As a repeat customer, I hired ABC Plumbing, Inc for my needs. I needed 2 full-toilet removal, and the installation of two new toilets. My experience with DANA and RYAN was outstanding and professional. DANA'S communication was great, he explained the process completed each step of the way. Both DANA and RYAN were very respectful, curious and professional, and DANA made sure I was satisfied with both toilet removal, and installation before they departed. They were both very willing, and able to answer all of my questions, and concerns. The cost of services received was very reasonable. DANA was/is very knowledgeable, and it shows that he really enjoys his profession as a plumber. They also arrived at my residence EARLY, with all the necessary equipment to complete the job. I am VERY satisfied with ABC Plumbing's work today!! DANA, both toilets are working exceptionally well, with NO leaks. We have a two story house that was designed with two 50 Gal gas, tanked water heaters located in the attic. We purchased the home new almost 15 yrs ago and have dreaded the time when we would need to pull the old units out and make a replacement. After considerable research I was leaning very strongly to tank-less. The technology is more efficient, easier to maintain and lasts much longer than tanked water heaters, if you take care of the unit. Obviously smaller as well. I did NOT go with Instant Heat. Waste of money in my opinion. Yes, the technology cost more but if you choose the right company, you can get the right balance. With that background, I contact a number of plumbing companies, large and small for estimates on both tanked and tank-less. I decided to go with ABC for a tank-less replacement and am very happy I did. Why? Jason the owner came out to personally review the situation and provide an immediate quote. He is a straightforward, no BS guy. His company was one of the last to give me an estimate. The price was fair and very competitive. While all companies were at least acceptable, I choose ABC because of his professional approach, knowledge and price. They arrived this morning at 9am with 5 guys to do the painful removal of the two old tanks. Jason also stopped by to outline what was going to happen for the day. Daryl, the lead, Chris, Steven, Alex and Hunter had the old tanks out of the attic, down the stairs, and out of the house in less than 90 mins. Most importantly with NO damage to attic door, hallways, or stairs. Less than two hours later, I was going over system operations, testing that we were getting hot water again, and making a payment with Daryl. The ABC Team, Jason and his entire crew did an awesome job. I am extremely picky and an engineer by profession. They easily met my standards for attention to detail and execution. I would definitely recommend them and plan to have my wife add ABC's info to our development's Facebook page as others will likely need water heater replacement soon due to the age of our development. Let me start with "ABC Plumbing is the best"!!! I had a serious Plumbing issue (Slab Leak) that was identified by a plumbers sent by my home warranty company. That company ghosted me. This gave me angst that the situation may be a big job that they don't want to deal with. I was referred to ABC Plumbing. ABC Plumbing sent out a crew (Daryl, Steven, Scott and Alex) the same day I spoke with Jason. A little about the four guys. Their personable demeanor makes me believe ABC plumbing uses the Southwest Airlines Customer Service method of hiring. Each one of these young men were professional, respectful, affable, and efficient. They answered all my questions and from an unbiased perspective my dogs liked them and they liked my dogs. Back to the plumbing... The best course of action was to reroute the line bypassing the leak. I live in a home that was built in 1980. Logically, based on where the tub, sinks, etc are placed there would be a few cuts in the sheet rock and re-route the one problem hot water line. Of course, once logic could not be used other measures were required. The best option for my situation (my decision) was to re-route all the hot water lines to resolve the current issue and eliminate future slab leaks. In addition to the slab leak.... when the guys were looking for the water shut off.... they stumbled upon a corroded double check irrigation valve materially spewing water. I haven't seen that kind of corrosion since moving from NY. They dug out and replaced the valve. We have a large (48Kw) emergency generator for our home since we are out of the city. It runs on propane, but in the coldest weather it failed to come on. Upon inspection by the Generac contractor, I was told that the propane line needed a dedicated regulator installed near the generator, because the problem was low gas pressure to the generator. Big job. So early in Feb. 2017 I called ABC Plumbing about this issue because I was told that they could work on propane systems. The company owner (Jason?) came out and clearly and carefully explained to me that I did not need an additional regulator, but the existing one was dysfunctional and had to be replaced. He showed me exactly what was wrong and I could even hear the escaping gas, as he said. A few days later, after obtaining the new regulator, he came back out and did the install plus installing a heat cord to assure that the system will work in cold weather. I was very happy that the job did not turn out to be as major as I was told it would be AND ABC Plumbing charged me for the part, the trip charge and a couple of hours labor. They were fair, honest and efficient. It wasn't cheap, but it wasn't a fortune and I will DEFINITELY use ABC for my future plumbing needs. read more

