The manager, Jessica, had the ugliest attitude that absolutely did not belong in my community. I came in to inquire about a unit I was interested in at about 5:20pm. Jessica assured me they can give me a quick tour, however when I got there, she flipped the script. She asked for my ID, put all my information in the computer before telling me to come another day. I knew what unit I wanted and I was prepared to pay 6 months of rent in advance. I just wanted to see it minus an attitude. Jessica asked if I worked all 7 days of the week in a snotty manner in which I replied no. Due to the uncalled-for behavior, I asked for her name. She said "Jessica" and then she imitated me and asked for my name as if she didn't already know. Extremely childish behavior, the type of behavior that you only typically see in impoverished areas with high crime rates. How did Jessica end up at Inspire?! This is insane. I will not, ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT, move in here until Jessica is removed and a higher quality staff has replaced her. She single handedly destroyed my ambition to hastily move into Inspire. read more

This apartment complex has gone down hill since Natalie left. I use to live here and i was deciding on coming back to live here since my last experience was so good unfortunately though i will never recommend this place ever again to anyone. The complex alone is nice but The staff makes the place not worth living here. I had a check i was being refunded and was suppose to get it in late 2025 i just finally got it in april of 2026 ( Very illegal since law NRS. 118A.242, ) not to mention i had to call many many times just to get an update and simple communication. When finally picking up the check it was sad to see how just the change of staff ruined the place. i was waiting 15 minutes just to get someone to come and see what i was waiting for i explained i was there to pick up my check and gave them my name and they ask me what kind and how much. i found it unprofessional as that is their information to be aware of. As well i overheard an amazon delivery worker ask one of the staff where is one of the apartment units and their response was i don't take packages very rudely and dismissed him. never will return, this place is a joke. only come here if you want to waste your time. read more

My boyfriend and I have been living at inspire for a couple years now. We loved our manager Natalie, but unfortunately she ended up retiring. We will not be renewing our lease and a couple days ago we had maintenance come in to our apartment without our consent. He set off our alarm, called me and told me that he's trying to get into the apartment. We never consented for them to do their final walk through and we were never notified about it for that day. I'm livid. How are we not notified prior to you coming into our apartment. We called the front desk and she said, final walk throughs need to be done within a couple days after putting in the letter of not renewing. No one ever told us this information. read more

Ameenah was not helpful at all. Very unsure with the information she was giving gave me incorrect information every time I spoke with her. Never responded to emails. Call the leasing office every hour for 2-3 days with no answer. I put in an application on a Monday didn't receive any information on it until a week and a half later. Asked to speak with property manager Brenda on numerous occasions all for Ameenah to tell me she didn't want to speak with me and had no reason to. read more

Was there for a year, lost my jobs on the same day two weeks before my lease was up and couldn't afford to stay. I told the office, they said I have to give 60 days notice to vacate which was my fault for not knowing but I have never experienced that in my 22 years renting... which was tolerable except Natalie, the office manager, when I told her I couldn't pay that said just leave the keys and negotiate with the company when you get the final bill. I moved out THE DAY MY LEASE ENDED and just received a bill for 3 TIMES MY RENT. They added extra fees I didn't know about and now I'm even more ruined than I was when I lost my jobs. Another multimillion dollar company exploiting the lower class, I've never had to pay a dime for moving out on the day my lease ended but 3 TIMES RENT????? DON'T MOVE HERE! read more

I have been living here for a while, it started out great then just got worse and worse. There are cops constantly on site now. And there are new people in the front that are so rude. Mykesa in particular gives me an attitude every time and will curse under her breath. I honestly don't know why they hired such unprofessional staff like that. Natalie has always been great and nice. I am looking forward to finishing up my lease and moving out of here. They need to train Mykesa or fire her because I will not be recommending any more people to rent here. read more

