You could improve by not trying to steal from your customers, especially a now formerly weekly shopper. I tried to pay cash, but was informed that I can't pay the exact amount because you "round up" to the nearest nickel. Will that 2 cents break me? NO, but there is the principle. You want to round then round down. read more

They had so many options when it came to liquor, spirits and beers. They have a beer cave towards the back end of the store. Towards the left side they had cigars and towards the right they had a small wine rack that held aged wine and various other wine options. They had every mixer you could imagine. They even had chocolates, sweets as well as meats and cheeses for a charcuterie board. Towards the registers they had merchandise such as cups, wine glasses and etc. I had a great experience Shopping here and was very impressed. My husband and I wanted to walk out with the entire store but got the essentials for an Irish car bomb for St Patrick's Day. read more

ABC Liquor has anything adult beverage wise you could possibly imagine. I know they carry everything because they have my Leinenkugel grapefruit Shandy! Right before hurricane Irma hit ABC emailed a coupon for $10 off a $50 purchase. I had not been to ABC in a while but this prompted me to go. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program. It does pay off. In addition to the Leinenkugel grapefruit Shandy I also picked up there 12 pack Leinenkugel Shandy mix. This included orange, pomegranate, grapefruit, and lemon berry Shandy. They also sell cigars, cups, glasses, wine and liquor. The staff are always very helpful if you're unable to find what you're looking for ask someone. And they will carry your order out to your car if you need help. If ABC doesn't carry it you don't need it LOL. read more

ABC always seems empty when I walk in. As soon as I turn to go to the register there's a flood of people? Way to many items seems to be located behind the register instead of on the floor. And for some reason only the back wall is labeled. So I was doing donuts trying to find the rum section. But couldn't go to a beach party empty handed. All the clerks are old. Like Golden Girls old but not as funny. So I'm a little hurt when the lady that resembled Sophia (my favorite) lied to us and said that blue crap was gonna be good with Cognac. read more

I wanted to give this place a HUGE shoutout for going above and beyond. I've been on the hunt for the special edition Eric Church Jack Daniels. It said online that they had some in stock so I placed an online order. It was then cancelled, but Bob called me and explained that the system was wrong and they actually don't have any but had found a store that had one so they would go and get it for me and bring it back to Jax Beach. I had ordered two and they explained they couldn't guarantee 2, it just depended on the other store. They called me later that day and informed me that they were indeed able to find 2. I picked them up today, happened to meet Bob (the same person that called me yesterday), and he said they drove all the way down to the St Augustine store to get these, as that was the closest location that had them. Let me say, not once did I ever even ask them to go to another store to get them for me, let alone a store that far. He just said "he promised me two bottles, so they were gonna find me two bottles." Best customer service of ANY store (not just liquor stores) I've ever been to! Thank you, Bob and team, so much!! read more

This is an older ABC Liquor store. Definitely Not like the newer ones. It is pretty large but looks more like your typical liquor store but its better. They usually carry the seasonal or less seen flavor varieties of some of the liquors. The people are very nice but more are older but they dont bite lolol. I like it :) read more

It's your typical liquor store - not clean enough to eat off the floor, not dirty enough to be concerned you have bugs once you leave. The staff is an interesting dichotomy of young and old - men and women. Some are bumps on a log and just wait for you to "ring their bell". Others greet you, make sure you're finding what you need and show they have some sort of a personality. I imagine the only Yelper who will read this is one from out of town. In which case the chief concern is is this located in a safe area? or how close is it to the beach? It's 6 blocks from the beach and the area is relatively safe. ABC offers a loyalty card which gives you a few perks and saves you some money. read more

Customer service is awesome. It's small but convenient. They will also take the time to help you find whatever kind of drinks you are looking for. If they don't have it, they will special order you those drinks, especially if it's from another country. read more

I've been in this store a number of times.. Prices are decent, but the store is kinda grungy. They tend to have a pile of bottom shelf stuff and a smattering of high end, but nothing in between... On this last particular visit, I noticed that the bottle of Bacardi I was about to purchase had a coupon taped to the top for a FREE Drew Estates Undercrown cigar.. as an avid cigar smoker, I thought this was a great little promotion. They have a very small walk-in humidor with a good selection of mid-range sticks.. and might I add, decent prices. So, I looked for the Undercrown to ultimately find an empty spot where they were supposed to be. With no Undercrowns in sight, I grabbed another cigar of equal value and proceeded to the register. When I got there, the kid tells me that he can't swap out any other cigar for the Undercrown and that they are in fact out of stock... One would think that with an odd promotion like that, they would keep a few of these sticks tucked away... Aside from the condition & cleanliness of the place and the box after box after box of promotional gift packs with absolutely ZERO organization... Meh, unimpressed. I'll go elsewhere. read more