Clayton and Philip were great! They came out the same day we called them, seriously less than an hour, thats unheard of. Respected all of the social distancing protocols during our current pandemic. (Masks on, respectful distance). I'm honestly amazed, I should have called ABC FIRST. We called someone else who spent less than 1 min here. Never looked at the toilet and their quote was almost a thousand dollars, unreal. ABC came did a thorough review of the toilet and bathroom then discussed several options with us. However their recommendation was NOT the crazy expensive fix that was the only option for the other company. They actually recommended and completed the quickest and best economical fix. Sorry guys but as a female I usually get "the condescending tone" from contractors/plumbers where they are helping the "little lady" to understand the complex situation. Clayton and Philip were the best. That tone was no where here. They just genuinely WANTED to help me in a manner that would WORK where the issue would truly be FIXED but was also the best economical choice for me right now. I had a cracked main clean-out that was allowing roots in resulting in sewage backups. I had the lines cleaned and inspected. The inspection showed the pipe was cracked. I asked the company that did the work for a quote to replace the clean-out. Their price was high enough that I wanted to get another quote. I looked around for plumbers with good reviews and found a gentleman that sounded good...but he was semi-retired and not able to help me. I asked if he could recommend a good company to call. He told me that ABC was the only company that he could recommend, so I gave them a call. Jason promptly returned my call and came out to give me an estimate for the work. His quote was about 25% of my original quote!!! The work was performed quickly and neatly!!! The clean-out was in my front yard shrubbery...I expected the worst, but when completed, the only way yo tell that the area had been disturbed was darker mulch (turned) and different clean-out caps!!! It's a shame I can only give these guys 5 stars! This is the 3rd plumbing company I have dealt with since discovering we had a gas leak in our walls in the house we moved into only 2.5 weeks prior! These guys made the old saying "Third time is a charm" so true! After dealing with 2 other plumbing companies, one of which was sent out by our "home warranty company", I stumbled across ABC Plumbing. From my first call to their office through the very end I couldn't have been happier with their customer service! I think I appreciated their timliness, helpfulness and open communication even more after dealing with such slow plumbers earlier. Jason, the owner, came out himself after two of his guys looked around and got a basic idea of my dilemma. While here Jason told me exactly whst it would take to fix the issues I was having and gave me a quote for either scenario we chose! At that point I was on day 3 of waiting for the other company to give me a quote. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anybody and everybody! We notice our water bill significantly increased. We searched and could not find out what the problem was. We called ABC Plumbing and explained to them what was going on. They sent their plumber named Phillip Ohara and his assistant Clayton Gage. They came and were so courteous. I so appreciated the fact that they wore their face mask and gloves especially during this most serious time. Both me and my husband were quite concerned about the situation and Phillip was very reassuring and explained exactly what was needed and how much. We had broken pipes in our slab foundation and to be cost effective we chose to have our pipes rerouted to our attic. Of course we thought it was going a phenomenal price but fortunately it was very reasonable. Both gentlemen worked effectively and explained what they were doing as they did their jobs. We are very pleased with Phillip and Clayton and ABC Plumbing. I highly recommend ABC Plumbing to anyone who needs any plumbing service. We had our water heater go out and needed to get it back up ASAP. I called ABC on Friday morning hoping they could work us in that day. Not only did they get to us that day they were able to identify the problem quickly. Brandon was my technician and he went above and beyond to get the issue fixed. He came out and prepped the unit for repair and then went to purchase the part that needed to be replaced. When he returned he installed the new part, only to discover the new unit was defective. At this point it was 5 pm and he could not get another part until Saturday (aka his day off) but Brandon said he would make it happen. Brandon called me first thing Saturday to let me know he had the part and was heading over. He arrived replaced the part and made sure everything was operating before he left to enjoy his day off. I truly appreciate the service I received and can't imagine there