They turn your water pressure down so low it's nearly trickling. They fix units with work that is far below DBI standards, so that problem will return to deplorable conditions or a worse state within months. All of our clothing, furniture and work everything has been ruined by the negligence of this company. Under no circumstances rent, or utilize management services from these highly unethical and underhanded company. It will be the worse decision of your life. I can assure you that. Photo's attached highlight a giant mouse hole left unaddressed for over a year after, asking over 6+ time for them to fix it. We went out of town and came back to a FULL-ON MOUSE INFESTION. Nightmare status. They fixed the flooring without insulation so there is literally DIRTY/EARTH under the floorboards. They wanted to fix giant holes in the closet with chicken wire and leave it roughly exposed which is highly dangerous. Abhorrent. WOW. Mice now come through anywhere and everywhere they can.

They were incredibly compassionate , sincere, sent me a separate email expressing this, waived late fee, just kind. This actually is above and beyond. They are fast when there is a problem. I've literally had only one. There was maintenance here the next day. Fixed. Before I am accused of being a paid reviewer, a friend of the realty, or an IDK what? I'm not. Here are some tips to be happy as a renter. Don't sublet. Don't alter someone else's property. Pay your rent. Don't be a nuisance. Don't be overly entitled . Treat others as you expect to be treated.
