Reading the 1 star reviews, confirms that this company must really need to play off of couples to get sales, or high pressure sales is part of their process. It instantly screamed of "don't do business with these people" . My wife was shocked and bothered that they ended the conversation bc she didn't want to be a part of it. They can reply with their spin but I've never had a company NOT meet bc only 1 person is taking the meeting.

About 1 hour later, 2 guys showed up with 3 sheets of plywood. They removed all the broken broken glass swept up, fit, cut and installed the plywood over the opening. All in a little over an hour.

No fault of Dwane's. the problem was that when the reordered glass was in Sunny State wound make an appointment and at the last minute would call and say they couldn't make it out and had to reschedule. They did this twice. Very annoying when I changed my Schedule to meet him. Then they backed out and told me to find someone else to install and they would drop the glass back to the store (window depo). NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE.

Purchased four total windows for this project. The first crew installed three, leaving replacement…read moreof glass block to a second crew. This required reframing for a different sized window. The framing was sloppy, out of plumb, and required a ton of rework to finish the work on the interior. The attitude from the second crew was poor. However, the first crew did marvelous work and cleaned up after themselves. So, it really depends on who is sent out. Hit or miss.