are many companies out there that would have the same level of service, while also maintaining the original price that they quoted. Can't say enough good about ABC Plumbing. I called them because I was getting a bad smell in my house, and was already quoted an outrageous price for diagnosing the problem ($3,000 just to diagnose it!). Taylor came out for the estimate, and he couldn't have been nicer. He's not a small person, but squeezed himself under the house to thoroughly check any issues there. Then he went up and looked in the attic. He spent a lot of time trying to decide what the smell was and where it was coming from. He was not clean when he left my house, yet I was charged nothing for the visit. NOTHING! I couldn't believe how thorough he was, and the time he spent. After the investigation, it was determined I didn't need work, but he offered a smoke test for a fraction of what the other guys were asking...a price I felt was reasonable and fair. I will never call the "big name" company again - have learned my lesson. Thank you, ABC for being thorough and honest. This is really a 10 star review. We have used ABC Plumbing in the past and highly recommend you look no further for a reputable, service oriented plumbing repair. We had a toilet bowl that required re-installation after we replaced and updated our master bathroom flooring. There was a problem with the existing toilet flange dating back to when the house was first built and it prevented the new toilet from being easily replaced. We had to call for the services of a plumber. ABC pulled the old flange and replaced it. When we noted after the repair that there was an unacceptable large gap between the bowl and the floor, we called and ABC came back and redid the installation without any fuss or bother, These guys truly stand behind their guarantee. Our earlier experiences with ABC have all been positive. Any return calls to correct work that we felt was not completed satisfactorily are always handled promptly. I explained to Amanda that my rental-unit Denton home was in-need of replacing the defunct electric water-heater, and that my property manager had recommended a very expensive vendor. Amanda was extraordinarily pleasant & concerned. Amanda suggested a 'likely-price,' which was 20% cheaper than my earlier quote. Amanda offered to schedule a free on-site estimate/installation that same day. On my request, Amanda scheduled an installer for early the next morning. Daryl arrived early, & telephoned me promptly & courteously with his recommendations. While Daryl could have 'added-on' extra charges, Daryl honestly stated that this water-heater replacement looked straight-forward; he generously offered to bundle any extra parts/fees into the agreed price. We needed a plumber for a leak in master bathroom tub. Amanda answered my call and was professional and courteous. She told me someone would be at my house within an hour. Sure enough, Daryl and Alex showed up as promised and quickly assessed the problem. We bought an old house in Weatherford. The house did not have a gas meter, so we called around to local plumbers to get a bid for running a couple of gas lines under our peer and beam house. The first company we called was extremely high to the tune of $4,200.00 for two gas lines, one in the living area and one in the bed room. We then ask a neighbor for any reference she might have. She said she had previously used ABC and they were great and very resonable. We called and they gave us a bid of $1,400.00. They came and installed the lines and hooked up the heaters. They were professional, polite, and finished the work in record time. So if you need a plumber, Skyler and Hunter are the best you will find. I had problems with my 20+ year old tankless water heater. Beaudy came to the house and helped trouble shoot it. He tried several things, and stayed while I called the manufacturer to see about replacement parts. Because of the age of the unit, that was not an option. At that point, he looked online at the one that was suggested by the manufacturer and helped measure and check specs to be sure it was a fit. A couple of days later when it came in, Dana came out to start the installation -when Beaudy got caught up in another job - so I wouldn't be left hanging. Both guys did a great job. I had a plumbing emergency this past weekend when the weather was so bad. I called three companies on Saturday. Only one returned my call that weekend...Brandon at ABC Plumbing. I scheduled him to come out on Sunday morning and he arrived on time and made quick work of the stopped plumb line. He did such a great job that I asked him to return the next day to help with an old clawfoot tub. Brandon problem solved and fixed some issues unique only to a 100 year old tub. It was our third attempt to get a plumbing service to come and clear/fix our toilet that wasn't flushing. The two previous services wouldn't come or call back. I called ABC because I always heard good things about them. But, I always try and give lesser known services a chance to come through. This time it bit me in the ... but I came to my senses, and called ABC. Shawn and Eli came out the same day. They surmised the trouble, ended up removing the toilet and snaking the blockage quickly and efficiently. They both kept the bathroom area clean and clear.
