it looks a bit old fashoin and parking can get rough in the late afternoon. They have a TV in the lobby always playing a good movie while you wait. The dentist said most of the work I had done elsewhere needed to be done over unfortunately I have spent cash on poor dentistry and said she guarantees all her work! This review is based on Dr.Romero... The best pediatric dentist in the planet! Dr.Romero was so kind, gentle, professional and very kid friendly.. and explained everything so thoroughly. My five year old son was terrified with dentist and now he cant wait to see him again for his next teeth cleaning.. Front office was not very efficient nor friendly except for a young lady who is pregnant whom was very nice (sorry i cant remember her name) the other one was very rude and incompetent. I wish they would offer no stars because this place runs of how the moron of a dr is feeling. If he isn't in a good mood the rest of the staff will treat you as he is feeling. The ladies are RUDE AF! If you would like your child to be comfortable & treated to your satisfaction as a parent DO NOT BRING YOUR KID HERE! They are very unfair if you miss one appointment & they put you strictly walk in basis like everyone has time to spend hours waiting to waist there because they don't give you a chance. As his assistants found out & the other staff in the office to find out I didn't want the treatment option he was recommending they all were treating me very rude! Great for kids ! However beware if you miss an appointment they will nail you and punish you. Dental back office staff is nice. However I got filings a couple months ago but now there gone ? not sure what happened. Got a quote to fix my veneer and it was kinda pricey not sure what the norm is. read more
