There are no mileage charges and do not charge for dumping, cleaning, or any other charges that some companies apply to the bill. Would highly recommend. This was our first time to rent a motorhome and it has been a great experience.

The first year I rented a motorhome, I did not know any better and another year ABC was fully booked. Covid was a year we did not come to AK. Each time we rented from another company, it confirmed my opinion that ABC is the best. It is the little things that push them above the pack. Examples might be getting us to Costco before your vehicle was ready, ABC does not charge extra for mileage or charge for the little things that you would expect to come with your rental.

They were more expensive than I expected ($150/hr). I don't even think Mercedes techs charge that much, but maybe that is just how RV techs are, and it is normal. They were friendly and the service was good, but they are training front desk people so paying for and picking up the trailer was painfully slow. Otherwise, a good experience. And I think we called and got an appointment the same week, though we had to wait for parts to be ordered, but they worked fast when they could.

I was in town from across the country on an RV trip. I needed my RV trailer wheel bearings repacked…read moreand came to this business. HUGE mistake. Avoid Alaska trailer as they can leave you absolutely stranded due to incompetence and unprofessional work, they are lucky I didn't take them to small claims court, very lucky. The job was completed and I made it to the Yukon Territory about 2 weeks later, traveling no more than 65 mph and a wheel bearing burned up. I was in the middle of nowhere, 2hrs from any community. 8 hrs and $900 later I was towed into Whitehorse YT at a shop. 3 days later and $2500 I was back on the road. I tried to get Alaska Trailer to do the right thing and reimburse for the towing, that didn't happen. They did refund for my cost of the one bearing repair but not the towing. If they were a legit, ethical business in Anchorage they would have refunded the towing and their initial fees for doing the crappy, work to begin with. Their work should not be allowed in Alaska and they do not stand behind their work. Get stranded because of them and oh well, not willing to make it right. You have been warned!

A few months ago we came upon THE truck here at frontier. We live about 4 hours away so asked a friend to drive it. He went over and drove it and really didnt have anything bad to say and the staff were easy to deal with. Fast forward 3 months and endless searching high and low.... My husband asked me to go check out the truck when I went to do errands in Anchorage. So pressed for time I swung in and asked for particulars on the truck and unceremoniously climbed under it an did my inspection:-) then up top I went looking at everything my eyes could see... hmmmmmmmmmmm I will tell we have 3 other trucks like it so I had a good idea what I was looking at/for. I personally wasnt stoked about buying another truck but whatever..I knew it was the truck for my honey . Steve was awsome to talk to. He let me look at it without demeaning me or talking to me like I was a dumb girl. Which I have found many other salesmen do. So I appreciated how Steve respected my knowledge and answered my questions. Now I left in a hurry after driving the truck I had so many things to do... My husband, based on what I had to say about the truck and the way I was treated and the air of honesty I felt while talking with Steve and Thomas, decided to buy the truck... You should know the truck was a older model that banks dont typically finance. Thomas handled the loan app and got it sent to the right bank for us. OMG the communication! Thomas stayed on top of the app and it went through and in short.. I am thrilled. These guys were awsom from start to finish. I love the bank they sent us to(I never even hear of it) so Tom and Steve's knowledge there was invaluable. My husband has his dream truck. Thank you guys, our 2 year search is finally over!!!!!!!!!

Brought it in for service -- was told the window leak couldn't be found. However, found a heavy silicone patch applied on that window alone. Liars! The trailer came back with new damage on the interior panels -- screws and staple marks that weren't there before. No acknowledgment, no accountability. Months of emails followed. The owner, Vik, eventually responded in writing that everything is the manufacturer's responsibility and directed me to Keystone. Keystone then confirmed they have zero warranty claim history for my unit -- meaning the repairs performed here were apparently never filed with the manufacturer at all. I gave this dealership every opportunity to make this right. What I got was delay, deflection, and silence. If you're buying here, just know: the experience ends the moment you drive off the lot.

"Sure," he said, "I can do that, but let me check it and see if it's something fixable." Found the problem, fixed it for next to nothing, and it's worked fine ever since. I broke my electrical inlet box and it was a very old type that isn't available anymore. No problem. He put in a replacement that he had handing around, and got me back on the road. I really can't say enough about this shop. It's not a fancy place, but they are very competent and honest.

Writing was on the walls: As of a year ago-they stopped doing service on RVs they sold or from elsewhere. Stephen ********* a year ago We spent our hard earned money on a travel trailer from ABC. This week we received a recall notice. I called ABC and I was told to take it somewhere else for service, as they have closed their service department. Poor poor poor customer services. I will not recommend this company to anyone!!!! You might get lucky enough to get an independent service center to do the legwork to get the approval from the Mothership, get the parts, do the work and submit the warranty claim forms on your behalf.

I doubt a company is selling a product that come different every single time .. or the Other excuse was " sometimes they come folded in the box differently making it harder to install " i was told one hour, it took nearly 8 hours. After calling and hearing your truck will be ready in 35 mins, I showered up 2 hours later only to wait in the lobby another 50 minutes. Now I have I to go get it uninstalled for a refund, wasting Even more of my time .. what a horrible experience. Pretty sure I see marks on my truck as well, near the install area that weren't there before . I will be video documenting every inch of my truck before putting it in their hands again for another " hour"
