Leaving it on too long (over 2 mins) can damage tissues, nerves, and alter test values, causing issues like bruising, pain, nerve damage, or tissue death (ischemia/necrosis) in extreme, prolonged cases. It can be busy, so you need to get a number and wait your turn. I went this week (11/12/2025) and it was fairly quiet, but as I was leaving many people were lining up. The people come in waves according to the workers. The phlebotomist who was there when I went was very good. I barely felt the needle poke me. Parking can be a challenge. The parking lot is small, so you may have to park on the street, but make sure you read the parking signs. Xie Xie!

One of the things that meant the most to us was how they helped us transition to hospice. They made the paperwork and process as easy as possible for our family and guided us through everything with compassion and understanding. The staff went above and beyond with her personal care. They would often keep her by their side at the nursing station so she wouldn't be alone and could have company throughout the day. That small gesture meant so much to our family and showed us that they genuinely cared about her as a person, not just as a patient. Their physical therapy department was also excellent. The therapy team worked closely and stayed in line with the other departments, which made her overall care feel coordinated and consistent. We truly appreciate everyone who cared for our grandmother and supported our family during such an important and difficult chapter. Thank you for treating her with dignity, compassion, and kindness. As long as you bring your ID and your insurance card and hand it over you're ready to go. An abundance of parking both outside @ ground level and in a lower structure as well, the entrance might be hard to see since it's kind of tucked away in the back but I posted it in one of the pics in my review. I was sent by 416 Main Street to here since they could not draw my blood; I also went to 328 S Atlantic and nobody was there during office hour. I saw one patient's blood was too thick and had problem to draw, but the lady tried very hard to draw. I think the owner should at least add one more help. So the lady can take 15 minutes break every two hours legally, and patients can get more protection no mistakes happen because of busy. The owner should also find out why people do not go to the other two places but here.

There was 1 odd experience where the front desk staff asked me to pay $10 cash (no one else was there) for my blood draw, when I NEVER paid before or after that 1 scenario. My insurance didn't change either so it seemed a bit weird... The staff that draws blood are usually kind, patient (even if there's a lot of people) and are efficient.
