When we called to request a refund, the situation only got worse. The owner yelled at us, insisted we were wrong, and was completely disrespectful. I've never felt the need to write a Yelp review before, I'm usually someone who lets things go, but this experience was different. I've never encountered a business owner who reacted so unprofessionally. If this had been handled calmly and professionally, it could have been resolved. Instead, the lack of accountability and poor customer service made things worse. I'm not one to question someone's expertise, but sometimes it's important to set ego aside and actually listen to your customers. I will not be returning.