I didn't enjoy living here at all. moved in when I was 21 years old. Lived here for 3 years, each paid with a year and a half leases but still TAX! Anyways getting your packages will never happen, because half of my packages went missing and with no help from front office cameras. Saying they can't get the camera footage or simply ignored me. Then you get harassed by the front office and Especially Natalie, the Manager, when she gives out your information to other tenants when you can't find your package. So who is stealing everyone's packages?!?! Well, Don't worry, Natalie (Front Office Manager) will say to get your packages delivered somewhere else. Just a huge mess overall with them at the front office good luck. People don't have a care for leases on their dog as well. I got attacked by someone's dog without a leash on without care. Then, People cannot park with those tiny parking spots, so they leave nasty hate remarks/notes on your door/car window. Overall, definitely looks nice from the outside but it's completely the opposite on the inside. Go towards centennial it's only 10 min away from this place haha! Or Atleast go to Desert shores anything besides Inspire apartments. P.S. - Natalie will get mad when you call her sweetie so make sure to say that! Day 10 Update: I wanted to wait a week or so to really determine the living conditions of the apartment and could honestly say I have zero complaints. The washer/dryer combo is almost brand new & works like a charm, haven't heard any loud noises that warrants a complaint and the fellow neighbors are really nice. Getting a garage is probably the best choice I made...and it seems larger than my last one-car garage in CA. I also have to mention that I love seeing other residents walking their dogs around the apartments. Maybe it's just because I'm a dog lover, but it definitely makes it feel more like home. And lastly, I've had a few questions for Tatiana about how the mail/packages work and she's been so kind to give me the details and answering other questions I had. Great place so far! read more

I moved in April and I was excited to hear about these new "luxury" apartments. I was so wrong in many levels about living here but I'll disgust one that pisses me off the most. Don't let their wall decorations fool you. Behind the decorations are cardboard box walls that are so thin that you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. I've been hearing my neighbor every night for about 9 months. I've been sleeping away from here just to avoid hearing my neighbor. From 11 pm-4am, all I hear is heavy stomping, vacuuming, things sliding on the floor like chairs or laundry baskets, dog barking/fetching activities, and things opening and closing profusely. Everything I've listed is what I'm hearing exactly now in this very moment as I'm writing this. I have to wake up early every morning for work but it's impossible living here. haven't had a decent night's rest. I know I'm not the only one who has this problem I've filed so many noise complaints to the manager Natalie and all she ever says is "I'll talk to your neighbor." Then she never gets back to me with an update and my neighbor is making the same noise like if no complaint was ever made. If you're considering to live at the Inspire, expect to have issues, regardless of what they may be, expect that these issues will probably happen until the end of your lease because management won't do a damn thing for you. read more

