1/22/2023, we met at 2036 Lombard Street in San Francisco and rode the bus to Levi's Stadium to watch the NFC Divisional Playoffs 49ers vs Cowboys. An incredible defensive battle !! We had to be back on board the bus within 30 minutes after game was completed. We traveled in class to the game avoiding the nightmare of the bottle neck traffic jam stress at Levi's to and from the game. Poor communication- especially on the return journey that if you didnt get the bus drivers number once you arrived at Levi Stadium, you would be unlikely to find the bus! Plus we almost had to wait an additional hour and a half after the game finished, except some very disgruntled passengers called the owner to complain. Would NOT recommend as reliable read more

I am not sure what happened for me, but the experience I had was nothing like the experience most customers are writing about here. I decided to book a limo for a trip to Sonoma/Napa for my wife's 30th birthday and with so many positive reviews on yelp, I decided to go with Abiano. The booking part of the process was quick and painless. After calling, I was sent an email confirmation and a request for our planned itinerary. The only issue I had was during the booking process was when I asked about the year and model of the car, to which the response was, "our limos are all Lincolns and they are the latest model". The way my question was brushed off without any concrete information like the actual year/model of the car should have been a warning. On the day of the trip, the driver showed up 15 minutes in advance, was very courteous and did not rush us. Once the car pulled up, I immediately realized my expectations were not going to be met. As you can see from the attached images, the car itself was NOT the latest model and was poorly kept. The driver was dressed in jeans and a long sleeve shirt. No jacket, no uniform, no professional attire whatsoever. I don't mind this too much, as long as the driver is courteous, professional, and a good driver. The worst issue was the dating and the lack of cleanliness of the limo itself. There were long, blonde female hairs all over the car, including on the bar area where the cups and glasses were. See the image attached. Members of my group were jokingly referring to it as "stripper hair". There was poorly done tinting to the back windows, the ceiling and seats were extremely dated, and the window to see the driver's compartment would not close! I've never been in a limo where you cannot close the window to the driver section of the car. The rest of the ride we had no privacy from the driver. Additionally, we stopped for a bathroom break at a fast food restaurant and the driver took it upon himself to order a sandwich for himself. We had to wait for him to get his food before we could continue. It wasn't a long wait, but still, it's the principle. Later at a winery, after being there for about an hour, the driver picked us up but then ran inside to go to the bathroom. Why he couldn't have gone during the 1-hour down-time he had while we were tasting is beyond me. Yet again, we were waiting on the driver. In my opinion, the passengers should never be waiting for the driver. All in all, I would not book again with Abiano. The pricing for the 8/person limo seems like a good deal, but honestly, I'd rather pay more to get a nicer car and more professional service. I'm not sure why my experience was so different from everyone else's. read more

Awesome limo service. I would recommend them to everyone! We went to Napa for my best friend's birthday and everything went perfectly. Great responsive service and honest quotes from Brian and Sean was the best driver ever! I was referred to Abiano from one of my friends. I had a rough itinerary (Chandon, Oakville Grocery to pick up food, picnicking at Peju and Sterling). We went over on time since my friends showed up a little late and Sterling was our last stop with the gondola wait and there was traffic on the way back, but Sean didn't even complain once! Sean is pleasant and exceptional with service and our limo was always waiting for us to take us to the next stop. They provided bottles of water and ice. The limo was very clean and perfect. Last week, a group of nerds and parents and nerdy parents who live in San Francisco gathered for an office holiday party in Redwood City. Some of us don't get out much, and we wanted to make the most of the open bar. Thank goodness Abiano Limo was doing the driving. Eddy gave us a reasonable, all-inclusive price when I called to make the reservation and set up our credit card ahead of time. This was great because we knew there weren't going to be surprises on the bill and because I was far too drunk at the end of the evening to deal with credit cards and tips and signatures. Brian was our courteous and safe driver. He picked us up right on time, and our ride from SF to Redwood