Loader came out with the wood and loaded half the wood, stopped and stared at me and eventually said "Are you going to load the rest?" So I ended up loading half of the wood. Upon getting home and going through the wood, they were majority below average quality. Some were so splintered that they were unusable. This place is an absolute joke and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemies. If I could give it lower than 1 star I absolutely would! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I was told via text that my order would be ready the next day. I sent my worker to pick up materials and they were not ready. They gave me the run around as to why they weren't ready. It was a lie on one end or the other as they told my employee one thing and me another.. They could have just called and said the order wasn't ready. Instead I adjusted my project, my day, and paid my employee for wasted time. There was no attempt to rectify in any way.

Customers get upset when they have to wait for custom orders but that's expected if you understand what it takes to get a custom order made then you should be understanding. I have been in the store when customers come in and cuss out the employees due to the contract loading windows or doors wrong then end up breaking the glass.Then they expect the store to take it back.