I toured these apartments with the help of Taiya in 2020, and the experience was absolutely amazing! I begged my fiancé to move in here when our lease was up, and we did, after a LOT of hesitation. We actually gave notice to our old apartments, and still considered backing out of Inspire because of an office team member Mykiesa. I called twice to the office to complain because she was absolutely AWFUL, and I begged to be assigned a different leasing agent, but Daisy told me they didn't have any other leasing agents. I asked for a manager to call me, and no one ever did, we just kept getting rude calls from Mykiesa. Any time we spoke to Mykeisa, she was extremely rude, condescending, and made the entire experience awful for us on every single phone call we had with her. If you don't believe me, read reviews below me or reviews on Yelp- they're all about how shitty her customer service is. I am relieved I never had to meet her with my fiancé on move in day because of the way she treated us, I wouldn't expect anyone to still want to move in, but I was reassured by the then assistant manager Daisy. We moved in on July 7, 2021, and at first everything was great! The people who live here in the community are absolutely amazing, and everyone we have met has been so genuine and kind, and we absolutely love that about this place. This added with how stunning the entire community is, is why I didn't want to give a 1 star review. When we moved in, the floor was very dusty, but I just ignored it and swept it up myself because I was amazed at how beautiful our apartment is! However, 1.5 weeks into us living here, the AC unit in our bathroom started leaking through the ceiling. I put in five service requests before this was taken care of by this really amazing man who honestly carries that entire maintenance team. What I didn't like about this whole situation, other than waking up at 5am to get ready for work and having to spend 20-30 mins cleaning my flooded bathroom, was the absolute LACK of customer service from the office staff. Not all of them, of course, but very specifically Mykiesa. I am actually shocked and dumbfounded that she still has a job here with all of the complaints we've heard from others, but also our own personal experience. It's an extremely bad look for the community as a whole. Everyone else has been mostly pleasant, even though none of these complaints are ever addressed when brought up to management. I will say though, Natalie had tried to be very understanding to me, as much as she can, other than addressing Mykeisa's extremely poor behavior. Before my final service request, she actually sent an email lying to cover her own ass, stating she's tried "multiple times" to contact us, however when I showed mine and my fiancé's phone records and cc'd the management, saying I'm going to contact corporate for these false accusations, I finally got a call from Natalie five mins later, weird how the phone worked then. Other than all of that, the only other thing that really sucks about this place is management leaves your packages out in the open for anyone to grab, resulting in multiple stolen packages. Overall, I don't think I've been here long enough to know if we'll want to stay after all of this when our lease is up, especially if they keep staff members such as Mykiesa around after her blatantly terrible customer service and rude behavior to multiple residents. But as I said earlier, there are a lot of positive sides to living here, and the majority of it is the amazing, friendly neighbors we have, the beautiful units, and the cleanliness of all the common areas. This is a very dog friendly community and that is one thing that is really great and unique about this place, and it's very important to me as someone who relies tremendously on my emotional support dog. No one likes to go to work upset, and no one likes to be at home upset, so I really hope things start to mesh better with residents and office staff better. Shout out to Natalie and Brittany, the maintenance gentlemen, the person who cleans the halls, and the groundskeeper. They are very friendly, and their work ethic is fantastic. Overpriced place, but not their fault. I am hoping by the time my lease is up, my rent will go down a bit. If you have any complaints like the paper-thin walls, or noise issues, theirs not much the people mentioned above can do about that. It's not like they had a part in that. They do what they can to make this place a lovely home for the residents. I've lived in many apartments, and it's just the luck of the draw on what you get. That's apartment living for you. If you need to vent, speak with the actual property management owners instead of the kind staff that works here. Just my thoughts. This place is absolute trash. I moved in in July and I have had a consistent cricket problem on the FOURTH FLOOR. First it was because the patio door was uneven leaving a huge gap under the door for crickets to get in. I stuffed paper towels into the gaps and taped it up with duct tape and have not gone out on the balcony since. The buildings own pest control has come and sprayed MULTIPLE times in my unit and I still see atleast one cricket a day. But to them that doesn't count as an infestation. Management also refuses to pay for an external exterminator even when it's clearly been demonstrated that their own is not working. The max anyone at the leasing office has done is recommend more spraying and blame the crickets on "weather" and construction next door. They're treating me like a kid who is afraid of bugs not an adult who is paying a significant amount for a properly maintained apartment building. I understand crickets exist but for them to be consistently entering a fourth floor apartment and be seen in the hallways of every floor is unacceptable and a failure of the building itself. Finally, Natalie said she'd set up a meeting with the exterminator so I could speak with them and that she would be there. The morning of, I called the office to confirm only for Mykiesa to tell me that Natalie was in a meeting and that she has no idea when the exterminator will arrive. Ends up calling me like twenty minutes later saying the exterminator is on the way. I say ok and ask is Natalie coming as well and she says yes. I hear a knock like five minutes later and I see only Mykiesa along with the exterminator. I understand if people are in meetings but to blatantly lie on the phone five minutes before you arrive at my apartment door is ridiculous. She also was extremely unhelpful and argumentative during the time the exterminator was inspecting my apartment. No wonder there are so many reviews here calling her out specifically. read more

