Four days later Steve calls and says it's ready. I get there and guess what? It wouldn't work correctly. It did at first, then it wouldn't. So I left it. The next business day I get a call that it's ready. Seems going from a 9mm thickness to a 7mm thickness was causing an issue. But Steve repaired it, and it works great! Much faster then it EVER was.
