For two long years I have called, email about brakes tripping and shooting the pool off. Last year after many calls they sent a technician that couldn't fix the problem. By the end of the season all my backyard power was gone. After so many undesirable encounters with the owner Mario. I decided to give it a rest. This year I called them to come and fix the problem again. The called 2 times as of now in the last 3 weeks. Emailed Mario about 4 times. And he has no responded. I spent 9ver $100,000 in the pool not ven two year ago. Please all the electric with presition tech did. I spent over $130,000 in a pool that has no light and back year that is totally in the dark. I feel as a single woman I was taken advantage by this company. And they will not respond to my calls because they just don't care how hard I work to make the money to pay for a dream backyard that never happened. My landlord decided to contact her warranty company,they sent out the most obnoxious guy who said NJNG did not know what they were talking about and he claimed he fixed it. Two days later the furnace rattled, whistled and popped. So again our heat had to be turned off. Then the warranty co had these two guys who didn't speak English, did not know where to look for the problem, and promptly said, "no good".I, in frustration went on my FB page, saw Brown's Heating, Cooling and Plumbing and wrote them explaining the situation. That SAME day, I got a response from Doug Brown who put me in touch with Paul Keator, who then came over THAT afternoon, and looked at it and agreed with NJNG....he told us we could have a new furnace in 2 days, which as of today has come true. Their quote and cost was even $1000 less than NJNG's quote. The techs came at 9am this morning, they were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. When I tried to go in the settings it required a passcode. Crystal Air was the company that installed the system so I reached out to see if there is a master code the system starts with in order to set the schedule. Instead of letting me know the typical master codes to test they sent TWO people out to input the original code the system came with. I received a charge of $330. This was a feature I could have lived without. I just wanted to see if they had a code I could put in so I could put the schedule in myself. When I called to ask about the bill, the woman at the front desk told me the owner would give me a call (never heard from him). I'm beyond frustrated being stuck with a bill like this. I figured since they installed the system they would know the original code and be able to help without sending two people and charge a bunch.