I writing this in hope that Erica see's it! I've tried to call corporate but it's hard to get in touch with anyone. As I said for the most part I'm very happy with inspire, but the parking situation has just become ridiculous! I'm sure Inspire is at capacity now, so I strongly suggest setting assigned parking! For many reasons that I will state below. #1. I'm sure am not the only person who works at night, by the time I come home there is no parking anywhere, around the corner maybe! With that being said I have to park extremely far and it truly makes me feel unsafe at night! Opposed to other properties where I have rented in the past, parking was closest to where your building and entrance is located. #2. I have an 10 month baby, once again it's not safe at night and in the fall when it's dark so early, it's going to really suck! Then lugging all her belongings and groceries so far is crazy! A total inconvenience! Safe and convenient parking isn't a an amenity, it's a necessity! #3. I also find it crazy that with a nearly 1700$ rent I do not have assigned parking, what about people with two cars they just get to take up spaces as they please? Or people having guests over are priority for spots over lease holders? So actual residents have to struggle for parking? This is unacceptable for many reasons! Please do something about it! It's really frustrating every night/ day struggling to find a spot, and once I do it's so far out the way! This is a beautiful property, I'm sure the owner would agree and want his residents safe and happy! Thank you! Ps. Everyone in the office is still great! I'm only going corporate because I know this is over their head. Don't move here if you want any closest space there is none, so annoying like where does my vacuum go, my mop and broom? ! So let me just start by saying, I chose to ignore these reviews simply because I KNOW how people can be when they don't get their way or how people can be petty complainers. I chose to be loyal to the ovation family because I currently live at Firenze and will be transferring to inspire TOMORROW. When we first looked at the apartment that I wanted to purchase on the website it clearly shows that there's a BALCONY that's what INSTANTLY drew me to it. When I arrived to view the place (which I already had my money order ready for) during my walk through I asked where do I access the balcony from, and to my dismay the person (e'lynn) who was showing the apartment stated " oh this unit doesn't have a balcony". I tried to still be optimistic about wanting to move in because the place was still gorgeous! Now for all the money that I'm spending to live at this place the LEAST you could do is provide me with accurate expectations instead of praying that I don't ask about the false advertising they have on their website. 2. I ran into a work conflict with my job and as a result I had to push the move in date back ONE day, when I called as soon as I was notified about the conflict Daisy stated I would have to be sent out another email to provide e -signatures because now my rent would be $11 more...... mind you their taxing on extra money for an apartment that's already expensive af and for something they falsely advertised. I told daisy that I would need to confirm that price with my significant other before I locked in on it....... WELLLLLL I contacted my other half and he said yes to the price. When I called back and spoke with Natasha she stated she would be sending me over an email with a new quote and I would have to do the e- signature again. I said ok and WAITED AND WAITED AND WAITED for her to email and STILL nothing ( now based off previous reviews I see there's a lot of miscommunication going on in their office and I don't want to be on the end that gets screwed)..... today is now 7/6/2019 4:46pm and their office closes at 6:00pm and still have yet to hear back from them or receive an email stating that I will be getting charged $11 extra on my rent. So I'm a little bit confused about if they're going to give away my apartment before tomorrow when I told them I could move in. No phone call or email from NONE of their staff. 2.when I was filling out my move in paperwork my mother who co signed for the unit had to give Natasha her drivers license so that she could make a copy of it ( this was a week ago), my mother hasn't seen her ID since then, I've called on several occasions and either nobody picks up (all damn day) or I speak to a person that tells me to call back to speak with a manager (when I call back no one answers the phone) The apartments are so far away from where I currently live and I don't see why I have to feel like I have to go in there to put my foot down just to get a yes or no answer!! So basically I move in tomorrow 7/7/2018 and I'm already NOT pleased with their staff or the integrity and moral of their office. First off, this apartment complex looks nice. Don't be fooled. There have been numerous burglaries onsite in both apartments as well as car and garage break-ins. To top it off, as a resident, every two weeks you will receive a letter from the "assistant community manager" with some lecture on community guidelines and violations. It's like I'm living in the college dorms again, only I'm paying a lot more to be regularly threatened. Did I mention that these letters go out to the entire community? My prediction: As soon as everyone's lease runs out this year, it will be a ghost town. Management, if you are reading this: you need your community manager to respect the community and treat us (residents) as customers. Look at Constellation, Elysian at Flamingo, and others for guidance on how to run a community. A sample of just one of the many emails I've received over the last year: -Thank you for your residency here at Inspire. Now that the pool has been reopened for 24-hour use, we want to take this opportunity to remind you of the pool policies stated in your lease agreement. We have been made aware that there have been ongoing violations occurring in the pool area after hours. Please be advised that if these violations continue to occur, we will close the pool for after-hours use and resume a 9AM to 4:30PM schedule. Be aware that you are being recorded at all times while in the pool area and our office will be checking the cameras daily for community policy violations. Let me reiterate, that if we continue to see violations occur, we will change the pool hours and will not hesitate to do so. Our office cannot and will not allow anybody to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment that all residents are entitled to in their homes. These rules are in place to ensure that everybody can safely enjoy the amenity areas and quiet in their homes after hours. An additional email sample (sent out during the height of lockdown during Covid-19: Dear Residents, Thank you for continuing to make Inspire your home. This is by far the best management of apartments in Vegas that I have seen in a while. Natalie always is quick to respond and inform the community when issues arise. When Natalie isn't around E takes care of business as well as her. I haven't called on maintenance much, but when I do, they are there same day or one day later, which is amazing. And the person who shown me my apartment and helps with any questions I have about the property is Sam. The apartment has all new appliances which is a nice difference from the others and like I said before I'm just happy that nothing major has broke and the things that did was resolved quickly. read more

I should have never ever signed my lease. This place is such a crock. I picked a third story apartment, and unfortunately let one of the office ladies talk me into getting a first floor corner apartment. Worst mistake of my life, and she has caused me to develop so much depression, I should have listened to myself. Every night and morning I have to hear the door being opened, people rubbing up the stair way stairs. And EVERY WEEKEND I have to listen to teenagers and young adults throwing up, yelling, banging the doors, and just being belligerent drunks EVERY WEEKEND. I have asked several times if the problem can be fixed, and they say they will look at the cameras and I hear nothing back. I have two kids and a demanding job, I can not do this anymore, waking up to yelling and banging every night. Then tonight, at 1 am I hear a loud bang in the hall way, someone bust through the door running, and I look out my bedside window to see a kid making way with one of the hallway paintings lol I moved here because I thought it was a respectable place to live, with students and employees of the hospitals. It's really a dump in disguise, a virtual playground for drunks and robbers apparently. If they don't transfer me to a different apartment I will be terminating my lease under these conditions. I'd rather live in a mental hospital than inspire apartments, at least mental hospitals are quiet. read more

