I love it here! The ABC stores of Hawaii are amazing! They truly have everything you could possibly desire and stuff you wanted but didn't know you wanted! They have food clothing jewelry, & gifts to take home to loves ones. Tampons? They got 'em! New bikini? They got those too! Only $25! Prices are really great. They really could jack up the prices, but haven't! This location is a cookie cutter image of perfection that is an ABC store. It's super clean and inviting. The employees are very friendly. They were even open today, Thanksgiving Day!!!! So appreciative to be able to enjoy as much as possible during my short Thanksgiving visit! I really could spend tons of time at an ABC store. Everything is very fresh and high quality. The breakfast croissants are super soft and yummy. I've gotten hair decor for myself and friends! Very attractive. I really had to talk myself out of a new bikini today! I'm mean really?!?! I live in Portland! I don't need another bikini! These stores are EVERYWHERE here in Waikiki! They are like Starbucks! Literally on every block! So convenient! There are actually far less Starbucks than ABC stores here! This is definitely the one stop shop for all your wants needs and desires. read more

ABC Store! Your one stop shop for food souvenirs, souvenirs in general, and also snacks if you're hungry! They sell a ton of different food items with macadamia nuts, and have the Hershey Kisses w/Macadamia Nuts. They also sell alcohol, mini bottles of alcohol, and beer! A must stop when looking for drinks, snacks, and souvenirs in Hawaii- good thing they are on every other block in Honolulu! read more

Oh my god, there is an ABC on every block. And on some items they charge monopoly prices. Like $6.50 for toothpaste thatcosts $3 elsewhere.

My first choice is Foodland (for Maika`i points) and my second choice is longs. But today after dragging a visitor and my kid up and down through the mall, didn't want to make our way through the herd again. We stopped in here for drinks to go on to our next destination. I usually grab a 16.9 oz (or whatever size it is) bottle of Coke Zero, but ABC's price was $2.39 (!) and they didn't have cans of it, so we got other canned drinks. This is located adjacent to the stage. Oh...if anyone is looking for BBQ flavored worms and/or cricket snacks, they currently have some at the register. read more

I love ABC Stores! The snacks and drinks are cheap and they have awesome variety. They also have so many souvenirs for so cheap!! I got a ton of postcards, chocolate, leis, and cute island themed sticky notes to take home for friends!! Also, they have awesome and really cheap tee-shirts and wooden things like picture frames, cutting boards, trinkets, etc. Highly recommend if you are in need of water or snack, or just really random stuff too! Although yes, very touristy, they are still cool shops to check out! read more

I'm a big fan of the ABC Stores chain in Honolulu! They have every convenience a tourist may need, and a fine selection of moderately priced souvenirs and gift items. If you want a cheap take-away lunch, like a sandwich, salad, inari sushi, or cold soba noodles, this is the place! I was in need of some Pepto Bismol and was able to purchase it here. I also picked up a 3 oz. tube of sunscreen, which I'm glad they had because I can take it home in my carry-on luggage. It was a reasonable price, too. Overall, I really like shopping at the ABC Stores around the area and always stop in on my way by to see what's new! read more

Well most people know ABC stores to be the "tourist" shop and while they do offer more of the tourist stuff, this is my go-to shop for small things like water, gum, etc when I'm out. While some of their things can be a little on the pricey side, they do have cheap bottles of water and small snacks. Their liquor can be decently priced as well. This store is really clean and really chilly. I guess it's because it's in Ala Moana but it looks like a shop at a nice resort. read more

Who doesn't love the ABC stores in Hawaii?? They are literally everywhere!! Many times there are 2 to 3 ABC stores within several hundred feet of each other. It's somewhat hard to review each individual ABC store that I went to as they are pretty much all the same. At the Ala Moana mall there are 2 ABC stores. The one located inside the mall after the food court is bigger than the one outside facing the parking lot. I like to buy water at the ABC store as I can get a large bottle for just $1. Fairly affordable souvenirs can be found at this and any other ABC store in Hawaii. I bought all the macadamia nuts to take back to California from this ABC store. It is slightly cheaper than getting them at the macadamia nut factory actually. I also bought coffee from here to take back home. They have sales on different items from time to time. For example I bought t-shirts that were 5 for $20 and Hello Kitty Hawaiian stuffed doll keychains for only $2.50 each. You can bet that when I go to Hawaii again, I will be hitting up the ABC stores! read more

I come here to get cheap large bottles of water for 0.99 cents! and fulfill my strawberry-coke mix icee cravings (small for $1.35). They have lots of souvenirs and may have the snacks and drinks you're looking for. Souvenirs and macadamia nuts are definitely over priced though! Best place to hoard and buy souvenirs for family and friends, many nice things: keychains, shot-glasses, Hawaiian shirts (that aren't $50), etc. This is the best place for souvenirs I have found, cheaply to fairly priced and lots of different items. There is so much in this store, varying greatly from real gold jewelry to cheap and awful looking keychains. They have cosmetics/skin care and other items imported from Japan and Korea, and Hawaiian snacks and liquor as well. We stopped here and had a blast, finding something for every one of our friends and family members we wanted to get gifts for, looking around at all the different options is fun here because there is so much crazy stuff you haven't seen before. It's not a store that has you looking at the same overpriced keychains and earrings, like most souvenir shops. To top it all off, with every $100 you spend you get a free gift. Clean place with nice and funny cashiers. If you're in or near the Ala Moana Center...stop here. read more

Things one might get from the ABC store. Cheap bottle water, check. Girls of Hawaii calendar, check, beach mats, check, I got leid in Hawaii condoms, check. ABC store carries the strangest things that you may or may not need, but when they got something you were looking for you are so greatful! I needed a coconut bank carved like a monkey to put all my spare change in and ABC store had it! NOT! Well I always need a cheap bottle of water and ABC store is always clutch with that. I think ABC stores have the right idea by blasting the A/C and creating a tundra-like atmosphere as you walk by the open doors of an ABC store in the humid heat of Waikiki. ABC is definitely not a cheap convenience store, but, i guess, what convenience store really is? ABC will charge you several dollars more for the same item than places like Walmart or Longs. If you are lazy and/or have no car to get to a walmart/costco/longs, I suppose you will just have to buy your typical touristy things like mac nuts, caramacs, and Maui Babe tanning lotion. If you are buying bulk to take back home, I would highly recommend you make your way to the local wally world (aka walmart) which is really actually about a mile or two away from waikiki. read more

These stores are everywhere. There's one for every 2-3 blocks along and near Ala Moana Blvd. Very convenient for quick trips and last minute souvenir shopping. The stores carry everything from toiletries, snacks, beverages, souvenirs, tshirts, beach mats (great deal at $2.99) and grocery items. The store carries 3 for $10 tshirts, but of poor quality and prints. Prices are a bit more than going to Walmart 2 miles away, but the location is very convenient for hotels nearby. read more

Nice little chick convenient store, clean, stocked. They carry: sodas, liquor, some snacks and candy, some feamales clothing beach ware, blankets, key chain trinkets, fridge magnets. They try not to let the lines get too long. read more

Came here looking for gifts to take back. The best buy were the tshirts at $10 each. The rest seemed a bit over priced to me but maybe it's because I just came from Longs drugstore which had awesome prices on Hawaii snack foods. read more
