This organization is outstanding, they work as a team, everyone from the front office to all the staff. I felt safe and confident and that everyone was there for me. Backstory: I had back pain for about a year (probably wfh) in addition to pulling my back after dead lifts. My back would hurt after standing or walking for more than 10 minutes. I went to a chiropractor 3 days a week for 4 weeks and it was just temporary relief and never got better. Scheduled a session with Jerry. He was great the first time with evaluations and was able to work through some of the muscles the first time. He gave me exercises to do to help my imbalance that was causing pain as well and Jay helped me with learn the proper technique. Over the course of 3 weeks my back got a lot better. I could stand and walk for long periods of time. I was able to squat and deadlift again. I wanted to continue to go to him but I was only able to see him without getting a doctors note for a few weeks but I ended up traveling for work then getting Covid so my time was cut short. I will definitely be back again if things flair up and get the doctors note but overall my back has been normal again after a year of pain! Thanks so much Jerry and Jay! Have been going here for about 6 months now for my lower back pain (that I've had for about 2 years), and it's been such tremendous help for my physical ability as well as my confidence back into health. I still have a long way to rehab, but with each session - I'm able to work a little bit more than the last. I'm only able to go 1-2x a month given insurance, and even then it's been such great help. Here I go writing down a review about this medically competent and facility plagued by a…read morepatronizing passive/aggressive top-down management and lack of appropriate communication skills which ,during my almost 3 months of prescribed care from my Insurance for an occupational injury on my left hand, was NOT the prescribed amount of (6) of therapy sessions . Reasons were that despite my attempt of gauging my ability to proper process my physical recovery session by session ,the Management KEPT TRYING to increasingly change the time and the frequency of the visits by bombarding me with text messages and phone calls trying to CHANGE or CANCEL the time of the appointments sometimes several times a week. I tried to explain my position and need of slow recovery obtaining very scarce attention from Erica or Andrew, the director of operation I suppose . One of the people at the front desk admitted that they would rather listen to My Doctor, then my Insurance case Mgr. before allowing me to regulate the frequency of the visits.Their justifications had been that because of the "Pandemic" the enlisted Physical Therapists were scarce or unavailable the days they were originally scheduled, reducing the de facto availability of such medical staff to one day a week. Also one of my sessions was callously and "cancelled" by the Lunar New Year festivity without an inkling of consideration for replacing it or making up for it. There are more details I could share here but for brevity's sake I WILL CAUTION every person thinking of undertaking treatment with this Establishment to be aware of these facts,be wary of the many piece of documentation you will be asked to sign here, characterizing this firm with an exuberant and unbearable, to the point of being rude ,CYA attitude...overall I am choosing a different alternative for my care...Patients beware!!

They have helped me tremendously and I wish I knew about this place earlier when my back pain first began a few years ago. I do a range of treatments with them, including physical therapy, acupuncture, and even cupping. The staff is like family and the atmosphere there is so positive and kind and they make you feel like family. Every single one of them has contributed to my well being. My pain isn't fully gone but they help me get by week after week. Their kindness is enough to bring me back week after week. My appreciation extends also to DR Badday and Annette and the staff at the Irvine branch where I receive separate pain management treatment including steroid injections, and nerve ablations. I was waiting for the chiropractor Dr. Lee and I picked up a quick phone call while I waited. I waited for 10 minutes and the guy still hasn't came. The front asked him was he going to assist me. And he said he saw me on the phone and he won't be seeing me as he's behind schedule. The doctor wasted my time. He could have easily told me he was ready instead of acting like a little child who has to wait to ask to talk. This establishment gives low quality care and their quality of work is terrible. Some of the employees are great but the majority are terrible and need to learn manners or common sense.