Moving in site unseen from Texas, my expectations were blown away! On top of that, the staff is extremely accommodating and professional, especially Tatiana. I have not encountered a hallway, elevator or common area that wasn't pristine clean! And any fellow residents I have bumped into have been polite and courteous. read more

I have been living at Inspire for five months and it's great. The management, maintenance and cleaning staff are very friendly and work hard to keep our community looking beautiful. There are many positives including the pool, work out facility, free coffee in the morning and 3 computers available for use. I've had friends over and we grilled outside and swam in the pool and they were very impressed with the outdoor living spaces. I hardly ever hear any noise in the halls and because the AC runs in the hallways, I keep my air set to a cool 72 degree in the dead of summer and my bills have been less than $60. Overall I think this is a remarkable community and would recommend it without questions. read more

Just took a tour today . Nice property and pool area . Good location . I noticed A LOT of dog poop ALL over the property . Obviously dog owners here don't pick up after their dogs ! I like the hallways are enclosed but disappointed there ARE NO SECURITY CAMERAS on property for my safety . I talked to a few current residents and all said they like living here but the noise level / sound from other apartments is NOT good ! Very poor insulation in the walls ! Can hear neighbors walking and their tv . Paper thin walls . Nice new stainless steel appliances. VERY SMALL BEDROOMS ! Can BARELY FIT A queen bed and a SMALL dresser with little floor space left . I reside in Bldg 1, which is kept very clean, building 2 by the gym could use improvement by hiring additional staff. I really enjoy living here! I have had the best experience with Taiya. She has been extremely helpful since before I moved in here in October. She is always quick to respond to my emails and is very professional. My building is really quiet and I hardly ever see people. In fact, I JUST met my next door neighbor for the first time last week in the 7 almost 8 months I've lived here! Our packages are continually being left by couriers in the corner of the mailroom, which encourages theft. I was instructed by Lawren to call Luxor Locker, who could look through their locker camera (a small screen that shows only the face of whomever is trying to access their package) to see who scanned the package in. Luxor told me exactly as I knew they would: "We can't see who delivered the package because they didn't scan it through the system." This lovely customer representative did me a lovely favor of looking at the property's camera (what Lawren should have offered to do) to see if and when my package was indeed delivered, and who took it. Lawren, as the property manager should have offered this to me, and in reality just pointed me to someone else. I understand that the issue is with the couriers and not management; however, us residents are still waiting for the day to come when management finally decides to follow up with camera footage and confront these couriers and thieves. The less you do, the longer this will continue. **UPDATES: I tracked a package that I was expecting all day (same day as incident above). Surprise: it was left sitting in the locker room once again, with 10 other packages... How hard is it to put packages inside lockers? How hard is it to place smaller bags and smaller packages inside mailboxes? But also, how hard is it for management to notify residents of their mail when they see this on the other side of their wall? read more

If I could give this place negative stars due to the lack of management action I would. I've resigned to the fact that the management here is utterly useless and unhelpful when it comes to my noise complaint. At this point, I have stopped complaining and bringing up the issue to them because I'm convinced that they will not take any significant action to stop the noise issue from my upstairs neighbor. I will just attempt to adjust and live with the noise as much as I can and wait until I can move out when my lease expires. If you are going to move here just make sure you live on the third floor; otherwise, you are at the mercy of the neighbors that live above you. read more

I do not know how I didnt move here sooner. The prices fluctuate a lot, so if you're considering moving here watch them for a few months and you'll be able to catch a reallly good deal! The inside of the units are GORGEOUS. I have the 747 sq foot one bedroom & I live alone so this is the perfect size for me. I have a king sized bed & it was able to fit in the elevator for moving as well as the bedroom. I was nervous about that cause both looked kind of small to me. The staff is so kind & all of my neighbors are sweet too. They all say hello, hold doors open for you & let you pet their dogs. My floor plan doesn't have an oven (weird but I don't care get a big toaster oven) So much cabinet space too. If you pay attention, every single bad review says it smells like weed everywhere & those are all just Karen's mad over nothing. I'd rather it smell like weed than cigarettes any day.
