After a pleasant conversation, how often can you say that about talking to a dealership we headed down to the lot to get an offer on the car. We got to the lot and 30 minutes later we left with with a check. No haggling went on, no back and forth, they made a fair offer straight away and we accepted. We sold a car in 30 minutes and left with a check that we were pleased with. If you are looking to sell a car if you do not at least give Hollingsworth an opportunity you may just be missing out.

Did not have a good experience here. First, we had a car sent over from a CarMax just outside of…read moretown. This ended up taking over a week. Second, they clearly did not inspect the vehicle, because the driver's side seatbelt was broken. Third, they proceeded to have us test drive the car anyway, which is obviously not legal. And to top it off, the sales rep also made several sexist comments. Thankfully we stepped away from that fiasco and found a better deal on a newer model elsewhere.

I took the car back to Elite Auto the first day I was told no light was coming on let it stay another day and call back tomorrow. I purchased the level 2 warranty which apparently does not include anything, I was also told I need to "read my policy" I don't feel within me having this car less then 6 months I should be having all these problems. All that I was told was basically it's a machine and they are going to mess up, my response was if it's a machine and things happen then how about you guys pay for it and fix it. I have purchased a bad car before and it feels like I'm living this all over again. The lady at the front desk is always sweet and understanding. However, ALL of the employees here are super friendly and welcoming (may have been the Girl Scout Cookies I had on me to start friendly banter ha). They took my car for a drive, checked it out, signed it off, and bam...done within 15 minutes. No need for stress at all! They were all reassuring and told me that the only thing I needed was that third key I didn't even know I had (thank goodness for the junk drawer box I packed) or else it would be a $500 fee. This was seriously easier than looking for a vehicle. They also did not try to sell me any cars or pressure me in the slightest. These guys are professional and did not take advantage of lil ol' me like soooo many places I've gone to. I HIGHLY recommend returning your leased Subaru to this location.

The service department is top-notch and their mechanics are some of the best Porsche gearheads in the city.