City in the plush limo was great. When the party was over, we were all so glad to have him waiting for us outside the restaurant with the car. It was a fun ride home, and I loved feeling like a celebrity for a few hours. Very rarely do I have such an experience that it prompts me to write a review on Yelp, but Eddy, Brian, and the boys at Abiano Limo deserve this and much more. THANK YOU for making my New Years weekend one for the record books! What started out as a last second adventure to Napa from SFO for New Years Eve turned into a weekend of adventures, and it wouldn't be possible without the recommendations, flexibility, and ultimately white glove service provided by Abiano Limo. My group of 7 and I initially booked a 6 hour package through Brian after reading the reviews on Yelp. Our driver, Jeremy, arrived on time and got us over to Napa promptly. Between a packed schedule of tastings and dinner, there was little room for error and Jeremy got us to every stop in time for our reservations. However, once we got to dinner, we decided that we didn't want to go back to SF, and would rather spend New Years in Napa. We expected that we'd have to find our own way home the next day (and were fine with that), but I decided to throw a hail mary to Brian and see if there's anything he can do for us. Much to my surprise, he said Jeremy would stick around with us for an extra so that we wouldn't have to rush our meal. He said they'd make sure we have transportation the next morning, and even helped us find last minute availability at the Solage in Calistoga, where we were able to celebrate NYE at the hotel. The next morning (ok, more like afternoon) when our hangovers wore off, Brian kept good on his word and dispatched a driver to get us back to SF from Napa for a nominal fee. I've also had Abiano take my out of town guests on a full day SF sightseeing tour and then a Napa wine tour the next day, the took care of it all, it made their trip! Best Limo Company in the City. When you are taking a limo ride you want to be treated like royalty right? Well you get that with Abiano Limos! I have used them a few times now. Always prompt and courteous. The first time was with 10 hooligans going to Napa for the day. We chose a few places to go and our driver filled in the rest of our time with some amazing wineries we have never been to and a great place for a picnic brunch. I just had some family friends come into town. 8 retired adults that wanted to see Napa. I recommend the limo service and they were so happy to get the service at that price. They liked the driver and had no idea where to go in Napa so the driver picked all of their spots and they had a fabulous time. They are the type of people who usually take tours... and this was perfect for them, someone to show them Napa worry free. After a small initial misunderstanding, which was quickly and professionally resolved by Brian we used the service twice. Once for airport pickup and once for the most fun winery tour of the Sonoma. We absolutely loved our driver Jerry!!! He's a local to the area for over sixty years and is full of stories and history of San Francisco. Ask any question and you'll receive an honest answer. We picked out some vineyards we wanted to try but were happy when Jerry suggested some others in addition, which turned out absolutely wonderful. Jeremy was our driver and he arrived early and was happy to wait while us ladies got our "pretty selves" together if you know what I mean. It was my 30th birthday and I had a baby a few months ago and two girlfriends flew in to San Francisco from NY to celebrate.....so needless to say, this night was a BIG deal. Based on the reviews on Yelp I hired Abiano via email to pick up my son and his girlfriend that were flying into San Francisco to celebrate his 30th birthday. Brian was kind enough to purchase a bottle of champagne to be waiting chilled in the car as per my request. Although Jerry the driver hit a snag which resulted in a small snafu, my son said he was wonderful and even shared his bag of chips with them since they were starving. The most impressive and professional part of this whole transaction was the fact that since Brian felt bad about our snafu, he offered to pick them back up for their return flight free of charge. I've heard and read high praise about this business/service, and I was hoping for them to be the saving grace (travel-wise) during a trip from LA to SF for a festival where the venue is ~40 minutes outside of the city. After having the tickets to the festival itself -- AND the Mride shuttle passes from our hotel in the city to the venue -- booked for months in advance, Mride decided to cancel the shuttle bus due to lack of interest from festival-goers. While I absolutely understand the implications of and restrictions due to covid -- as I work in a relatively-impacted industry -- the cancellation/refund