For context, they painted the interior or of our entire home - walls, trim, and ceiling. The team knew how to work with high end paint and transformed a set of drab, beige, poorly textured, and banged up walls. They sanded the walls to manage the texture, worked expertly with tricky corners, managed complex work with dry wall to address dings and structural oddities. They are not just incredible painters - they are also amazing project managers and partners. The team managed our paint job while we traveled, but our furniture and floors were kept pristine (despite our 0% prep for them). When they ran out of paint (because I insisted on getting it and didn't get enough!), they reached out. They closed all the holes in the walls (no more air coming in) where the old convectors were located; they repaired the flooring so that it looked seamless; and they installed baseboards to mask the gaps left by the new convectors, which were a slightly different size than the previous ones. (The convectors were installed by a different company, so they coordinated with them nicely). They also installed a brand-new lighting fixture on the bedroom ceiling (lots of concrete drilling involved), hung a metal shelf in the bathroom, and closed all the holes in the kitchen left by the previous contractor when the kitchen was remodeled.
