I did double check the hours on their website on Saturdays and it's noted they close at 1:45 pm. Place was pretty easy to get to and the parking wasn't too bad. Once you turn into the parking lot, there is a sign telling where to park. When I was there, it was a bit busier, but these guys work very fast. I was able to go grab the sorting cans and gather my recycling. The staff there were very friendly and professional from the guys weighing your items to the cashier. I wasn't sure about certain items, but they explained how to sort certain ones and which ones can't be recycled. My trip there was the fastest for any recycling place I've ever been to. During a dump run on 05/28 an employee held onto my debit card during the transaction. I have since discovered fraudulent charges on my account totaling $200 for (OnlyFans.) This was the last location where I used my card, and it is clear that my information was compromised at your facility. An investigation is in place. This situation is beyond ridiculous, and my frustration is compounded by the fact that I have been unable to get in touch with a manager on-site or anyone at the main office to address this MATTER. I expect a prompt response regarding how you intend to handle this matter and what steps you are taking to prevent your employees from mishandling customer payment information in the future.