was announced 3 days beforehand, with no mention of alternate courses of action, or compensation for such actions. This has made the trip more of a problem-solving/money-spending adventure, rather than a vacation. I truly feel bad for leaving a review other than the 5-stars that this company has gotten in the past, but this has caused such a headache in the past couple of days, that I have to voice this for others that may he in the same situation. Abiano Limo services are outstanding! I have been a customer since 2010. The staff and drivers are always very pleasant and beyond accommodating. They have a wide variety of vehicles in their fleet. I have used limos for personal transportation, business accommodations and party buses for special occasions. Eddy and Brian recently took care of my fiancé and her girlfriends providing transportation to various wineries in Napa. It was short notice on my part and an extremely busy weekend for Abbiano as it was prom and wedding season! All drivers and limos were booked, I really wanted to make sure the ladies were taken care of and with a safe driver. Instead of referring me to another company or informing me their services were not available; Brian the operations manager of the company volunteered to fill in as a driver, a responsibility typically not required in his upper level role. SF and Wine Country was a first time experience for the girls, so landmarks and photo ops were a must for the ladies. Brian went beyond his call of duty and hosted the ladies, making pit stops, providing winery suggestions, and acting as their Instagram photographer providing an amazing weekend they continue to share with me! Chose this service for my wedding based on great Yelp reviews. Communication was prompt for setting up the contract and details. The timeline, most of the itinerary (GG Park for ceremony, somewhere in City for pics, then back to GG Park), and contact phone # for day of were confirmed several times. The week of the wedding, I confirmed the entire itinerary with addresses, and the contact person again, which was my Maid of Honor, since as the bride I didn't want to deal with any hassles or calls on my wedding day. The day of the wedding, the limo driver called MY cell phone instead of my MOH, and incredibly we heard it in the hotel room as we're about to leave to meet the limo at the agreed pick up time. Couldn't understand what the driver was saying over the phone, but when I said "Are you here? We'll be downstairs in 5 mins", he said "Ok, 5 minutes". Me and my bridesmaids and mother head to the lobby, where there is NO limo. We wait FIFTEEN MINUTES to be picked up. A little annoyed, we get in, and aren't greeted with an apology or anything, but we're all a little distracted anyway. I'm thinking everything will be fine, I scheduled some cushion time for the ride over to the ceremony, so being 15 mins late sucked, but still would've gotten us there in time. Then I notice we're passing GG Park, and as we're all getting a little alarmed since now we're running a little behind, one of my bridesmaids asks the driver where we're going and tries to confirm he's headed to the Park. The driver was rude, ignored her for awhile, then shoved his cell phone's GPS in her face to show her he's headed to the Legion of Honor, which was to be our 2nd destination on the itinerary, NOT where the ceremony was. Furious we tell him he's wrong and to turn around for the Park. HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO GET TO THE PARK. Are you kidding me? You're a professional driver in SF and you don't know how to get to Golden Gate Park?? We scramble to give him directions, and he finally gets there. Again, no apology, in fact he was rude, and we're 25 minutes late to the ceremony. Not exactly the limo ride I was expecting, especially since we had such a relaxing and stress free morning getting ready and drinking mimosas on my wedding day. I emailed my feedback to Brian a few weeks later, who was my contact for the reservation, and got NO RESPONSE. When you want to book a luxury service for an important day that you're hoping to be stress free and taken care of, don't book Abiano limo for transportation! read more

These guys are Fab. From dealing with them on the phone to the service in the car. I live in Marin and was having a birthday party for my 11 year old son. Most people wouldn't even take on this party. From the beginning they put me at easy. The driver Brian brought the kids to the front door of the gym while my girlfriend and I sipped champagne in the car. When we, went for lunch he checked them in. At the table I realized I left the cake in the car when I ran to catch him he was already there handing it to the host. From beginning to end I felt completely taken care of actually pampered at a 11 yr old birthday party!! The driver Brian treated them like they where gentlemen.
